This place has outstanding customer service and the highest quality of work. We were a smaller company a little over a year ago and now have over 150 employees that we have outfitted with various items that we worked with Cindy and her team on. This place always helps me out with my task. I am always last minute and in a rush, they are very realistic with their timelines and do their best to beat that if possible. I have had several things done for several companies and I have always had a pleasant experience. I had another embroidery shop ask me where I had my work done, because it was impressive. Lastly, all of the products are still in like new condition after countless washes and years of wear and tear. I would not hesitate to trust them with your project.

Cindy and her staff are amazing, and we have always had incredible customer service from Sports Connection! We place all of our shirt orders - big (1800 pcs) and small (25 pcs) - and other screen printing orders with Sports Connection. We have been customers for at least 10 years, and there is seriously no one better. They help with design, layout, and item selection - and it comes out perfect every time. Cant believe some of the reviews on here as I have had exactly the opposite experience. I use them for all my needs. They have helped me create walk shirts and golf shirts for fundraisers and they never disappoint. I give them adequate time to secure the number of items, personalize as needed, etc. and they have never missed a due date....ever! I wouldnt go anywhere else. This company is slow providing product. The customer service is far from favourable. Would not go through this company if the school did not use them for sports. They divert blame to others when they are unable to meet deadlines. This company would benefit from customer service training and the importance of customer satisfaction. I feel that the schools would benefit by obtaining a contract through a more reliable company.

This company is not reliable. I was told 3 days ago(Thursday) they could remove my daughters old numbers on her jersey and replace with new ones. That it would take about 3 days turnaround. I contact them(Monday) and Im told they are no longer able to remove numbers.
