The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had issues printing a program for a memorial service and they helped with corrections line by line. They never once complained and were so gracious even though I took up an hour of their time. They went above and beyond in service.

The staff here is always so kind and courteous. Definitely something I look forward to doing when Im on my way to drop off/ship packages. I highly recommend this place for any future shipments or prints you may have! This staff always makes you feel important and always get the jobs done to my liking. Most importantly they all have a professional and patient attitude. Well done you four!

Been to this location a number of times and the staff is always super helpful. My wife was just there today with our two small children and there was only one employee; his name was Tim. He was kind to my wife and children, gave them lolly pops, and helped to calm them down. Rockstar customer service.The employees here dont get the praise that they deserve. Always recommended if you have any shipping or printing needs.

Website says they close at 8 pm. I drove down here to drop off packages and they have “temporary hours closing at 6”. No reason. They just want to close early.

I was having a very hard day and when I came into the store to get copies made, Christina was so friendly and helpful. She even allowed me to vent and just smiled and listened. She was patient with me when I didn’t remember and needed to look up information. I just want to say thank you and that it is is employees like this that make a great business.

Was helped by a young man named Jayson. He was very helpful and kind with assisting me and even helped bring in my packages that were heavy! Went above and beyond! Great customer service!

Have been here twice now and different machines not working. Paid to login to the computer and scan documents but the scanner was not working. Wasted $5 logged in on the computer trying to figure out the scanner and employee couldn’t figure it out either. The South Hill location is further but worth the drive because their equipment works and the people there are super helpful.

This FedEx has the worst customer service ever. At least three times now, I’ve put an order in online and selected an available pick up time, only to show up at that time and have them say the order is not ready and can I please come back 2 to 3 hours later. Mind you, this is when the order is already paid for. So now I have to come back into town later today, dragging my two kids in tow. Ridiculous. My last time doing business there.

I visited this location to have a family picture printed and Rosa and Tyler were beyond helpful in making sure my picture was the right size. It took a few attempts to get the right settings but they made sure it was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

You would not believe my experience.. I created a print order for some playing cards where they needed to be specifically executed. When I got there only one page was printed, for .. whatever reason.. So, I say lets get the rest printed out. The lady tells me she will only print them out single sided and that it was the order, refusing to make any changes to get the product correct. (the order was right for the record) and after all this, this woman tries to push me into paying for her half baked services and incorrect prints, as if its my responsibility to pay for her mistakes. I would not recommend this store to anyone. For important business events and business prints DO NOT go here. You could lose your job if these people have your back.

They did an awesome job on 3 projects for me. They finished in the time requested and I have 0 complaints about the work. They were very busy but still managed to be personable. Good experience overall.

Only 1 employee makes things go SLOW! Only use them as a last resort.Poor girl was doing her best but they never staff accordingly.

We had our clinic marketing brochures printed here and the manager, Sara, went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect. She gave excellent feedback on our template and helped our graphic designer navigate editing the file appropriately so it was ready for printing. We will definitely use them again for our printing needs!

The last 3 deliverys I have got from this SUBSTANDED company, the packages have been Damaged.

Convenient location, thats all they have going for them. Ive never waited a reasonable amount of time, especially on a weekend when they only have one person working. In December.

I have been using this location for about 2 years now. Never had a problem with customer service until recently. One of the ladies there is very rude and has no customer service bones in her body. Not a very pleasant experience at all.

Absolutely terrible. Great employees... Too bad there is litterally only ONE working at a time at this location. Lines can be up to an hour wait. Just needs to be staffed better.

I stopped by quick this morning to get my passport photo taken, the lady working asked if I had a different shirt, I said no this is the only one I have ( it was long sleeves and grey) she then told me she wouldnt take my picture because I needed a darker shirt on. Being confused I said to her the Dept of state has no restrictions on the color of your shirt. She still refused to take my picture. I went right across the street to Wal-Mart to get my photos done. Then went to my appointment and had my passport turned in no problems.

My ink cartridge dries out between print jobs. They print and copy so cheap I cant see maintaining my own printer. I guess they ship stuff too.

Ridiculously incompetent employees and the worst part is they could care less. If you want to successfully ship a package then find a different place because apparently this is too complicated for this bunch!

Came in around 11:00 am and the wait was over 30 minutes. There was only one person working the counter with 7 people in line and some customers left. Not sure why during the holidays only one person is working the counter.

Stay away from this place when its extremely busy. Everyone is rushing around, place seems to be more packed than it should be and it seems quality control . The service is so slow some days.

They stupidly require a box for my shipment, a broken device. They tried charging me $10 for a box so I went home to get one. They didnt like my box and sent me home again. Its the box my new phone came in.... how can it be good enough for a new phone but not good enough for an already shattered device. People are useless thieves.

If i could give a 0 star I would. Needed a stroller to be dropped off by a specific date, my hubby barely managed to put the box down ( which was prepaid) when Sarah H, the manager rudely blurts out I cannot take that. We were just dropping the paid package off and didnt say anything before she became rude. Told us we have to call fedex to come and pick up the box from our place. Why in the world would we do that when we were already there and just wanted to drop off the package to be shipped??!!!!!!!! We then decided to go to the Puyallup one to drop it off..And to make matters worse..... while my hubby was on the phone with fedex explaining the situation, the operator said that she cannot decline that package. As he continued to be on the phone, a customer that was behind us walked out and asked to speak with us... she told us that as we walked out, Sarah called the Puyallup fedex and told them to not accept our package!!!!!! SHE HAD NO RIGHT TO DO THAT!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! plus today they still didnt even pickup our package at home.... FEDEX IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! AND I HOPE SARAH GETS TERMINATED FOR HER DISRESPECT AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horribly slow service, plan for 30 minutes to an hour of standing-in-line plus extra to be ignored by the staff even though it is a tiny store, even if you have a pre-printed label. Better yet, prepay online for USPS and drop off at Office Depot and save some tome

The day before Christmas Eve, only one staff member. He was very friendly but should not have been the only one there. Waited 45 minutes to ship a package just to find out they are unable to ship internationally because of a glitch in their system.

Rude everytime. No smiles. Not going back.
