After searching many dress shops in Boston and more while vacationing in Naples, I met Kelly and Chase. Kelly has such beautiful designs/ style and she and Chase made the whole experience easy and fun! She is meticulous on the alterations and all the details. Once I selected my mother of the groom dress, Kelly told me exactly what I needed and where to buy all my accessories! I would highly recommend Kelly Chase Couture for your next special occasion!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Kelly and Chase! My mother and I purchased our dresses from Kelly (bride and mother of the bride) and they were absolutely stunning. Kelly’s dresses are truly something special and so is she. With a brilliant talent for design, and for understanding her clients, every interaction with Kelly was too fantastic for words. I went with her absolutely gorgeous and unique, yet still classic, blue bridal ball gown, along with an amazing custom painted lace veil. Even my photographers who are shooting wedding after wedding every weekend were floored when they saw Kelly’s pieces and had never seen anything like them. Kelly also accommodated so many of my knit picky asks for customization, and offered excellent solutions when I’d have ideas in mind that either weren’t feasible or I couldn’t articulate. She and Chase were professional, responsive, and thorough, but even made us feel like family in the end following up with us and checking our flight statuses on days of our appointments (given that we are based in New York). My final thoughts - the money spent on Kelly’s dress was some of the best money spent on anything for my wedding. She is a genius, and her and Chase are phenomenal people running the kind of exceptional small business you scarcely see anymore. Look no further!!! I cant say enough amazing things about Kelly Chase Couture! From the moment my mom and I walked in, we fell in love with this store. The selection is unmatched. The Paper Dolls collection is beautiful and unique, with so much variety that I knew no other bride would have the same look! We ended up buying one of the first dresses I tried on! The customer service is top notch. Maria, Kelly and Chase are the nicest and the most professional. They put me and and my mother at ease and made us feel like family. I highly recommend Kelly Chase Couture to other brides. I received so many compliments on my wedding day and felt like a princess!

My daughter had her wedding veil custom made here along with her belt for her dress. Both items were beautifully executed. Kelly and Maria assured us that all would be fine as both items were to be shipped to CT. I also found my dress here after many, many attempts in CT! I am so grateful to have found Kelly Chase Couture for my wedding dress! After exhausting all other salons in SWFL and Philadelphia, I still hadn’t found “the one.” Upon meeting Kelly and seeing her collection of unique and exquisitely crafted dresses, my worry started to ease. I fell in love with a gown that I wasn’t at all what I anticipated. In the end, Kelly was able to create two dresses in one that gave me the simple, beachy feel I was searching for with a magnificent beaded overlay that added just the right amount of splendor. I truly don’t understand the previous review????I went to Kelly Chase Couture feeling discouraged after multiple appointments at bridal salons in both Miami and New York. I felt so comfortable and at ease working with everyone there who helped me find my dream dress! The selection is amazing and their Paper Dolls Collection is original / brilliant and has endless possibilities. Maria is a true asset to the salon and I highly recommend you request her when you visit. Maria was very realistic and down to earth when I told her my budget and she worked with me to find the perfect gown and accessories within the budget. They also have an amazing social occasion / mother of selection. My mother, mother in law and my sister all found their perfect dresses and accessories as well. Blown away!I sent one of my best friends to Kelly Chase and she as well had such a positive experience. The salon is extremely clean and very spacious and had more than enough room for my entire bridal party. They have a huge couch and several over sized comfy chairs. Even their bathroom was beautiful. (point being they pay attention to all the details apparently ,-) I am so glad I saved the best for last and I am also so thankful that I found my way to Kelly Chase Couture because I had the best experience possible. Wish I could have given 100 Stars ,-)

I highly recommend Kelly Chase Couture. I traveled from NJ to Florida to purchase my wedding dress here and it was worth the travel. My mother purchased her mother of the bride dress here as well. We both LOVED our dresses. The owners, Kelly and Chase, were unbelievably kind and helpful. The entire experience from beginning to end was perfect!

I went to Kelly Chase on my first attempt to find a wedding dress and let me tell you it was the BEST experience I could have ever imagined. I got to work directly with Kelly, the designer for Kelly Chase Couture. Their bridal gowns are sold across the US in many bridal boutiques but I found out they have their very own flagship salon in Naples, how amazing. Kelly came in to the store that night to meet me and help me find my dress since she knew I was heading back to NYC in a few days (I live in NYC but my parents live in Naples). She was so wonderful -- she was patient, she was honest and she let me try on so many dresses and let me really take my time with each one. She let me stay there for 3 hours -- until 9pm! -- with no complaints. Her dresses were GORGEOUS. Some of the prettiest dresses I have seen. If youre in the Naples area or want to make a trip down to tropical paradise and want to have the best experience trying on the most beautiful wedding dresses, you now know where to go ,-) And it doesnt hurt that her husband Chase and her work together and he was there the whole time and was SO pleasant and provided wonderful customer service. I could go on on, but just take my word for it and go there!

This bridal salon is what all should strive for! Maria is the sweetest and most detailed oriented person. Chase is very friendly and cares about his customers. I had an incredible experience here! I will refer all of my friends here for their future dresses or bridal needs.

I found the entire process of gown shopping in South Florida to be quite limited, but once I stepped into Kelly Chase Couture I felt a tremendous amount of relief. Kelly (the bridal gown designer) was such a breath of fresh air; the staff was friendly, accommodating, and energetic. The fact that the designer would come in and help tells a lot about the company. I saw gowns that I didnt see anywhere else, in a wide range of prices and all of excellent quality. Before visiting Kelly Chase Couture, I visited all the top stores in the area, and was not impressed by any of them. Ladies, this is the place to go.

Terrible customer service, Our appointmentwas at 3pm we were told to take a seat as she was still with a client..there was a chair at the desk but there was 4 of us.. musical chairs???? At 3:15 we were taken back and the bride to be picked out some dresses to try .. she was never given heels although there were heels available, she came out in the first gown, was never helped up on to pedestal, dress was not fluffed instead sales girl went to help another client with fabric choice. She disappeared numerous times to help other customers. This was the first bridal dress appointment the bride to be went on and as her aunt I was so disappointed for her.. I may have been married 20 years ago but I was treated like a princess and my Mom and Aunt equally. After the last dress... we were left to fend for ourselves ... we gathered our belongings and walked to front desk as she was busy looking for packing tape for yet another client. We politely asked her to record the 3 dresses she liked and we left highly disappointed.

Beautiful store with wonderful selection. The staff was wonderful. Kelly (the designer) is very attentive and will make whatever changes needed.

The lady there was a complete snob. She treated my sister and I like we werent nearly good enough to even step foot in the shop and didnt want anything to do with us. She told my sister that she had to have an appointment and then didnt even ask if she wanted to set one up. I was disgusted with how rude she was. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go there.
