Very nice and helpful staff. Went to check out the new matte white café kitchen suite, but ended up falling for several of the upscale brands Bill Smiths carries. This store carries brands not available from the big box store. You wont be disappointed. Prices were comparable or even better than HD or Ls.

Spacious and attractive showroom. Frank Curcio was very fluent on all the brands and technology for dishwashers, fridges, ranges and micros. He was very helpful in making our decisions. He went out of his way to find us a dishwasher that seem to be in short supply. It arrives today! Oh and prices were competitive! Thank you. We could be back if we have a need.

Chuck Smith was our salesman at our last visit to the store in Bonita Springs as we are looking to replace our aging washer and dryer. We wanted to purchase our appliances from a dealer that had repair technicians on staff as well as dedicated delivery and installation personnel, and Bill Smith Electronics and Appliances fit the bill. The Sales Person at the store Mr.Phillip Rigley was quite helpful in the selection of the refrigerator, which was a Samsung Refrigerator. It was black stainless steel in color. He was professional in completing the purchase transaction.On receiving the refrigerator, the delivery crew did not remove any of the multitude of tapes that were used in securing the glass plates! We had to remove them ourselves! We were not pleased about that.We are very pleased with the product so far!

We bought a stove, microwave and refrigerator in March 2021 and were told it would take anywhere from one to five months to get our appliances. It is now August, or 5 months later, and not only do we not have our appliances, but they say they cant say or do not have any idea when we will get them to us. They act disturbed when we call for updates. I regret using this so called local supplier and would recommend that anyone in the market pursue a more upfront and honest business.**************This an update to our previous review (see above). The store manager called us a few days after the review was posted and said that the appliances had arrived and scheduled a delivery date. The appliances have been delivered and installed and we are happy with the delivery process and information provided by the installers.

We have a Thermador refrigerator purchased from Bill Smith. We needed a water filter for the aforementioned refrigerator. Service tech didn’t bring one with him, so we had to drive to Bonita Springs to get one.Got it home and of course it is the wrong one after suggesting to the people in the store that the price was lower than what the tech quoted and it might be the wrong.No remorse, just take a picture of the one still in the refrigerator and bring the wrong one back. As if my time is valueless.

Wonderful experience at Bill Smith Appliances in Bonita Springs with salesperson Sally Hemmerich. Boy, did this store make out like a bandit when they hired her!! She walked us through the washer and dryer section and explained to me the difference between a washer with an agitator and those without. Helped me decide on models of the Bosch appliances. I’m going with black stainless. Gas stove, water through the door refrigerator counter sunken. Love my decision and looking forward to my new kitchen.

Bill Smiths Bonita Springs store offers a variety of home appliances. They are bridging the gap between the order and delivery dates professionally but like most businesses the pandemic has put a crimp in their style.The staff is quite accomodating as it behooves both seller and buyers to keep a sense of humor as we hopefully return to normalcy. We have enjoyed the experience of working with the Bill Smith staff (Johnny) while filling our appliance needs.

Purchased a ice maker for my kitchen in January. Worked for three weeks and then quit. Called Bill Smith and they said they could send a tech out to.look at it in two weeks. It has now been 2 Months and 4 visits to my house and I still have an ice machine that does not work. Service techs are useless. Service manager does not care. I will update this review after we go to court. BUYER BEWARE!!!! STICK WITH THE BIG BOX STORES. AT LEAST THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.

After spending most of the day at Home Depot, Best Buy and Lowes I did get a couple appliances but could not find a dishwasher for a 2-3 week delivery. I went to Bill Smith appliances and was greeted buy a human being at a desk telling me to go over to appliance department and someone would be right over. A salesman greeted me promptly and asked me what I was looking for. I got to sit down at his desk to discuss what was available in my time frame. I picked ouI 2 options and we walked over to see them. I made my choice he rang it up and explained the delivery process. Unlike the big box stores I did not have to have my dishwasher completed disconnected for them to pick it up. There was mo haul away fee. Salesman Alex was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. This was the best appliance buying experience I have ever had and I buy regularly as I’m a property manager.

