One of the employees there, I think her name is Kate, shes thin, has grayish hair, is the most condescending, deplorable Karen Ive met in a long time. Not only was she rude, she was rather ableist to my disabled parents, and tried to shove COVID protocol when Bartholomew spoke about anti-vaxx rhetoric while I was in the chair.When it came to get my glasses, the woman told me I could have my dad pick them up without me and Kate again was rude and condescending. Shes a real piece of work and quite frankly Id pass on this. Go to Springfield instead because this place is a dumpster fire compared to what it used to be years ago.

I went in to ask questions about something without a mask. The employee working there was rude and talked down to me and another individual who walked in without a mask while telling us we had to leave. I don’t have a problem with you asking me to wear a mask but you don’t have to be rude about it.

Went in in Fall 2021 as my current prescription contact lense was no longer giving me the great monvision Ive had for several years. They could not get it corrected, despite multiple attempts and visits. It was disappointing. I ended up paying for contacts that, although slightly different than what I originally had, were no better.

Glasses were not properly fitted and marked before making. My time ran out on trial period after they ridiculously adjusted the frames they told me to try them and would take care of me because they want me to be satisfied any way. When i went back they couldnt do anything to help me because the woman in charge was not there on Saturdays! Will not go back. $250 down the tube! Jeff Reed

They refuse to give me my prescription over the phone which is illegal. Does my primary doctor refuse to give me my prescription over the phone? Absolutely not.
