Have always been able to fit me in when ever needed. I always seems to find the extra debris on the road. I have used them ever since we moved here two years ago and recommend them to anyone in need.

Have done business with Gateway for years. Very disappointed in the service (or did not) received last week. I purchased some tires and after 120 miles I had to plug one of the tires. Every time I showed up to patch the tire the wait was going to be long. I finally dropped it off and left it. After 4 1/2 hours my truck was in the same place I left it. I was told its first come and first serve only. No appointments. For a person who works like me we cant be there first thing when the shop opens. Seems to me at least 2 bays can be available for appointments.

Best service I’ve ever had. Took my 2019 Acura in to get the brakes worked on. Todd and Faithe were very professional. The team got to work on it and I was told it cost about $300. When I got there, they had to do less than expected and it only cost me $126. Under promised and over delivered. This is the kinda of service that gains life time loyal customers. Thank you to the entire team at Gateway tire!

Todd and his team are fantastic. They show what customer service is a all about. They dont try to upsell you, but instead give good and honest feedback.

I went in and asked for coolant in my AC.... thats all I needed! They wanted to pull my AC out and check it out - an hour or more in time and I am sure a big charge. I said no and went straight to OReillys bought the coolant - they helped me put it in and I was on my way with cool air in 10 minutes for less than $30. Sometimes when a customer knows what they need - dont try to upsell them and tie up their day! Not going back there!

PLEASE READ!! I came to get a diagnostic for my engine light. I went to two other shops before and they said my cylinder was the issue. I went to them because they were friendly but came back to them saying i need to replace my alternator and battery and my car didn’t go in reverse. That came out to $747 and they did not even run the diagnostic yet. I got my car back and it didn’t cut on at all. I reversed into the parking lot when i got there but mysteriously my reverse didn’t work. I came with my girl friends and i guess because we were females they thought they could get extra money out of me.

I stopped in Shreveport on my way to Kansas City, and discovered that I had a screw in my tire. They got my tire repaired quickly and for a good price.

These guys are amazing, I refuse to buy tires or get any work done to my truck other than at gateway! They stand by their work and their word!

Took my car here back in August to get the AC fixed and a tire rotation. They called to tell me someone on my tire needed fixing before they could do the rotation so I said ok do it. They did it and of course it cost more money. They did a fantastic job on fixing my AC and rotating my tires. Now fast forward a few months later my husband put new shocks on my car so afterward it needed a tire alignment. Took it to gateway and they said my 2 front bushings needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment. My husband said no go get it! I had two different mechanic shops tell me your bushings are fine it just needs an alignment. Sure enough I got an alignment and it drives brand new and my bushings were fine! I feel like every time I have taken it to gateway they say oh well this needs to be fixed before we fix that problem! So a $100 alignment is all it needed and gateway wants $500. I’ll save my money and take it to Mosleys over them any day!

Its the best place to go to get tires oil change pretty much I think anything you need for your vehicle. And the staff is very friendly and then were standing.

Gateway did an outstanding job replacing my riding lawnmower tire! They completed the job when they said it would be complete and the charge for replacing and mounting the tire was reasonable.

We came twice in about two weeks for the same problem. The first time was around 30 minutes before they closed and they didn’t fix our tire. We left with the same problem i walked in with. I came in around two weeks later and they took an hour and a half to patch a tire that they couldn’t guarantee. To sum up two hours, two trips, one patch job on one tire and no guarantees but good coffee and they didn’t charge me.

Went for a simple wheel alignment. Got handed a bill for 600 saying i need to have both upper controls arms replaced after I replaced the front suspension last week. After asking how they check for a worn upper arm i got talked down to. Never returning for any service.

We had a blow out in our tire on our trip down from out of state to Louisiana for my Grandfather’s funeral. This place was super nice.They took our car in right away, patched it and took care of us. They were very understanding of our situation with the funeral being in a couple of hours. I highly recommend them! Great business.

My wife, dog, and me were traveling from California to Florida last week and spent the night in a hotel in Bossier. When we stoppe . My wife heard hissing from my trucks left rear tire. Found that the valve stem was leaking. I called Gateway Tire and Service Center and spoke to AJ to .. He said to come on in and they would take care of it. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. That was great service! But the icing on the cake was they did not charge me anything for the repairs! Very nice and courteous service! I highly recommend Gateway Tire and Service Center for all of your tire and automotive repairs Truly 5 stars!

So I bought two tires from Gateway in Bossier city and they were 40,000 mile warranty. Well 20,000 miles later they are worn out. Take it back to Gateway in Bossier to have them give me new tires and they voided the warranty saying that the car was out of alignment. I refused and took it to a certified front end alignment specialty garage. Well guess what it is not out of alignment. They further angered me by refusing to even apologize for lying or offering any rebate. Integrity escapes this place. Avoid at all costs!

The reason I give it a 4 star and not 5 is the prices, There more expensive then others in town. But the staff is awesome and helpful. They fix your problem Id say 90% of the time the first visit. And the wait time is lowest in town by far.

My tire had been losing air the past few days. Today it went almost flat when I just happened to be across the street from Gateway. Drove it across the street to have my tire checked out. They found a nail and patched it up the puncture for about the same price as my daily lunch. Ive always been pleased with the service at Gateway and today was no exception. Id highly recommend them to anyone!

