Home Depot is usually my spot to go. Unfortunately I am located in an area where both home departments are a bit of a drive. So I usually go to a competitor, simply because of the distance.My visit to this one was good, as expected. Saturdays are always so busy, so it was a bit overwhelming with how many people were there. They seem very well staffed, but it always seems like all the help for questions is tied down helping someone else. This particular instance I finally got someone to help and I could feel the tension in his voice. He tried talking my dad and I into another option (which would have been easier for him), but not what we wanted, we only needed a few more bags of cement, we didnt need to order a whole pallet. Finally after putting our foot down that ordering a whole pallet really wasnt what we needed he reluctantly got the forklift and abruptly told us to get out of the way so he can get what we asked for.I am in the service industry myself, I understand tensions can be high on a busy day. Im not too terribly upset.Prices are always reasonable, and more than ample supply and options. Will definitely come again when its convenient. But, personally, wont be driving out of my way to be here.

Absolutely terrible. If you have any reason to call the store, youre better off sending carrier pigeon as nobody ever answers the phone and, if on the off chance someone does, they bounce you around one person to the next.For sure do NOT have them do a flooring project, because theres ZERO communication between them and the installers. And after you order and are waiting for delivery, theyll cancel delivery on you multiple times without letting you know that its cancelled. Brianna especially. Never answers her phone calls, never returns messages left, and Im pretty sure works only 3 hours a day, minus lunch.Pass on these folks. Go to Lowes.

Five stars for Appliance Specialist, Mark Aguilar! When my husband and I arrived at this store on 09/02, we were extremely upset and angry about the horrible experience we had with our dishwasher installation crew earlier that day. Mark was patient, understanding and beyond helpful. He was able to help us resolve several issues and provided knowledgeable answers to our questions. If it wasn’t for Mark’s assistance, the dishwasher would have likely been our last purchase from Home Depot.We have never seen or experienced such sloppy and shoddy installation work. It was so bad that it was HAZARDOUS! I don’t know if the installers were unskilled, lazy, ignorant- or a combination of all three. The utter disrespect for our property and disregard for our safety was mind-blowing! I understand good help is hard to find, but I can assure you that every single Home Depot customer would prefer longer wait times for installation than to have this sort of riffraff anywhere near their homes. Your customers deserve better!!!

The store has everything. I personally enjoy going to the garden center and buying plants and trees to enhance my front and backyards. I dont know anybody that hasnt been to The Home Depot, so I dont need to say anymore about it. One last thing, at this store and the one on Naples Blvd, the customer service is pretty good, the associates are always around and seem to be knowledgeable, but if they dont know they will get somebody that does. Highly recommended.

I just had an AWESOME experience with Grace Stafford in the appliance dept at the Bonita Springs store. Our dryer broke in our condo. She worked with us to purchase the floor model and we were able to pick up and have installed the same day. She always returned my call when she said she would! She gets it! Thanks again, Grace!

Although the staff is friendly, I couldnt find drywall anchors in a larger package. Many dont know that the whole premise of Home Depot is selling seconds. Meaning NOT first quality. They have an arrangement with the carpet mills to make their carpet a bit lighter in the thread count. You make think the carpet samples are the same as anyother store, but not so. Oh, and the money they save, they dont pass on to the customer. All facts.

About 30 years ago while living in New Jersey I bought a shovel from HD that had a lifetime guarantee. It broke a few days ago and I figured I had nothing to loose by bringing it to the BS store...I had no receipt. Manager, Linda, spoke to me and said to go get another and see her. I did and after a minute or so of paperwork Linda said I was all set !!! She honored my request based on my word alone. Wow, Thank you Linda ! You trusted me and did the right thing .I will not forget. What a wonderful experience!Mitch

We have been to 3 stores now searching for an item that is listed as in inventory. No one has been able to locate it. However, Today thanks to the efforts of Grace, Brenda and Luis we were able to leave with this item in hand from the Bonita. Beach store. It was there after all! Thanks to Tristen too!

I actually found someone who could direct me quickly to the items I wanted.I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was a refreshing visit to home Depot...

