If you are reading this it is probably because you cannot hear!! I had the same problem and took the big Step of walking through the door of Decibels and admitting that I was having a hard time hearing!! I was Then directed to Dr. Rachel and she confirmed that I could NOT hear!! I had actually figured that out, that is why I was there.. We then discussed my option and Dr. Rachel answered all my Question and I then went home to think about it!! Be prepared to spend a buck or Two but how much is being able to hear worth? We look at the entry Level.. I have a pacemaker and when I got it I did not ask for the entry level to live!! Go First Class it is worth it!! Dr. Rachel told me I would be hearing a lot better and she was 100% Correct!! Great Follow-up and adjusting!! I recommend!! On Dr. Rachel Edwards! If she is NOT your audiologist Then YOU have made a Mistake and are a fool!! She is the best!! So If YOU take the Plunge Make Sure YOU DEMAND Dr. Rachel!!

Dr. Thomas was exceptional with the process of testing and selecting the best option for me, but even more amazing is the customer care they provide after your purchase. They offer every type of hearing, broad price range, but at the end of the day I am very impressed and happy with everything Decibels!bob

Dr. Edwards really puts you at ease. She’s very knowledgeable about how the hearing aides work and your hearing as well.

What a scam. I won’t be returning.The doctor and the staff were great.My hearing aids volume was increased.I started noticing that the volume one one aid would pop in to what it was suppose to be after a few hours. I was told this was a different issue and another payment would be required. The adjust which was made didn’t take so how is this a separate issue if the adjustment didn’t take.I’m sorry this is a scam.

What a kind, understanding and professional place! From the front desk to the Audiologists. My mom can hear everything now! The hearing aids were perfect for her. Given many options and together we chose the one that was best for her. The customer service is impeccable. Best decision we made was to go there. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a hearing loss. They will work with you and you will be happy!

During a prolonged hospital stay, my aids did not receive their usual tlc.My wife took them to the Bonita Springs office, where they were restoredto good health and supplemented by a good supply of domes, batteries,and wax catchers--not to mention a bag of Valentines candy. Excellent service.

Rachel at the BONITA location is so caring, knowledgeable and explains things in a simple understandable manor. I feel like my daughter is my Dr.Must try them.