If you have a mustang gt specify best priced summer tires if you have the PP package i did at the beginning but between trying to look at tires i assumed and was not told was not summer tires i chose a all Sansone for the back. when called he said they would be fine and yes they are as far as i can tell so far... i dont fault them 100% but they have some of the blame he knew thats what i wanted and should have told me this tire is knot a summer tire... best bet is to go online and order if you can or goto ford and just pay up! ford sucks for making this a 19 tire instead of 20 and the price and wear ,about 10,000 miles if your lucky is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I brought my car in for new tires and to investigate a loud hum while driving. The hum was caused by a worn wheel bearing assembly. After quoting me an initial price, Gateway called later to tell me they were only able to get the right part from the dealership (which was higher in price). They gave me a discount on the tires to help offset the higher part price. I had also told Gateway to do a front end alignment if my car needed it. At pick up, they told me my car didnt need one. Gateway could have been dishonest and have charged me for an alignment, and I wouldnt have known the difference. But instead, they proved their trustworthiness. I have never had a problem with Gateway, and will continue to use them for my car repair needs. Highly recommend!

Not worth the time. Stopped by with only an hour to spare. Asked if they could install and balance the tires. No we cant do that within an hour. Ok. I asked if i can i make an appt for tomorrow? No. First come basis. Came back the next day asking hom much for mount and balance. He wanted to quote me tires...already have them i say. They wont touch tires they did not sell. Off to Pep Boys i went. I dont need a guarantee just tires put on

They took my rims off and put the original tires and wheels on my truck. Truck but wobbling since. Not good cause I want twice and they didnt fix the problem.

Best car service in town! Super personal and caring. They can do most service and repair (at very fair prices), but they thankfully refer to others when needed as well when somewhere else could serve you better (in other words, they dont try to sell you unneeded services nor to bite off more than they can chew).

We were 2000 miles from home and had some worries about our tire pressure; the folks here didn’t hesitate to offer to check them out, adjusted pressure, and gave us peace of mind, all without us giving them a dime. No idea how they are technically, but they seem to be decent folks. Thanks Gateway!

Got prices for new tires on Connies sons vehicle. Kevin helped us. Unfortunately it was his last day at The Gateway on Airline. Kevin is always in a great mood and makes it worth the 20 minute ride from Shreveport to Bossier City. He will truly be missed. Oh yeah, prices are great!

Gateway tire is great. My wife went the other day, and they patched her tire for free. I know I can send any of my friends and family and not worry that they will be charged too much.

Honest as they come...

I have been here twice and both times they did absolutely nothing to the vehicle even though we waited for hours both times. Went in for a simple alignment and they couldn’t even do that because they said they didn’t have the tools to remove the tires from the vehicle. had to come back with the tool myself and then they said I didn’t need an alignment and that I needed a new tire but they didn’t have the tire. Again I was waiting for hours and they literally did nothing at all so I don’t understand. Guy who works at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional, likes to get smart and seemed like he didn’t really want to be bothered helping us. Extremely disappointed.

One would think any job is money. I brought some ATV tires that needed to be mounted. They refused the work I was bringing because I didn’t buy the tires from them. Petty I thought. My wife’s car is in need of tires. Guess who will not get that business.

Showed up on a Saturday afternoon with a flat tire. Although they were busy, they happily fixed me up. When the repair to the tire was done, they handed me the keys and told me there was no charge. I will take all my business there from now on.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop for honest, quality service!Here’s why: We stopped here at 5:15pm on a Tuesday an hour into our 12 hour drive to Nebraska. Our air conditioning had recently had several key components replaced by another shop, and with an 80 degree temp outside our A/C quit blowing cold air. The manager, Todd, was helping us and he was a saint! They quickly determined our coil was freezing up, and (since we are on a long trip headed into cold weather) advised that we could let it thaw out to bring it back to life. Once we get back home our local shop can take care of the root of the problem. So... we were back on the road quickly and knowing how to thaw our system out as we drive.The most amazing thing was that he didn’t even charge us!!!

Horrible service shop. Wouldnt tell me what brand of oil they put in my 70000 dollar truck. Rotated tires and destroyed the powder coating! On top of that I was there for four hours on a simple Tire rotation and oil change. I would recommend this place to no one that doesnt like sitting in a lobby all day.

First come first served is a lie. My wife called asking if she needed an appointment and was told by the manager Tod, who was rude at the location, that it was on a first come first serve basis. We had new tires put on Tuesday July 25th, the first set we put on a car with 43,000 miles on it, and now something is off. The car is making a metal against metal rattle, and a bad vibration in the steering wheel at 50 mph. It is now Saturday July 29th and we just got back from gateway with nothing done to the car, there were people ahead of us that were serviced first which is understandable, but what gets me is why my car stayed in the same spot for 3 1/2 hours while 6 to 7 other people came in after us and were getting their vehicles fixed before even looking at ours. The reason I would not recommend this location is the fact that we paid $560 for a service, new tires and alignment, that we waited on for several hours to be done to our vehicle 4 days prior. They didnt get our car to the back to see what they did wrong. So in a nutshell first come first serve if your paying, and if youve already paid your put on the back burner with poor customer service. Calling this location and getting the well jump right on it was a lie. Be honest and say well jump right on it if were making more money off you but the thing is you already made the money for a job that was not done correctly. We will never have another vehicle serviced at the Airline location.

Took my truck in had a screw in one of my tires. They took it in within fivei minutes and had the tire repaired and me out the door in fifteen minutes

Was recommended by Moffitt Audi and was super busy so came back the next morning. Was shocked at 0700 on a Saturday they already packed. Wait time was long but after the work was done I realized why they are so packed. Amazing service! Great customer care as they remembered me from the prior day in my military uniform. I have no doubt that I will use them again and definitely recommend them and kudos to Moffitt for steering me in the right direction.

The manager told us told us to come on by and they would stay late to fix it. Matt had us in and out in 10 minutes. It was freezing outside and he got us all fixed up and on our way. Thank you for businesses that go above and beyond!