Our refrigerator malfunctioned and we needed one as soon as possible. Our first stop was at a big box store. They had what we wanted but could not get it for several weeks. Our next stop, Bill Smith appliances, had what we needed in stock and it was also on sale. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and very personable. Other staff was also very friendly. We got our delivery date set up and were out the door in a short amount of time.Our delivery men were there right on schedule. They did their initial set-up outside and cleaned up all of the debris. They changed the doors to the correct opening and installed it very quickly. They checked the level and functioning.The entire experience was very positive. I would recommend Bill Smith Appliances.

We bought our refrigerator and numerous other appliances at Bill Springs in Bonita Springs, FL. The drip tray on my new refrigerator is defective so I called my salesman, Alex Randa, to ask that they replace it. He said he didn’t think they would but he would check. I waited several weeks and he never returned my call. I called him again and he asked for pictures of the damage. I sent them and I had to call him again to discuss the pictures. He said he would check with his service department and get back with me.That was December 10, 2020. It’s now February 2, and he hasn’t called. I called and left a message to have him call me but he apparently doesn’t think it’s worth his time to call a client back that purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, Induction stove, microwave and a 75 inch Samsung TV. I’ve never been treated this way by a salesman or a store where I made a significant purchase. I’m beyond disappointed, I’m angry. This should have been resolved immediately. Many of my neighbors are beginning to remodel and they love our home and all the new appliances and fixtures. I’ve told them to go to Monarch Appliances or Best Buy. I wouldn’t recommend Bill Smith in Bonita Springs, FL

Chuck was a good rep and knew his product. Priced right and my builder said the installers did an excellent job for him.

Johnny Simpson put together a 3 appliance package that met our budget, yet had all the features we wanted. The 5 yr warranty helped to convince us now was the best time to replace our 10 yr old refrigerator, microwave and range.

Our salesman, Alex was nice to deal with. However, when our oven arrived, we noticed it was dented on the side. I am curious how the delivery men didnt notice it. Alex is having a new oven sent. Presently, we are awaiting our oven and dishwasher. I will be happy to improve my rating when my appliances arrive and our transaction is complete.

We just did an entire new home through Bill Smith and they were exceptional in assuring that we received Monogram incentives and that their expert installation would take place. They offered the best price out of 3 vendors. 42 Monogram Refrigerator, 30 Monogram Double Wall Ovens and Micro, 36 Digital Monogram Cooktop, Monogram Stainless Steel Dishwasher, Monogram Undercounter Wine Coolers.So far everyone has been amazing. Ill follow up after installation.

I knew exactly the make and model of the refrigerator I wanted when I walked in. The salesman didnt pressure me for an upsale and gave me a small discount when I simply asked. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Only drawback, is I have to wait 6 weeks for delivery. Not Bill Smiths fault but because manufacturing has been limited due to the pandemic. I have purchased at Bill Smiths several times and will be back. Always a good experience and I know CEO Earl Smith, thru company has always donated to help the greater SWFL Community. We need more CEOs like Earl Smith.

Purchased dishwasher on 12/3/20, estimated delivery on 12/31/20. As of 3/11/21 no dishwasher. After several calls and not getting any answers..I Called on 2/27/21 reguesting refund. The representative was to follow up as of 3/11/21 no followup. I understand with covid that inventory is low, but the salesman checked and it was available. If their so quick to blame covid maybe they shouldnt request payment in full up front and just ask for a percentage.

We were about to leave Florida for several months when we learned that we had to replace our refrigerator. We felt very safe going into Bill Smith’s in Naples (all sales personnel were wearing masks). They had a good selection to look at. When it came to ordering, our sales rep told us that there were shortages and lengthy delivery schedules due to the pandemic. But she worked very hard to find one that could be delivered within a few days. Thankfully we had a beautiful new LG fridge delivered to us and installed before we left. We were very happy with our experience at Bill Smith!

We ended up opting for an LG rated as a consumer best buy that was on sale. Delivery and removal of the item was speedy, though I wish they delivered on Saturday and had narrower delivery windows.
