Extremely pleased with the services received at Bonita Hearing. Dr. Johnson genuinely cares and listens to his patients.

I had given the Dr. a lower rating in the past because I did not like the attitude that he had towards a patient before me. He seemed to be irritated because of her tardiness. He might of had a bad morning that day. After talking to him and letting him know of what I saw, He apologized to me and told me that he had apologized to the patient before me. So I change my rating because it takes a lot of integrity and shows character to admit that you have something wrong. I believe that from now on when you go there it will be a great experience. (I gave you 4 stars because I believe that there is always room for improvement.)

Dr. Johnson is low key, very thorough.
