Kara went the extra mile to help me straighten out my situation with Asurion. They would not reason with me and was only trying to prove they were right. Kara was persistent in getting the information that I needed and have been trying to get for over a month.She spent hours helping me when she didn’t have to. I really appreciated it and if it wasn’t for her I would’ve cancelled my service today.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Cheyanne and Nikki completely messed up on a purchase I made here over a year ago and did absolutely nothing to correct their wrong-doing. I tried to refund my product through them after realizing the mistake Cheyanne made the next day and was told to use the Pampa store. The Pampa store thought this was odd, and told me to go back to the Borger store. The Borger store told me, sorry bout your luck, we cant help you.Must be nice to make commission off of a sale you never should have had to begin with. I then refunded my transaction through AT&T online and STILL was being charged for service for an entire year after the refund. I was turned over to a collection agency for a purchase I NEVER asked for.Congratulations on providing me with the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. 0/10 Dont recommend doing business here. Unless you enjoy overpaying for things you never wanted to begin with, then sure. I highly recommend this store if youre into getting screwed without dinner and an appetizer.

Went to the ATT store in Borger, Tx having a problem with my phone, the store Mgr. Nikki was very helpful, professional and courteous She showed traits of being tech savy knowing the ins and outs of problem solving. She quickly addressed my problem and even filled out the paperwork for issuing my new replacement phone. I was very pleased with the process and a new phone to boot!!!
