I was very pleased with price of furniture, a couch, a love seat and a new twin mattress.However, when couches were delivered they were filthy, along with finding make up brushes, pretzels a hair brush, grass ect.... Although I was put under impression that anything used goes threw a cleaning process, and clearly this furniture did not.... I cleaned couches up as used furniture isn’t gonna be perfect I get that. Furniture was delivered on Saturday, Sunday afternoon my son complained that mattress was to thin, as he could feel box spring.... I told him give it till Monday.... Monday it still hurt him, I called and spoke with manager regarding a refund ($75.) he informed me they don’t do refunds on cash purchases.... what?! Ok. So I said how about a store credit. He told me he’d have to speak with his boss, and to call back in 10 mins... so I did that.... all they could offer was some type of board covered in fabric to go in between mattress and box spring for free, I accept.... This board gets delivered and it has yellow stains all over it. I told the delivery guys(who were very kind and understanding) NO THANKS, and to please take it back! I also added that I was highly offended at their managers offer, after how much money I had just spent in his store.

A man named Ramon made some sexual comments to my sister while she was in the borger Texas store, she then explained how the delivery drivers were aggressive and inappropriate when dropping off her furniture. A man named Vic, who I understand has some form of ownership, in the Amarillo store has not done anything about it, and he in turn treats his employees poorly. Overall very unprofessional company, pathetic owner and management skills with no apparent hr representatives to take these complaints to. Would give 0 stars if possible.

These guys are easy to talk to and will hustle to get you what you need.
