This is a normal Walmart location, but it is clean and the employees are friendly, work hard, and helpful.

Staff always accommodates your needs if you ask them for help, and are always nice.

Staff need to be allowed to call in police when needed. A individual was walking around with a bullet proof vest and 4 magazines on them. Security lost them and they continued walking the store.

If I wanted to be my own cashier, Id apply for work. I was happy to see more cashiers over the holiday break recently. That the o ly reason Im raising my rating 1 star

Most friendly employees Ive ever came across in a walmart. The store is clean. My number one complaint is theyre frequently out of stock on many items. Like literally no vinegar or lunch meat. And the produce rarely seems fresh

Usually find everything I need but stuff is getting a little hard to find as the container ships are all setting off east, west and southern coasts, you know California, New York, and Texas/ Louisiana ports. Among other places.

We love this litte place!! Its clean! Never no problems! The owners are nice! We have stay many times and will pick to stay every time we need to.. I give them a 10 star rating but it dont let me!! Love goodnite inn bunches!!

This is one of the best walmarts in this area. Its a bigger one and the grocery section is awesome. It has everything.

I wish i had my phone with me for a photo. It is not bad enough that covid precautions and disinfecting has ended here, but i was grossed out today at witnessing shopping carts used to carry small children, 3 in one cart with two only wearing visibly soiled diapers and jumping up and down at the deli counter. And then another one with two children riding in grocery cart. None in the intended seat. which is still unsanitary. What is wrong with anyone that thinks this is acceptable??

The older woman at the self checkout would not let me take my alcohol even though I had my ID. All because my husband did not have his. The law does not require that everyone show ID, only three one purchasing the item.Now not that long ago we went here and purchased alcohol, only my husband was paying instead and I did not have my ID and yet we were allowed to leave work it at that time. So my question to you, WALMART, do you have something against women purchasing alcohol??? Cuz that old Betty you hired sure didnt want to listen to reason. 😡

I left my drivers license at the Bolivar, mo location. I called and found out that they had it, but I must pick it up in person. I pleaded to let my wife pick it up with any identification they wanted. Again I was told I have to pick it up. Told them I didnt know when, but I will pick it up. I rarely get to Bolivar it is about 45 minute drive, my business doesnt alloy me to get away. My wife is there weekly to shop. I forgot about my license till I needed to use it again. I called the store 7/24/21 about 4:30 PM, and was told it was destroyed by the customer service person. I asked to talk to a manager(front end team leader) that repeated the policy is to destroy anything after 2 weeks. I certainly was upset because I was never told of this 2 week policy. I told him how ridiculous that policy was in an exited voice, but never yelled or curse him out as he claimed(I hope these conversations are recorded). He hung up on me twice. Extremely unprofessional and offensive. It was bad enough that they destroyed my license, but the rudeness of this person was just too much. WHAT A POLICY! I was also told me they still had belongings over a year old so they were sure it was there since it was only about 2 months that I called.

It was a very clean and organized store I talked to the produce manager Axle and he seemed to be a very nice gentleman found me just what I wanted he is very polite!

Horrible employees dont even know where things are had to find help get 80 lbs salt then going down isles things were out employees blocking isles trying to fill shelves then when l check out the young girl would not help me put the bags in my cart l am on oxygen poor health l asked her about price on item she said put up there she would get to it. I will 🙏 for her just not wright when we spend alot money in that store. What is going on l use to like going there anymore l dread going may have to change places l shop Wal-Mart you will be missing my money do you really care

Went into the place it looked pretty busy to look for school supplies school clothes any Necessities we needed and the shelter about empty it looks like the place has been looted in torn apart I would recommend not going to this Walmart if you need anything at all the shelves i am not joking are not stocked no mens underwear or jerzey shorts n it looks like they are shutting down , no lie. Plus I asked why the store look like that and the workers said that they were out of workers so they had nobody to stock the shelves. Which makes me wonder why the hell would they take out all the workers in the aisles and only put in self-checkout. I think thats insane

Curbside pickside is the bom- diggedy! I needed 1 thing, ordered it online, ran my other errands, got a text for pick-up! Dang that was zippy fast! Parked in the designated spot and they brought it out to me! I was one and done. Tons of time saved. Go me! And Wal-Mart!

The woman at self checkout centers, are very hard to get them over there for help or to stay long enough to see what I am doing to cause the problem, she came back 4 times amd the last 2 was she ever rude. I will not be using self checkout anymore , I am about tired of spending my money in a place that I have tried and tried to get a job at

They cannot trust people to check themselves out, without steeling things so they stop people at door to check receipt. I never use self check out because Walmart does not pay me to be a cashier!

Got what I ordered. Very quick to bring out. Much better than going into store!. But I tend to spend more this way.....

Walmarts pick up option is always 5 stars with me. I can shop for anything in the store from the convenience of my home, pay for it and pick it up often the same day all without ever leaving my car. Im disabled and can no longer spend hours walking around the grocery store and being able to shop for mostly everything I need like this is just so damned convenient!!!

