I have had this front windshield for around six months now. The person who I called was extremely friendly and professional. The gentlemen who replaced my front windshield were fast and provided expected service. I did make an appointment. Product works great, it seems sturdy, has not moved. It was around $360 for a front windshield replacement without safety sensor. Its probably more expensive with sensor configuration. No complaints so far.

I was frustrated with the mold in my fiances truck because I know how allergic he is to it and no matter how much white vinegar I sprayed in the car, it never got rid of it! As a result, I called Action Auto Glass. They conveniently came to my home, took one good look at the poorly sealed back window and knew exactly what to do! They carefully removed the glass, cleaned up the area and resealed the window. They did this in less than an hour and I was so satisfied with the results. Now, theres no more mold in the truck from water leaking in. Thank you Action Auto Glass! P.s. the two gentlemen that came to fix it were so kind and played with my roommates dog.

Fast and great service. They gave me a ride to work, and gave me a ride to pick my vehicle up. My sunroof no longer leaks either. Great service. Very satisfied, not to mention their price was over a hundred dollars cheaper than anyone else in town.

I called A.A.G. and within 48 hours they were replacing my windshield at my apartment. Not only was Lorraine super helpful and sweet over the phone but Steve came and fixed me up within the time frame I needed. I was able to get to class on time and they were kind, professional and left my car in better shape than it was in when they got here. Windows were cleaned and the windshield was perfect! I broke the window in the back of my Tacoma and was referred to Action Auto via Joy Witlachs State Farm office. I contacted Lorraine on Labor Day to inquire about a repair. She was very pleasant to work with and was kind enough to help me out on the holiday. She even explained to me a bit about the insurance claim process, I had never made a comprehensive claim before.Once the insurance claim was submitted, Scott (I think it was Scott) came to my place of work in Mountain City within 48 hours to replace the window. The installers were very pleasant to work with and thoroughly explained how to care for the new window during the first few days to ensure the fit and finish was correct. Im pretty sure the installers cleaned the back seat of the vehicle post install, though I hadnt asked or expected them to do so.All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Action Auto to anyone. 5/5 cant wait until I break my next window.

These folks hung a rear view mirror for me free of charge when I couldnt get it done myself. So when I had a cracked windshield I decided to go back to them and am glad I did. Constant communication and mobile service was great. They had my old windshield out and new one in in about an hour. No troubles at all and friendly staff! Stopped by there location on 194, where there is pictures of a van and shop on there website. There is no Action Auto Glass there. Says Naylor Forge or something on the sign. Tried to call the business phone # multiple times, couldnt get no answer. Finally called back two days later. Price was really high, and already had the windshield replaced elsewhere. Be aware of false information for this company.
