Love my outdoor kitchen! They build a beautiful, functional and all around awesome outdoor kitchen for me. The crew is friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Started Ok. Ended bad. We bought a new under-counter outdoor refrigerator for our lanai. The sales person was very helpful. We looked at two good options and picked one. Their showroom is very small, so if we were interested in a large project with many items, the small showroom size could be a problem. The price was the same price that we could get online with free delivery, but we wanted to support this local small business. We had to pay $100 for delivery and removal of our old fridge, which I thought was high, but we accepted it. We were disappointed they would not accept credit card payment without charging an extra 4% fee, so we wrote a check instead of building reward points on our credit card. About ten days went by with no call from them, so we called to check on delivery. They said our fridge arrived about five days previously, and they did not know why they had not delivered it to us yet. After waiting for another call back from them to schedule delivery, we had to call them again multiple times to follow up, getting more frustrated each time. No one ever called us back to schedule, update, or apologize, even after complaining to the owner. I had to personally drive back to the store, and they finally delivered the fridge the next morning. The two installation guys did a good job, and we love the fridge so far. Overall, we wont go back to this place. When going with a small and local firm, we expect better service compared to big box places, and it was worse.

We visited the showroom March 26 looking to replace straight-line outdoor kitchen.Grill, sink, fridge and cabinetry. We were helped by Terrance he was friendly, answered our questions, showed us what we asked to see but really offered no suggestions or design assistance. Apr 5th we received the design proposal. April 6th we sent an email question in regards to the proposal and to date we have not heard anything back. Since he had been quick to respond to previous emails I guess they were not interested in our business.

We were extremely happy with the work Outdoor Kitchen Place did for us. They demolished an old built-in grill & counter and replaced it with a beautiful new outdoor kitchen; complete with a grill, sink, fridge, storage cabinets & granite counter/backsplash. We enjoyed meeting & working with the team — especially Anthony, (owner) , Terrance, Orlando & Sebastian. They were very professional, did quality work & delivered what they promised. We would highly recommend this company.

I wanted a new hood/fan for over my grill as well as a new sink and countertop for my outdoor kitchen. I read several reviews and while I understand some people are not happy with the Ritz Hotel, everyone that wrote a review seemed to love The Outdoor Kitchen Place. I didnt believe they could be as good as their review but I was wrong - they were even better. From Anthony (the owner) to Terrance, Nick, Sebastian, Orlando and the rest of the staff, I learned I was dealing with real professionals. The quality of the work was top notch and exceeded my expectations. It wasnt just the main project I hired them for, it was also the little things. For example, my outlet covers around the grill looked cheap, and they replaced them with new ones. They also added a fan in the cabinet under my grill should there ever be a gas leak - a real safety feature. I highly recommend The Outdoor Kitchen Place for any outdoor kitchen remodeling.

We needed our outdoor grill hood adjusted and wanted to add granite as a backsplash. The entire team at the Outdoor Kitchen Place were fantastic. Anthony, Nicholas and Tony were very professional and had a great attention to detail. They were also very neat and clean and finished the job on time. We would highly recommend them!

She came up with a beautiful design of a very unique and stunning Sandalus Quartzite, leather-finish granite, black cabinets made from solid resin that will last a lifetime, and an amazing combination of a 340 stainless steel TopZero Seamless Edge sink, Twin Eagles grill and separate twin burners, and a beautiful stainless steel Summit outdoor refrigerator. The end result was breathtaking! Jennifer also stayed intimately involved throughout the entire process to make sure that every detail was correct, and that all of my questions were answered, and expectations met. The owner Anthony and his entire team of exceptional installers did an amazing, professional job, on time, competitively priced, and without a single hiccup. I was impressed by the care, attention to detail, skill, and creativity of every member of the team, and thrilled with the great care they displayed in making sure that every detail was executed perfectly and to my exacting standards. Our experience with Anthony, Jennifer and the entire team at The Outdoor Kitchen Place was fantastic.First, if you are building a home with a builder, I would have the electric and plumbing roughed in and wait to work with OKP. The developer will affectively charge you twice the price of OKP.Second, you will not find a more customer service and quality oriented company in southwest Florida. From the beginning and throughout the process, the team focused on our requirements and then working through options to stay within our targeted budget. The started the work within 6 weeks and on the exact day they told us they would. They also finished it over the course of 7 business days on the exact day they said they would.What I have been most blown away with is their attention to detail. I set the expectation with Anthony that I wanted to see the site in the exact state they found it with the exception of the kitchen we bought being installed - Anthony agreed and committed to this without hesitation. While you want to naturally believe someone, I have never had this experience before.The day the team wrapped up, I was just blown away by the quality of the work and the site. Every line grouted, every gap calked, every surface cleaned and shined and they even requested matching house paint to clean up the calk lines... unbelievable!!!Completely satisfied in every way possible. My neighbor is now planning to do theirs and use OKP.
