The folks there are great they dont pressure you like a car salesman does. They speak as soon as you walk in and ask if you need any help and if you tell them just here to look they say no problem we are here if you need any help. They dont bash their competition like another local company we went to recently. So we came back today July 31st 2020 and bought the Spartan SRT HD 61 mower with a 37hp Vanguard big block V-twin motor. I personally like it so far done a test run with it yesterday and this machine drives like a dream the seat and suspension is like riding on a cloud. One thing I really love about this product is that its 100% AMERICAN MADE 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 now for the rain to move out and start mowing!!

Very disappointed my wife and I drove 200 miles round trip to purchase a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 850 .I was speaking to the owner son Dalton . I wanted a winch , larger tires and two brush guard bumpers . It was stated to me go ahead and purchase the atv and in 4-5 the bumpers would be in . Dalton didnt greet me some person did after I walked around a bit he told me I could not get the bumpers till August but I was not told that and burned up a tank of gas . I was willing to pay $1000 down and come back in about week to pick my atv up , that would have been 400 miles by than. I wasnt told the truth. Combat (Semper FI Vet) Purple Heart Recipient. I left in disappointment .......

I am very happy with our experience! We needed a new travel trailer and only had a few days to get everything together. Brian was extremely helpful, from showing me trialers with the options I wanted to getting is the best deal possible. Our walk through with Clay was great as he is very knowledge about how everything works. Everyone we came in contact with was very kind and helpful. We pulled off the lot with our new travel trailer as planned and we have been living it in practically full time for about 2 months and I couldnt be happier!!! Brian was great to work with. We had never owned a travel trailer before and we knew practically nothing!. Brian let us ask our questions (some more than once) guided us through all the options to choose from. There was no pressure...just honest answers and loads of information. It took us three days of learning and looking to decide. We appreciate all the help.

Called on a Tues to set up service call on my ATV. Spoke to a sales rep who told me to be there by 9:30 on Sat to get service done. Arrived at 9:28 Sat morning after unloading was told it would be ready mid week. I questioned that and was told they dont have service techs on Saturday. I then loaded my ATV back up all the while the service tech stood there looking like a deer in the headlight not saying anything. This was a horrible customer service experience. I told tech I was done with this place and that I would take my business elsewhere. Again, all I got was the deer in the headlight look.

Scottie and Linda made my purchase process for a Polaris Ranger fast and easy. Scottie helped me decide which bike was best for my needs and Linda had all of the paperwork ready to sign when I stopped by to pick it up. I look forward to doing business with Louisiana Power Sports again soon

Ive never been one to write a bad review. Total hours on my bike was supposed to be like 4 hours they kept telling me it was going to be done over the course of 8 days. I kept hooking up to my trailer and bringing it to work with me which is an hour drive. After paying for everything I asked if theres someone that can help me load it and he said not really my bike sits real low to the ground and I was afraid of tearing something up. On the good side working with service was really nice to work with. One of the technicians had a little small plastic part break on my bike and they have gotten the situation resolved in no time!

A. We had a water leak that involved the water pump connections. It seemed to be complicated and did not leak when or where you would expect. When I talked to Tom he assured me that he would get the problem resolved and offered to come look at it at our home and take it back to the shop if need be. When we took the RV to the shop Tom let us know that it would be fixed today and he would deliver it to us by end of day, he made it happen. Tom is the most dedicated person to his work and with exceptional customer service. His knowledge and customer service skills is one of the reasons we purchased from LPS instead of a competitor . We will continue to recommend LPS and Tom is a asset to your company.

7 days, well 5 business days,seems like plenty of time to remove and replace a tube (keep in mind I didnt take them the whole bike just the wheel and tire) but not for this place!!! And then I go to pick up my tire and they bring me 2 wheels that arent even mine!! Never will I return to this place!

Man, where do i start... My dad took his Harley Davidson in cause it was occasionally missing at high RPMs and we had already changed the plugs and wires so figured it was a fuel delivery problem (i.e. filter or something along those lines)... Took in the bike, they had it for 3 weeks saying they couldnt find the correct size needle for the carburetor because it was a custom carb.. Finally after a month they offered to put a different carb on since they couldnt find the correct part and my father agreed... In the next few days, they called for us to pick up the bike it was finished... Get it back and its got a new carb on it but its doing the same thing... A little worse than before truth be told... Oh and they charged pops around $700 and had the bike for over a month and a half and hadnt fixed anything... They offered to fix it further but by now we had enough... We told them to take the old carb put it back on and give us our money back... They poorly assembled the carb and it literally poured gas whenever you started the bike... Took the same bike to a very awesome mechanic who reassembled the carb correctly and informed us the ignition coil hadnt had the dialectic grease needed to keep from rusting and had become corroded... Which was causing the bike to lose spark and misfire... Nothing to do with the carb and easily diagnosed by a basic mechanic... Obviously, none are there...BE WARNED!!!
