I was able to find exactly what I wanted, they have a nice selection the employee was very friendly but I couldnt get a discount after buying $80 worth of stuff so thats why its four stars instead of five. I havent had any issues and I like the store I just felt like a little bit more customer service would have pushed it to 5 you should always give the customer a little perk for making a big purchase. Itll turn a one-time customer into a repeat customer. Ill keep coming back I like the store and theyve always been friendly.

Bought two disposable vapes here for $20 each. On of them went dead after a few hours and the other tasted burn and stop working after 3 hours. They got lots of stock but seem to be old and not worth WASTING your money.

Bought a $14.99 disposable Kang vape for my wife. She didnt open the vape until the following morning and it was a dud that did not work. Boone Tabacco refused to exchange their defective product the following day because we did not notify them the same day as purchase. Ive been a customer for several years now but unfortunately for them, I wont be returning. So congratulation BTS! I hope screwing over a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars in your store was worth the $15.

Nice little shop. They have a pretty great selection to choose from and their prices arent bad as long as youre not wanting to buy a prepackaged pack of cigarettes. Their store is clean & presentable. The staff are usually pretty helpful & nice. Love their hours. If youre in the area you should check them out.

I purchased a small butane triple torch lighter yesterday evening and by mid-day today it quit working, I tried refilling it with the 11X purified butane fluid I had purchased there the last time i was there and still not working so, i just called and spoke with someone and they told me a store manager would have to look at it and make the decision whether I could return/exchange i told her I really liked it I would be happy to just exchange it so she give me the times I can come by to let someone look at it so for now ill give them 3 stars but if i have any issues exchanging this $20 lighter my review and thoughts of this place will deffinitly not be good as this lighter has quit working in less than 24 hours after I paid $20 for it...(Update) I thought i had finished this review but had just noticed I hadnt, I was able to exchange my purchase with no trouble.

The only place I can find my favorite rolling tobacco! The staff/owner is always helpful and friendly. Their hours make it really convenient for me as they open earlier and stay open later than any other smoke store in town.

Love this store. Great choices and prices on cigs. The 1839s are our favorite smoke. We hope to talk to the store owner and see if he would be willing to place our cbd product line in his store.If so we will let you know.

Stopped in here for the first time and WOW, its been awhile since Ive seen so many cigar wraps to choose from! The guy behind the counter was friendly and more than helpful.Def would come back here again. The new kid I dealt with this evening (5/4/20 @ 5:00) was useless, arrogant, and clearly was put out by the fact he had a customer and had to put his cell phone down for a minute . He was short with me, asked me where on the shelf the item I needed was. Horrible attitude. If I do choose to go back, I’ll walk in and if I see him working, I’ll turn around and walk out. I’ll be glad to revise this review if things change there and I feel I’ve been treated right.
