I bought a digital piano for Christmas at Steinway Piano Galley. My experience couldn’t have been better. The sales people were wonderful to work with. They turned the experience into an adventure. They were upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. No stuffiness there! I had so much fun just learning about the pianos. I decided on a digital because it was a less expensive choice AND with the headphones, I can practice without driving my husband crazy. I love my piano.

I just got the most beautiful baby grand piano from here! I have always wanted one and never thought I could afford one. I got a beautiful used one that has been refurbished and is just like new. Bob and Colleen were great to work with and I even got a contactless delivery and set up from the nicest delivery people I’ve ever dealt with. They have a lifelong customer in me. I can’t say enough good about this place!

Do not do business with Grant Billings. He is extremely unprofessional and has screamed at me on more than one occasion. I recommend going ANYWHERE else outside of this company.

I had a great experience with Steinway piano gallery. They helped me move my piano from ft lauderdale to Bonita springs and even delivered it up 2 flights of stairs! Once it was in its new home they had one of their technicians come out for a tune up and we’ve been making music ever since! I would highly recommend 😊

Pricey, but to be expected at a sales showroom. They add delivery as an extra expense as well. Bob is helpful and professional without being too overly pushy. He would be a good go to if you are looking for something specific!

David did an outstanding job tuning my piano. He was prompt, pleasant and friendly. David asked me to play a song before he left to be sure that I was pleased and could notice a difference. I was glad that he sought my feedback. David asked me if I played the piano often and I said I don’t play as often as I would like to play. I am new at playing piano, but I was tired of playing on an old cheap 88 key keyboard. I was told by my piano teacher that Steinway Piano Gallery is a good place to check out as they have a good selection of both acoustic and electric pianos.But know this; if you walk into this store looking for a piano, regardless of whether or not you buy from them, I promise youll walk out with a new friend. I stopped in and spent nearly 4 hours talking to Grant. Amazing guy. He showed me a wide range of pianos. Knowing I was interested in electric so I could play with headphones while learning, he let me try a myriad range of acoustic as well, not to try and sell me on them, but so I could feel what an acoustic piano felt like and find an electric that felt the same or similar.While in the store looking around, I never felt pressured. The staff was incredibly friendly.I cant say enough positive things about my experience. If youre in the market for a piano, whether it is an acoustic or electric; give Steinway Piano Gallery a chance. You wont regret it. There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews.I ended up purchasing a Roland LX-17. And I cant wait to purchase a nice baby grand one day. I had a great time buying a new piano. The staff knows what they’re doing, and they love pianos and music.The selection was great, and they spent hours showing their wares. It was a rich, fun musical experience. They were businesslike, but not high pressure.. I ended up with a digital Roland because I’m a singer and the ability to change keys outweighed the beauty of the “real” pianos, but I was tempted by the baby grands.

I give Steinway Piano Gallery 15 stars! Why? There are 3 main considerations when choosing where to buy your piano. first, quality of the product. You cannot do better than a Steinway or Roland!!! 5 stars! second, the experience and knowledge of the staff. Grant Billings knows more about pianos, acoustic and digital, than anyone I have met in all my years of piano playing/buying. 5 more! And third, a willingness to listen and to understand YOUR needs .. Grant listened to and addressed all of my concerns. He heard just what I wanted in a piano. As a result, I now have, and LOVE, the PERFECT piano. 5 more stars! A piano is a lifetime investment. It can bring you a lifetime of enjoyment. They were so helpful, and the movers that came to help me were courteous and very professional. My piano was moved swiftly and safely, with no worry on my part! If you love music this shop is like Disneyland for musician and specially piano players. The highlight of the store is Bob who very diligently makes sure you get what you need.

Steinway was excellent in every detail arranging for my 100 yr old grand piano to be moved. I recently bought a new digital piano from Steinway Piano Gallery and could not have been more pleased with my purchase or the buying experience. Paul and Grant (owner) were very easy to work with and their passion for music and pianos was clearly on display. They were very knowledgeable about their products (moreso than other local piano dealers I had visited) and were able to answer all of my questions easily. There was virtually no sales pressure to upsell me something beyond what I was looking for. I felt they went out of their way to help me...which is the kind of service and attention that you often only get from a family owned business such as theirs. I also appreciated their willingness to leave me alone to experiment with a $120K Steinway Grand Piano in their recital room. All in all it was a great buying experience that I encounter all too infrequently these days.
