Im so thankful how honest Tom is. My computer value is just not worth fixing. Im so thankful that he let me know will definitely bring any future repairs to him.

Tom built a high end computer for me almost 10 years ago. To this day it still blows away most of the store bought pcs. Never had a problem with it, Im posting with it now. He also shipped it to NJ for me.

I wished to replace the screen on my 2012 Levono ThinkPad T430, and I called them awhile ago.I was told repeatedly that it would cost $200-$300 to replace my screen, and that it was not worth the price for my laptop.My laptop is completely refurbished, and was worth more than the base price, something I was not able to tell them as they kept interrupting me.This was the highest price I got in the entire town for screen replacement, as I called multiple places to get a good idea. Most other places estimated about $160 for the max price, with their working fees.I replaced it on my own in roughly 12 minutes for $60, what everyone else said it would cost without service fees. I cannot speak for their other services, but be wary of their prices for screen replacement.

Tom was extremely professional and communicated everything clearly to me. It is apparent he has been doing this for some time and knows everything there is to know about building PCs. Definitely recommend.