Check out only on one side , so if you have non grocery in items you walk full length of the super store. Poor layout

This is a Walmart in Bolivar Missouri. They had about everything I was looking for almost couldnt get out of there. From what I could tell it was a very good Walmart.

We love grocery pickup!! The website is easy to use and scheduling is a breeze! The Walmart associates are always very friendly when loading our order!!

Check out is a nightmare! They are taking away more and more checkers and trying to force you into self checkout! Need something from lawn and garden? Good luck getting any help! I wanted 15 bags of mulch and some garden soil along with other items. I had brought my truck with a trailer to haul my purchases, first I had to find a place to park truck and trailer then walk through the garden supplies and make a list of each item I wanted, proceed to in store garden center and try to find someone to ring up the items I wanted, finally found someone , checked out and went back out to truck and trailer to go down the center and load items bought!What a joke! During the first part of Covid 19, Walmart had a person with a hand held machine to check you out as they loaded your items and you never had to set foot in the store! THAT WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Customer service is becoming a thing of the past at Walmart and as for me, I will be shopping elsewhere!

Associats were helpful in finding what I needed. The cashier was very polite. The store was also clean.

Bolivar Walmart..my fav to go to people friendlier, store always stocked good and clean..easier to find what Im looking for..easier getting my mom in and out in wheelchair..

I am a legally blind combat vet. I went to this store to buy my nephew an Ultralight rod and reel. Everything in that department was mixed up. I could not tell what was what. I ask the person who worked in the department for help. He rudely said what do you want?. I told him what I was looking for, he said I dont know. Then he got on his cell phone. He walked to the corner of the store and started a conversation with whomever was on the other end. When he was finished I ask for his help again. He said I dont know, he showed me a couple of compo rod and reels. I told him I had looked on their website prior to coming to the store. He just Ignored me and walked off to sell dear tags. This just goes to show what kind of workers you will get in todays environment.

This was a good location. Decently knowledgeable staff and the store appeared to be clean and the parking lot well lit. Would repeat business here.

Saturday, Nobody scheduled to work regular check out so we have to do it ourself. It seems Walmart is really on a decline. Bait and switch, Get you dependent upon their store then they dont have anything for you that you want anymore. Why dont they just change the name of the store to great value Because thats the only product seems to be consistent

Went to walmart yesterday and they had nothing. All the shelves ware empty no employees were restocking any thing and it looked like they hadnt for a month. The shelves were more empty than when covid started.

Great store, friendly customer service, large selection, clean, well stocked and more organized than other Walmart Super Centers Ive been in.I dont love the new rearrangement of baby items, but as Walmarts go, this is a pretty good one. I like it better than the ones in El Dorado and Springfield.

Could have been better, after being told over phone I didnt need a order # for on line purchase return, I had 2 drive back home 50 mi round trip to get order # 4 return. Was told they cant pull my orders w name only 2 access order #s think this was wrong

It is getting harder and harder to like going to this Walmart to shop. I ran in to purchase a gift card and it was 30 minute wait in check out. They are in process of closing more manned check out lines which is probably beyond Bolivars control, but not calling more people up to help is within this Managers controll. A 30 minute wait is unacceptable at 7 pm!

Another corporate giant that America depends upon; however, it costs the average man to pay almost 40$ for hamburger.

I have not been in Walmart in awhile. They have rearranged alot since then. I had a little trouble finding a few items. Other than that, Walmart was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Check out was fast considering how busy they were.

I dont like the check yourself out!! Im old,fat and physically disabled and am not good with electronics. If I mess up checking myself out and dont get charged for my items and dont know it, its your fault

Im running this down the middle of the road. Sometimes great and helpful service, sometimes rude or inconvenient service.

Took way too long to check out because the shoes I got for my granddaughter didnt have a bar code or price sticker. Found everything I went to get.

Finally able to enter the store via the automotive department. I did not have my car worked on, however I tried getting a spare key for my car and they were out of stock. I didnt purchase anything from that department, yet I was able to checkout with the few things I did get at the automotive counter. = convenience and social distancing at its best.

Walmart is great for almost anything you need. They have a wide selection of items at a fair price.

This is a very nice store. The selection and appetanv⁸was much better than the Walmart in Branson. The store team too much larger than most Supercenters. The merchandise was very well displayed things were clean and orderly. I only have one complaint, its not located near my home town.

Your good ole good ole Walmart experience. They do have extra security measures to prevent theft and I enjoy it. They are swing open gates and ring alarms.

This WalMart had everything stocked on theyre shelves. Not like a lot of other Walmarts with bare shelves and no product.

I wish theyd stop moving everything!!! Makes it difficult to shop when you have social anxiety, and is not safer for covid, and to prevent it from spreading, considering you have to stay in the store that much longer to find what youre looking for. However, staff seemed friendly and busy as usual. One thing I might suggest though is to have someone wipe down self checkouts after people pass through and use them, until covid is gone at least. I havent seen any sanitizing of those areas, although I could be wrong.

I just cring when I have to be here seldom can find sugar free desert and workers always in the way
