I ordered belts for an old Allis-Chalmers Roto baker on Monday and had them at the Farm in upstate New York on Friday . I installed them on Saturday and was able to make a bale at the end of the day . Thank you for supplying the WCCO American made belts . We ordered draper belting for an older New Holland Windrower and the belting worked out very well. We have it installed but have not yet tested it out while cutting hay. Delivery was quick taking only 3 working days. This company met all our expectations and I will definitely buy from them again.

Not at all good customer service from them. Material I purchased did not work on our baler belts. This was lacing hooks for hay baler belts, along with a Vise Tool and pin material. Called them when ordering, to use their expertise since there are many many different hooks. I called back and complained when results were bad, and they did nothing, except say the hooks should have worked. Sent photos to show results bad, and never heard back from them.We contacted the manufacturer, Flexco, and their customer service was great; sent a rep who replaced hooks with different size, and showed us in detail how to do the repair. Americas is strictly a middlemen, they are in Texas, and the materials were shipped from a company in North Dakota. So dont expect them to necessarily give you correct stuff, or replace if wrong.

Knowledgeable knowledgeable! Had a fire on a round baler and needed belts replaced or repaired. I looked up how to repair belts but didnt know exactly which equipment to get. Filled my cart and called them. He walked me through my cart and told me exactly what i needed and did not. My cart actually got cheaper. This saved us $3400 on new belts. They even walked me through how to use lacing and even emailed me good YouTube videos. I strongly recommend using these guys for belt issues. I ordered a replacement canvas for a JD swather. Ordering was easy and it was clear that the product I needed would fit correctly and have the needed parts to install. Canvas arrived a few days after I ordered and install was simple and more importantly...the replacement fit perfectly and I was back up and running in no time. The next test will be durability...hopefully it will be many many years. At this writing I have no reason to expect otherwise.
