My Craftsman rider had conked out for the umpteenth time. Little did I know that my neighbors had, also, until I saw his delivery of a brand new zero turn mower. Went over to check it out. The delivery man was very nice and quite knowledgeable about the new mower. Long story short, ended up at Precision the next day, and quickly purchased a new rider due to their great price and expertise with these mowers. Had a super fast delivery the next day. Youll have a hard time beating their quality product and service. Made in USA, too.

A joke of a company. Waited 10 weeks for them to look at my pressure washer, finally just picked it up and brought it home. They made up some story about the pump being bad on it. Was actually the motor. They never even looked at it after 10 weeks.

Took generator in little over a year ago to have carbonator put in. After several calls they finally say mice has pee on wires and will cost about $700 to fix. How do we know mice didnt do that at their place. Why was this not told to us sooner than a year later? So very dissatisfied with them 😞

I had my grandmother arange for my mower to go in for a simple retap on starter bolt that secures starter to block.after the guy takes a look at it,we were told would get it back the next day.two days later she gets a call from the mechanic.he goes on to tell her her engine is no good.someone drilled into the block to the inner housing.40 bucks is what they said theyd charge her,or let them scrap it for no charge.did they trash my mowers engine?oh youre damn right they did.
