I was shopping for a new mattress and was out comparing prices today. The staff member at this store, Bob was very helpful and patient. The other stores I visited were high pressure, showing me models way out of my budget and pushing me to finance (which I did not want to do). The moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile and shown models of all price ranges for comparison. I found the perfect mattress within budget and was able to get a few fancy pillows. I left a very happy customer.

This was mine and my husbands first mattress purchase and the whole process was made super easy by Ryan! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and our whole experience was amazing! We will definitely buy more mattresses from here! Thank you Ryan and Bob for making this process so simple!

Mattress Depot is phenomenal!The customer service that I received from Ryan at the Bonney Lake Mattress Depot was beyond anything I could have expected.I did my due diligence shopping around and wish I would have gone to Mattress Depot first. The experience was unlike any shopping experience I’ve had. It was all about me. I talked and Ryan listened. Ryan is observant and was able to point out which mattresses I more positively responded to when trying them out. He noticed things I did not. This helped me find the perfect mattress.I also purchased a mattress for my son. He received the same care and attention to detail that I did. My budget was respected and there is really is something for every budget there!Ryan took the time to listen. His knowledge of the products is impressive and extensive. The store has a large variety of mattresses and bases with even more available on their website.Take my advice, avoid the pushy sales pitches and to go to Mattress Depot. You will be treated with respect and receive the kind of service you always hope for.

We went into Mattress Depot looking for a firmer mattress due to my .husbands severe back pain. Our pillow top mattress had become unbearable and we needed some direction on making the right decision on mattress type. We were greeted by Bob who not only educated us but also had our best interest in mind financially. It wasn’t about what was the most expensive, it was about what we needed and what options wpuls work within our budget. We truly felt we received a personal experience. We visited the store 3 times before we made the decision and each time, we were welcomed and immediately assisted with nothing but extraordinary customer service. We ended up going with the tempurpedic and although I was on the fence at first, we now couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I truly think having the personal experience by Bob,, made us pull the trigger. I’m sleeping better than ever and I thank you for that!! ! My husband thanks you too!! :)

Tried for over a week to exchange mattress. Every step of the way, I had to reach out to him. Not trying to get a refund. Mattress was too soft and the material immediately fuzz balled up (poor quality). Instead of talking to me himself, he had his employee go outside and talk to us while he hid in the back. Both employee and store manager refused to give me corporates phone number or any context information. Do not waste your money here. $1700 down the drain. Go to MATTRESS FIRM instead.

I brought my elderly parents into the store to help them with purchasing an adjustable bed. The sales manager, Bob, was extremely helpful and patient with them as they asked a lot of questions (sometimes the same question over again). He treated them with the upmost respect and asked them questions about what their needs were so he could guide them to the right bed for them. They tried out several beds and did choose one. By far the BEST customer service we have encountered in a long time. I will be recommending this store and salesman to all my friends and relatives.

Unless you buy their mattress pad cover you cannot exchange the mattress. I use only organic cotton mattress pad covers so I did not purchase theirs. When I wanted to exchange the mattress I was told that I had to purchase their mattress pad cover to exchange the mattress.Ask questions or you or you’ll be sorry.

Got a really good bed that messages & has a moving function that puts you into numerous positions. Which also includes a Zero G position to ease the tension on your back. Bed is really comfortable. I also got a new box spring support for another bed. Just a great place.

