They never got my COVID test back so dont go here. Plus they dont answer the phone even when you call for over 30 min.

This place is a joke. Young asain lady said I couldnt pick up my prescription since my insurance didnt cover. I told I would pay cash and she still didnt understand.maybe you should train your employees to understand that people can still pay for prescriptions.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. There are so many issues with this pharmacy you are better off filling your prescription somewhere else. Here are some of the issues: 1) They do not fulfill prescription refill requests submitted through the automated text system so you have to call them every time you need your prescription 2) They never pick up the phone: expect to have to try multiple times over the course of several days and wait long times on the phone 3) They take a long time to fill a prescription and do not contact customers to let them know their prescription is filled 4) Their staff is rude once you manage to get through to them on the phone.

I have made a corporate complaint about this pharmacy and nothing seems to of improved. The customer service overall from everybody at the store is absolutely horrible. It is impossible to get through to the pharmacy without spending 20 minutes calling them, they don’t fill or order prescriptions on time. Prescriptions are in necessary thing and people take life-saving medication. The way they operate should be illegal when they are messing with peoples meds

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE at communicating when theres an issue! They just let you come pick it up & find out its not ready. They NEVER answer the phone! One of the pharmacists is super rude! I used to do in-home care, used them frequently, & now its only my backup incase my regular pharmacy doesnt have a certain medication. I have ALWAYS been disappointed with the service here, its never gotten any better. Every single time I used this pharmacy there was an issue Id be given some excuse as to why it wasnt ready, usually weve been busy or were short staffed or insurance denied it but yet they didnt call me or try to remedy it. DO BETTER RITE AID! Youre the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with hands down!

Good luck getting through to the pharmacy when you call. They dont answer the phone and when they finally do they put you on hold for a long time. In addition, the prescription refill system via text message doesnt work with them. Every time its time to refill my prescription I get a text message from Ride Aid and select the option to refill but they never get the notification, so I have to call them every month to remind them to refill my prescription.

This pharmacy is awful! They are so rude even when youre just asking a question. They do not have enough staff and clearly are way in over their heads.. They obviously cant keep up, it takes days and days just to get one script.. Not worth the time or stress, I would definitely go to Fred Meyer or Safeway, ANYWHERE else! Honestly youll probably have better luck just going out of town to get what you need..

This store is ridiculous! The staff in pharmacy have no clue what they are doing. The wait time is sometimes 20 minutes just to get a person to help you.Prescriptions take over a week to fill.As soon as my insurance changes to allow Walgreens again , I’ll never be back to this store

Extremely rude staff at this Rite Aid. Basic items like Aleve not even stocked. When I mentioned how so many stores were out if stuff, clerk snapped “maybe You should get your CDL and fix the problem.” Based on the Goggle reviews, I see why folks arent shopping here. BTW Safeway across the street had Aleve. Must have better supply chain.

I had a great experience getting my COVID vaccine, thanks to Pharmacist Ivy Dang. She was very kind, patiently answered all of my questions, and was very efficient. Thankfully, I wont need another COVID injection thanks to Johnson & Johnson, but if I did, Id go back to this store. Please pass on my thanks to that team. I wouldnt want to be doing their job during a pandemic and Im grateful that they are there supporting our community and making us all safer.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of wasting my time at. Not once has my order been right.

First time getting a prescription filled here while visiting family nearby. I was impressed with the wait time much better than my usual pharmacy. I did need speak with the pharmacist on another matter and she was so helpful! Ivy helped answer my questions and then some with a level of professionalism you don’t see much these days. Such a friendly gal who was extremely knowledgeable—I’ll definitely be back!

I am from out of town and I have to say Ivy D was such a big help to me! I wish the pharmacist back home were just as friendly and supportive as this young lady. She really took the time to explain the process of using a new inhaler and for that I am extremely grateful. So thank you so much, love the service! :)

I was out of town visiting friends and forgot my medication at home. I went to this drug store because it was near where I was visiting to see if they could help me. My expectations were low because this is not the first time I have had this problem and my previous experience did not go well. To my great surprise , the pharmacist , I think her name was Ivy was so kind and patient with me. She worked with me until the matter was resolved and even assisted with questions I had about over the counter drugs. They were quite busy but I was so impress that I had to tell someone. Customer service at this location is the worst. Im used to having a pharmacist that cares about their patients. If i had a bartells pharmacy close by i would be going to bartells.Covid is preventing the pharmacy to be able to fill s ripts in a timely manor. Now it takes 3-4 hours to fill a script thats been on record for months.

