Really wonderful customer service. Maybe I just got lucky, other reviews seem to say that there is a rude employee, but my experience was great. I had to go in several times to try to ship a package to Mexico. The employee working at the time helped us consider different shipping options and we finally got our package shipped. There were some complications with the package, but they helped us resolve them (or at least reassured us that everything was okay). I would definitely recommend them. (Also Ive heard theyre good about requiring masks, which is always good)

Much more convenient location than Staples--another UPS dropoff site in town--but the employee on morning duty when I was there was openly rude. Granted, he was the only one there and taken up with answering telephone calls, which are apparently more important than the person standing in front of him. When I asked a question, he interrupted. When I asked if I could complete my question, he looked resigned, listened, and without even looking at the box on all sides for adherence to labeling guidelines, he said it was fine. Maybe Staples is worth the entry and exit issues after all. Theyre always helpful and polite.

Excellence and efficiency from start to finish. I had a sudden need to quickly ship 6 packages to 6 locations, and wasnt able to be as prepared as I normally would.They got my packages out on the carrier on my choice same day, with emailed confirmation, insurance, and tracking. Exactly what I needed today!

Fed ex did not arrive when he said it would, no email confirmation.

Im giving 5 stars for great customer service. I moved to the country and seldom visit Boone, except for to meet clients and sometimes check my mail. Ever since becoming a member of the sierra club, my mailbox has been bombarded by an insane amount of junk mail from other nonprofits. They made sure to hold an important piece of mail from NC DMV despite my box being overfull with the junk mail. Most other places would return all overflow to sender, even if it was important. Thanks for doing a great job guys, I appreciate it.

After reading the reviews here I now understand that he wasnt just having a bad day and he is just rude. Will never step foot in there again. If you work in customer service maybe you should have some kind of customer service skills and know how to talk to people. Did not catch his name but Im sure the guy with the glasses has had bad reviews before. Get a better attitude my friend , your job isnt that difficult.

I used these friendly folks to receive my mail and both UPS and FedEx deliveries while I was vacationing in the area this summer.They are inexpensive, efficient, helpful and easy to deal with. If your mail is mis-addressed, no problem, they figure it out and get it to your box.

Aweful experience! Went in to mail off a return package and the man working said to me I have to ask, is there something nasty in here. Totally out of line and obtrusive. I have been a loyal customer here but will never return.