Robert absolutely provided the best customer service Ive had in a long time and he kept to his word when i came back in a few days after my initial visit and gave me the price he quoted me, I got the bed i wanted and the accessories i wanted for less than i was expecting. Rob and Charlie took my best interest in mind listening to my concerns and price range, and helped me find the best quality of a setup all within my budget! I’m very happy with my experience at Mattress Depot with Charlie. We bought a new bed years ago and we’re very happy with their service. So we went back again when we needed a new mattress. We bought a Sealy Hybrid Plush mattress. The mattress arrived as scheduled. It’s very convenient that the delivery guys give you 30 minute heads up as to when they’ll arrive. We only needed to air it out for 8 hours before we could sleep on it.We slept on it one night and my husband loved it. I was concerned it may be too firm. After going back and seeing Charlie again the next day, he suggested I let it break in more than one night. Then if it wasn’t soft enough I could exchange it or buy a gel topper. My husband agreed. After all, the same model bed we bought in the showroom was softer. But, I was a bit impatient. So Charlie put a gel topper on the bed in the showroom.......and heaven! He gave me a good deal on it and was very patient with my impatience. 😊 I know the gel topper will provide the bit of extra cushion I need. I’ll give an update in a month or so. We highly recommend purchasing here. My Mom is moving up and I’m sending her here for her new mattress.

Came in looking for a affordable quality mattress because of family coming over last minute. I explained my price point and he met me in the middle giving me a great deal without hassle. I was in and out in about 10 mins. I have a couple more rooms that will need mattresses and will be returning.

Update: Robert my salesman reached out and extended his apologies. Seems there was a miscommunication between store and delivery crew about setup because the base was atypical. Stuff happens they stand behind their service and product and made it right. Bumped to 5 stars.Pretty typical, really nice salesman assured me that Customer Declines Setup on my receipt didnt matter because setup was included in the $100 delivery fee ( I live 8 miles away from store). Delivery guys were polite and punctual but said sweet no setup! when they hopped out of the truck. Which is baloney because I specifically asked for set up and was willing to pay for it.The only reason this is a 4 star instead of 1 is because the absolutely awesome delivery guys helped me out with set up anyhow.Typical salesman, delivery crew went above and beyond for the customer.

We came in looking for a queen mattress and I want to say the sales guy name was Joe? He helped us load the mattress in the back of the store and we parked next to his BMW. Anyway, the service was outstanding and we got a great deal on our purchase. We are very happy!!

We were just looking for a basic memory foam mattress $500-$1,000, we bought one 8 years ago from mattress depot and it’s been a great mattress but finally it started to wear out. My husband saw a fully adjustable bed frame and memory foam bed at the competitor down the street for over $4,000. I told him to dream on until we went back to the depot... Rob didn’t hop on us when we walked in the door, let us walk around, answered my questions with our best interests in mind and we ended up with an amazing 14” thick memory foam bed AND a fully adjustable modern bed frame that does not look like the old school hospital looking things you’re thinking of. You can sit this thing up and basically turn your bed into the most comfortable couch ever to watch movies in bed. It has a vibration massage feature which sounds cheesy but it’s actually amazing! We also didn’t know the frame came with an under the bed light plus double USB ports on each side. We came in on a whim and walked out the door with BOTH items in stock!!! They have almost everything on display in stock which really satisfies the instant gratification we all want even though it’s silly hahaha! Out the door we only paid $2,200 plus tax and we are so happy! We had a minor hiccup missing a part for the frame and Rob took care of it immediately and was even ready to come over and install it for us. This is my third purchase in the past 8 years from this company and I have no interest in playing with any of the others plus I love that it’s a Washington owned company!

On June 18 of last year I got the oppurtunoty to to Meet Paul Schliemann .. at Matteess Depot we had saved up to replace our bed 🛏 your know the mattress that feal like a taco in the morning that’s what our old mattress was .. it was a very informative experience we asked good questions and narrowed down what would fit for my tall husband .. the SEALY POSTERURPEDIC adjustable Bases... we had struggle with tossing and turning , light snoring and discomfort waking each other up ... I had to see a chiropractor monthly .. but I am so thrilled 😄 to say snoring is under control when we adjust my spouses angle .. we can get up there is hardly no movement in our mattress so the person getting up later can still sleep ...I do miss my chiropractor but have not had to go in this year hurray.. we speak kinder to each other and enjoy our kids so much more and have energy because of healthy sleep 😴.. we put it off to long we should not have but I am greatful we did At we don’t ever have to go back to that .....