Unfortunately I can not say good things about this home depot, other than it usually has what I need. However with that being said, the workers here are not trained properly. I dont have a saw and needed some wood cut today (Sunday) the employee radioed it in twice and nobody ever showed. The employee stated to me he hadnt been trained on the saw, bit stated someone was in store...well they never showed up after waiting 30 mins and 2 intercom calls.I also came in to purchase a dishwasher a month prior. After dealing with the unhelpful gentleman in that dept, I took my business to Loews who is 10× more helpful, but unfortunately further from my home.It appears this place is lacking a lot of training for their employees.

Website informs of item location in store, aisle/bin. Make for quick easy access. No hassle returns, if it when necessary. Self check can be somewhat annoying depends on purchase. Reasonable pricing (most of the time)

I dont shop at this one normally its far from where I live. I was doing a job so I stopped in looking for a specific kind of plant or something close to it. The lady in the garden center ( wish I had gotten her name) was extremely knowledgeable of that plants and gave me all the help I could have asked for. Though she didnt have what I was looking for I left happy knowing she went out of her way to. I would shop there just for the customer service. Thank you for all the help💓

Great experience with this Home Depot, they are professional and polite. The Pro department and Pro loaders did everything they was supposed to do and made my experience great. I Bought 85 cases of tile and they did so great I had to take the time to let others know. Definitely recommend this Home Depot.

Ill start by saying this was our very first time going to Home Depot, we normally shop at Lowes its closer to our home. The guy in the truck rental area was fantastic, wonderful person very personable. However we were at the store and search up screen doors. Once we found said doors we proceeded to ask for help with those doors, we received help the gentleman who was getting the doors down said that we need to get him a card and where is going to take it to the car rental area for us. I asked another employee to retrieve a car cuz he could he remove said doors off of the cart and passed us the cart. We didnt took said cart to the employee who was assisting us with the doors and he was immediately infuriated believing that I personally took the other doors off of this cart. He therefore took it upon himself to not bring those doors that we ordered to the front as we agreed upon. Mind you we are at this time renting a truck from the same Home Depot. We have truck security truck rented no doors them for you caught us hell be a funny we left the store canceled our truck rental and we will not be returning to Home Depot

No longer using home depot switching to lowes for better customer service. After 3 hours collecting tools i was informed at checkout that pro services is no longer doing any sales over $100.00 by credit card even if you have a pro service business account. If theyre going to make it that hard ill go somewhere else from now on.

The help are now predominantly female and while easier on the eye in the tool section, theyre clueless. Not just one, but most. Whats the problem with hiring men? Men are the ones who have tool sheds and fix projects, hardly women. Not that some may enjoy getting dirt under their nails, but most women, and Ive been with a few, dont like banging about in the dirt. Hire PEOPLE that know the product you are SELLING, its a simple concept, no need to be all PR about it

The sales people went out of their way to find what I needed.The cashier was also helpful as well , explaining the refund policy behind one particular product he suggested was the best for what I needed.I was equally impressed by. the large selection of plants in the garden center.

Went there, nothing is in stock!First associate could barely communicate, hardware associate told me to look online!…which I will from here on out. “Rock Bottom” customer service!P.S.: The guy that told me to look online, offered to help after I started walking away…lol…hopeless

I am a do it myself type. The store provides all one may need. As long as you can find it. Quality of Lumber is not the same as the older days, but with supply and demand? Well maybe we demand to much. However, if you want to a have it done for your own business? They provide all the help you need. Even a seminar for the do it yourself person. I am happy they are here, and the location is easy enough, even for the snow Birds. Lol Im happy with them as well.

The Milwaukee (woman) Representative would not work with me on a royal king promotions because the price was too low in royal king. She said only the home depot manager can decide if they can match the price. then the manager comes and he says only Milwaukee can decide. They were like that back and forth. Walked out of there and went straight to royal king. So before purchasing any m12 fuel tools check out rural king first.

Frank, the supervisor in flooring is great! Went in for a piece of indoor/outdoor rug for my elderly dogs ramp so he doesnt slip and Frank cut a piece for us and said no charge! With the struggle for money right now we all are experiencing, the little stuff adds up. So thank you Frank for the great customer service and saving us a few bucks.