Dr. Ivy was very professional and help me with my perception and help me filling my perception and understanding the correct dose and side effects. Being active duty military civilian pharmacies typically do not take the time needed to accept Tri care, but Dr. Ivy went above and beyond to ensures I was take care of. I truly appreciate her time and efforts

Love this pharmacy! Came in with my sons prescription right before they closed and Ivy the pharmacist still took the time to look over his antibiotics and make sure it was ok for my little guy. Even called the on call doctor while we waited. Wouldnt take my scripts anywhere else!

I have a really good experience picking up my prescription here! The pharmacist Ivy is so sweet and funny but also fast and efficient - got everything ready for me so I didnt have to wait in the lobby for too long.

Swung into the Bonney Lake Rite Aid the other night...Quick and easy stop for my wife and I to get our passport pictures taken. The staff was friendly, the price was $20 for two sets of pictures, and we were in and out of there in about ten minutes. Highly recommend if you need passport pictures taken.

Called pharmacy looking for compression stockings for post surgery. Pharmacy finally picked up and rudely stated they didnt carry them in the pharmacy.... transferred me to the floor... I waited for ever for someone to pick up when they finally did he said he would check with his manager. I waited and waited and waited another 10 minutes on the phone and they finally just hung up on me! I will not be doing any business with RiteAid pharmacy again.

Prices at their online stores can be much cheaper than at the physical stores...

I have literally had NOTHING but problems at this rite aid PHARMACY.The staff is rude, and disorganized.They never have your prescriptions ready when they say they will.If you’re able, switch pharmacies.

100% Greeted as I come in this place, even if it isnt verbal, someone is making eye contact and I feel very welcome.Front end staff are very friendly and I feel like they have a good rapport with each other.Only once or twice has an item been out of stock, and that is when I was trying to purchase top shelf vodka, so I can see why they dont have very many units on hand.

Its blatantly obvious that this Rite Aid doesnt care about customer service. Ive done business with Rite Aid for over 8 years and never had so much problem getting my prescription filled. It is NOT my doctor. They keep blaming my doctor that he doesnt respond to the fax but my doctors office is a very small town type office. They DONT miss stuff. I travel an hour because their service is that good.I find it absolutely obnoxious that each time I have them fax my doctor they click a button and call it good. I want to run through a scenario. I need xxx script filled. Okay sir, we will fax your doctor and then you need to call him. Why wouldnt we just skip the fax all together and call the doctor.That is how I will handle it from now on but dont offer a service that constantly makes you look incompetent. I miss my Rite Aid in Tacoma.

The pharmacy leaves plenty to be desired. This has been our pharmacy for just over 2 yrs now. Had Dr send in the order to be filled. Ran another errand in between just to give them time. Wait 15 minutes at window just to be told to return in 20 minutes to give them time to run my insurance when I gave them a valid up to date card. We are on file. Same insurance. Really? Pay and come back back later. Or wait around. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

The people that work here are friendly and helpful. The store always looks nice and the lighting is great. They also dont rearrange the store often so you know where to go find what your looking for, except of course reworking the seasonal merchandise.

If I could give them less stars I would.The Manager trys his best but the pharmacy has new employees every week, besides one. no one knows anything, your medicine will never be ready, no they will not help you,cant help you, nor try to. Even after going there for 15 years they dont know us..time for change.

Worst pharmacy ever. My prescriptions are never ready on time. I usually have to come back next day or wait at least a half hour. They are not friendly at all. And heaven forbid you ask for a consult with the actual pharmacist, they act very perturbed when you do and rush through the spiel like it was a disclaimer on a pharmaceuticals commercial. I finally got tired of rite-aid and switched to the multicare pharmacy on south prairie.

