I highly recommend S&M! They are professional,family-oriented, friendly and trust-worthy.While driving solo from North Carolina to Montana , I stopped in Texas to see family. When I got there, my car started making some funny noises. I still had over 1000 miles to go, so I figured Id better no risk it. I found S&M auto in Borger and Im so happy that I did. They took my car in on the spot to look at it. After lunch, I went back and they had my belt and water pump replaced and my car ready to hit the road in no time. While they worked on my car, I got to chat with one of the owners and her shop dog. They were the friendliest and most trust-worthy shop Ive ever been to.

These people are miracle workers. My cars transmission blew out 15 miles outside of Borger and I had it towed here and they had me back on the road by the end of the night! Best part is they didnt gouge me on the prices even though I was in *extremely* dire straits and they easily could have. I wish they were in Dallas so I could always take my car here ❤️

Best shop in borger and best place Ive ever worked

While driving alone through Borger, my car with no previous mechanical issues displayed an error letting me know that my oil was low. I took it to S&M and they were able to quickly look at it and get me back on the road, worry free. Thank you, Steve and Ann!

They do excellent work

After having my vehicle serviced twice here, I have to say I wont use any other place. Steve, the owner and mechanic is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. This man displays a level of integrity not seen by other automotive mechanics in my area. The female cashier was very friendly, and attentive with my needs. After having been to the Dodge dealership in Amarillo, this small business was a breath of fresh air. Their prices are fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

I took my company truck here due to a screeching sound coming from my tires. I was here from out of town and thus I was on a time crunch. Steve, the manager (owner?) was very friendly and helpful. He worked hard to get my truck looked at ASAP and found the problem quickly. He also noticed my brake pads were worn which they also replaced in a hurry. I would highly recommend this place. Very professional and great service. Downsides? There’s not a waiting room. Other than that everything was awesome. Thanks Steve!

Ive used them for a couple of decades and they are ALWAYS great.

I have a dodge pickup. I initially had some scheduled maintenance performed on my truck, like Automatic transmission oil draining and refilling. That went fine except the oil change seemed to create problems with the transmission shifting into gear at start up. They overnighted a switch but it was the wrong one. They ordered the right one regular delivery but never called me when it came in like they said they would. When I called a week and a half later, they said they had the switch but if I wanted it installed before they left on vacation I would have to get it to them right then. That was impossible, and now I have waited another week and have no Idea when they will be returning from vacation and my truck is performing worse. I dont want to go somewhere else because they ordered a switch for me, but this is getting desperate.

For lack of a better word. Awesome.