Paid them to install our carpet. They contracted it out to a company with a very poor reputation. Look them up- US Installations Group- 1.4 rating. We were forced to file a claim and we still have gotten nothing, months later. Bad move Home Depot! Use a more reputable company out of respect for your customers

Home Depot in Bonita Springs is a wonderful place. Large store, good selection, usually nice and helpful staff. Had to ask three staff members to help get an item from the top shelf (vanity) . But the third guy did get it down, plumbing guy was on me as soon as I walked down the aisle (eager to help and he was great), cashier (Pamela) helped with the transaction and did the tax exempt with no issues. A guy was waiting by the exit doors and walked with me to help me load the vanity in my truck. Over all, great job Home Depot

The greatest failure of any retailer is the inability to take a customers money. Self checkout does not take cash. Rude employee than directed me to line with an actual person... Here is a suggestion, get rid of the self-checkout! Hire actual employees and pay them a living wage! You might also try training them so they can provide actual customer service. I will go to Ace Hardware from now on.

The tool rental is great. Parking terrible trying to get under canopy to load windows with merchandise under it is not good. Please try to rethink this. It is a problem for the customers to get loaded and stay on schedule with their jobs.

I was waiting for a rental truck for about an hour and a half when the only one finally pulled up. We went back inside since our name was supposedly first on the list and came to find out that someone else had rented it before us. I am completely outraged and dissatisfied with the customer service here as well as the organization of everything. I will not be returning back to this Home Depot but thought it would be good for others to hear about this catastrophic experience.

Clean and organized. The store was not busy when I visited yet I still had a hard time finding an employee to help with something that was locked and labeled “ask for assistance”. Other than that, it is an dependable location.

Abraham Gils company installed my dishwasher today. Above & beyond service going the extra mile to ensure it fit and was level. Challenging task as previous builder had wood at the base which needed to be taken out.

I purchased an A/C/Heater through Home Depot Bonita’s home contracting service. They sent Gulf Shore Cooling to install the unit at my home. The unit was improperly installed and cost several hundred dollars to have it diagnosed and repaired. I talked to a manager at Bonita Home Depot, Kirk. Presented documentation and asked for some help disputing the charges for the improper install. He took all my information and then did nothing; no response to emails or phone calls.I have used this service in the past and have had great support from Home Depot when I have had problems with their contractors. This time however, they failed.

Went in to talk to someone about purchasing door hardware for a house Im buying. Spent 20 minutes looking for someone, then went to the Pro part of the store. Finally found someone willing to talk, other folks were just sitting around. Needed to purchase 36 various types of door knobs, 64 hinges and a bunch of associated hardware. He told me that unless I had the SKUs, he couldnt help me. I said Im not sure exactly what I need, so its hard to give you your stock number. He said he couldnt help. Must have been trained by the RMV in Massachusetts. Dont go unless you know exactly what you want. (And maybe the SKU)

Ive tried ordering online for curbside pickup several times. This last time was the worst. I ordered a certain number of pavers for a project. It took them almost 2 full days to fulfill the order. When I picked it up and went home, I realized only half of the pavers were there. I called and was informed that they werent able to fulfill the order (despite not telling me anything about this). Then they told me that they dont know when theyll have more pavers and the only store that has any more is 30 minutes away. Ill be taking my business somewhere else next time.

As a contractor Im in the store frequently and I must say the peeps at the pro desk are great. The regular staff lack what I call active engagement.Because when you ask about a particular item....most often they either dont know or they point. Not good.Your new security like Kathleen are very polite and bossy. (How many rules do you have)?Her and the big guy are fun to tease. They both have a good sense of humor.So if it wasnt for the prodesk and the security. I would rate you a 3.Please teach your staff not to be what most customers would call lazy.

I love this HomeDepot but lately it has been hit or miss for the garden center and seedlings. I love starting veggies from their plants but lately the variety has not been to great. It’s probably due to the time of year, but in the past they have had more 🍃

As far as home & garden places go, this Home Depot is a great place to shop. They are always well-stocked and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I love visiting their garden center when its time to revamp my outdoor living spaces with gorgeous planters, flowers, and herbs. During the holiday season they are well-stocked with gorgeous trees, lights and decor. Endless possibilities! If I have a question about a product someone is always happy to help. I love that this location is only a few miles from our house.