They simply are the biggest group of uncooperative unprofessional pharmacist that Ive ever been affiliated with and Ive been going to Rite Aid for over 12 years now and several States I always stuck with him because they are always loyal dependable and friendly.This outfit out here is extremely confrontational ,always trying to pick an argument with their customers ,the fact that they gave them one star is for their location only. I have never seen a group of people that was supposed to be customer service oriented so ill-equipped to deal with people. And to top it off they argued with my Dr on how to fill out his prescription forms, this is a doctor that has been in service for over 35 years and, it they have been extremely uncooperative on so many levels, I shall never use Rite Aid ever again because of this one store and their Pharmacy Department,pathetic! If I did my job,like they do their job, I would be fired.

Great customer service

My mother used to come here, but only because it was the only place her insurance would cover (other than Costco, where she refused to go on her day off because she worked there). It was terrible. I remember waiting in line for hours to get scrips that were ready, the service was terrible, and the price was more than twice what Costco charged. Most pharmacies do price matching... why not here?? I couldnt come here because they dont take Medicaid, so they wouldnt take any of my daughters scrips... boy did they miss out for a while there...

My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for 13 years and have always had the best service we could ever ask for. We wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thank you Bonney Lake Rite Aid

I have been EXTRAORDINARILY patient with this pharmacy for almost two years. Today, Ive hit my limit. The pharmacist at this place should be fired. Absolutely rude, talks over you, and puts you on hold most of the time. If you hate working there, just leave. Dont take it out on your customers! There are maybe two people there who are decent. The rest cant count at all. Seriously! How do you fill a 45 count with 30? Or 45 count with 40? Im constantly having to go back to prove that they shorted me on prescriptions (because I count them as soon as I get them, knowing that they have about a 20% failure rate). I submit prescriptions on Sunday, putting a Monday pick-up, knowing that it wont be ready till Thursday. Yes, they are the absolute worst. I only go there because they have a drive-thru. Otherwise, I would ditch them so fast. Btw: their app is subpar as well. The scan doesnt work, and it never remembers your favorite store thats in your profile. Everything is manual. Can Rite Aid do anything right??

I have used this pharmacy for years, never once have I had a problem with the employees in the pharmacy up until recently when all the old employees were replaced or quit. I have a thyroid condition and need my medinaction to function right my doctor has faxed in my approval to refill request twice and one lady keeps telling me they were denial letters and the other is saying they are waiting for the exact prescription from my doctor. Wth!? They have no idea what there doing in there. There customer service sucks. And they wont even give me a emergency dose like they use to, which I need! I will not return to this pharmacy its a joke.

After many years, today is the last day as a customer of BL Rite Aid. Had a cart loaded with misc items plus beer & wine for a 4th of July party. At check out the associate asked for my ID and I said I didnt have it & informed her that Im 70 years old (true). She tried to call the manager for assistance and while waiting another assistant came to the register & proceeded to tell me more than once its company policy. That I understand because many other stores have the same policy but when they look at a customer who is clearly many years over the drinking age they immediately run an override on the cash register or politely ask customer to wait for the manager. This associate did not offer either as an option (although the first associate who I believe was in training seemed somewhat confused).Im not proud of my reaction but just left the store. However, the old saying do not mess with grandmas over 70 is probably something This particular Rite Aid should pay attention to.

Rude and so slow! Probably the slowest customer service I have ever had. The drive thru window is useless as no one ever comes to the window but going inside is no good either as they take their sweet time just as much.

These guys are joke and almost killed my fiancé who has asthma. We dropped off her script for Adavair at noon on Saturday and they said it will be 2 hours? Whatever, we left and came back and it appeared they had forgotten about the script and said oh it will be another hour. So we went home and waited and waited and finally at 650pm we got the text and went to pick it up. We show up and they tell us that her insurance needs an update from her Dr otherwise they wont cover it. Well gee, it would have been great if you said something hours ago when the Dr office was still open. Frustrated we said screw it, how much without insurance? They replied 988$!! Omg, screw it, we went home and she ended up in the ER twice that weekend. This isnt the only time this has happened. They have done that to me on several occasions but this time took the cake. I just moved here and this rite aid is a train wreck compared to the Fife location. Im transferring all our perscriptions elsewhere where people take pride in their work. If you want to die, go here.

If i could give no stars i would. Tried to steal my prescription of pain medication. Said my insurance wont cover it. Said ok can i have it back and the lady got all pissed and rude and wrote all over the front of it trying to keep me from getting it. Thank you fred meyers.
