Loved their service. From when you enter and when your leaving. They serve ice cream and sandwiches, hot and classic sandwiches. I liked their soup too!

Great ice cream, great people, great experience! We stopped in on our last vacation day and were greeted and helped by several employees once at the counter (line moves fast). The ice cream cones were delicious (Bohemian Rhaspberry and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough). The sizingwas generous and priced well. Really glad we stopped in! Thanks again!

I ordered on Ubereats. Not 100% sure if the order was correct as I had never been there before (was at a hotel and wanted to try local ice cream). Dont know what the flavors are supposed to look like. That was my first time ever to have white pistachio ice cream that had almonds and not sure why the beach bum (if thats what it actually was) was named that or what it actually contained (tasted kinda like cinnamon with chocolate chips w/caramel swirl) or why there was an animal cracker but it was good.

A huge selection of home made ice cream.Try the chimney sweep, the sticky finger or the Super Man.Non Dairy ice cream available in addition to Italian ices, and sherbet.Well managed and clean. Large seating area. They also have a good selection of ice cream cakes and pre-packed flavors if youre looking to take something home.

Tasty homemade ice cream with a wide variety of flavors. The ice cream itself is a little pricy, but they also have soup and sandwiches that seem like a good value, although I didnt try them.

It is a tradition on every vacation I take to go and get some ice cream from a local ice cream store and Royal Scoop did not disappoint. Just as the name says the ice cream is top notch and so good. There is nothing like a scoop of fresh homemade ice cream on a Florida day. The Royal Scoop has a lot of flavors so it was hard to narrow down but I hit mint chip. My ice cream cone was gone in like five minutes because I live ice cream.

Love this place. Everytime Im in the area I stop in for a delicious experience. My wife enjoys it too even though shes on a diet...lol

No other place can beat this Homemade Ice Cream location. Royal Scoop has always been my favorite to go to for dessert. Love their Cookie Monster ice cream, i always get it every time.

Due to stop and go traffic, we stopped on the way out of town to cool off after a day on the beach. With 45 flavors, hard to choose just the right one, but found out with the banana walnut chip and key lime pie flavors. Staff was very pleasant, engaging and made the stop even better. If your passing by, take the time to stop and grab yourself a cone, you wont regret it

Our local Ice-cream store, it gets so busy but I cant take away any starts for being on high demand. diverse selection.

The serving sizes are very small for the price and the ice cream was nothing to write home about. They got ice cream and whipped cream all over the outside of our cups. The napkin dispensers were empty so we couldn’t wipe them off and they didn’t even offer to wipe it off for us. I would definitely go elsewhere next time.

I grew up going to the church across the street & going to Royal Scoop often. I absolutely Love taking my kids when we get a chance! The cones pictured are just one scoop!! Service is always great. Flavors are amazing!!

I guess they must be something of a local legend, but if so its well earned. Their flavors are reliably great, the atmosphere is friendly, and their sundaes are top notch.

These two young ladies Sophia and Dani are very respectful and very patient. It was my first time I didn’t know what to get. They read me most of the options, they were very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this place! Amazing customer service

I recommend this ice cream, even if you dont enjoy ice cream all the time like myself! This wasnt to sweet nor not enough flavor, it was a perfect combination with perfect balance! This will be my ice cream treat every time I come to this area!! I would even drive a hour for this blissful flavor 😋 Enjoy friends!

Employees are rude, owners are just as rude and discount how you feel. Apparently leaving them a review that is not acceptable to them means that you are “blasting them”. The owners apparently don’t care about customer service and when you tell them your experience they basically all you a liar. Over priced, horrible customer service, and ice cream is nothing special. Owners need to get over themselves!

Best ice cream I have ever had. Don’t live in this state, however when I travel here I always stop here because of their ice cream. The flavor is fantastic. I will say the line was out the door when I was there, but worth the wait in my opinion. Would come here again!

I think this place is better than Ben & Jerrys. The staff is always so nice and always greet you when you walk in. And theyre always ready to give you a sample or help you with your ice cream dilemma

Best ice cream Ive had in SW Florida. Love the banana split. Also, love the fact that they have homemade non-dairy ice cream, and sorbets for folks like myself who cant have the dairy.

Ice cream is good but not worth dealing with the rude customer service. Let me preface this by saying I live here and during peak season this place can be very busy and somewhat chaotic. We entered the chorale and there was no one at the register where you normally order. The line kept moving so we thought that maybe they had switched up their ordering process. Waited 15 minutes in line to get up to the front to be told that we needed to get back in line and order from the window, which was now staffed with someone. The people that work here are young and rude. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Very creamy ice cream but not worth the $20. Free samples and quick service. There was no lines at 8pm but that may from being off season which is good. Friendly staff members. The turtle pecan was 2.66 and better good.

Its always a fun experience at Royal Scoop. From the retro interior to oldies music, I love taking my kids there! They have a bajillion flavors of ice cream and also recently added a dairy free selection. They also have italian ices, and an entire food menu. Kids under 3 are free!

I ordered a scoop of Heath bar crunch. It was pretty much a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a very small amount of the candy bar in it. Very dissatisfied.

The banana split is incredible. Sugar cones are great. I haven’t had a chance to eat the hot meals, but I heard they are good.

Ice cream is awesome (had the black cherry, and royal turtle - dark chocolate with caramel and pecans), but the chocolate dipped waffle cone is terrible. Tasted like plastic and kinda ruined the ice cream for me. The actual waffle cone itself was good, just not the dipped part. A shame!

Long line and wait 10-15 minutes but ice cream was excellent. Expensive but very good. They had a mask requirement but no one enforced it. We and most wore a mask but a few didnt. Disappointing. Ice cream was worth the wait!
