After running around all over town trying to find just an affordable tool . I called the guys over at Sears hometown store and they were true to their word! Clean store so friendly and affordable They even loaded my saw into my car! Ill definitely be back!

Went in this store to purchase a Craftsman mower that I pick out on line as I entered I was not greeted and when I finally was the salesman leaned against a washer and dryer set he then askedwhat do you need I told him I wanted to buy a lawnmower that I found online I told him that the item in question was priced at $279.99 online and before I could say anything else her cut me off saying you should go ahead and get it online to get that price I said ok and walked out of the store as I got back in the car he walked out and said again you will need to purchase it online I then told him that I would I will say that this was just bad customer service or better yet the lack of customer service I then went to Walmart and ended up be happy that I purchased an even better mower than the one I was going to purchase at Sears it has a bigger and better mower with more options and easier to operate and came with a nice warranty I would recommend that anyone going to Sears for a mower check out the other options before you purchase at Sears I have purchased enough appliances to fill two homes in the past ten years and three mowers (should have seen the issues after the first mower) along with other lawn items not to mention the work in the Auto centers in three locations and now think I am done with Sears permanently

I would definately go back to this store.Staff is very friendly and will help you with all your appliances,tools or equipment.I will go back.

This particular sears will not only treat you like dirt but will not honor the sears guarantee for matching prices. I went to by a fridge for my grandfather becuase I saw an ad for a great deal. In this particular case I did a civil audit because I have had several complaints about this store. To the owner yes this was a recorded aduit as i explained to your district and regional managers. Anyways this lady was rude saying if i give you that price I wont make $600 as I explained the situation about the online prices she was trying to blame google for sears , sears home, as it doesnt matter which ever you call it according to sears regional and district manager, they are still using the sears name and have to follow the sears price. All this come about because the owner in bolivar had me surrounded by her thugs and they we interjecting and pretending to be concered customers. Well needless to say I was very corgal toward to the owner not raising my voice once. More than I can say about this sorry excuse of managment and should be shut down from using the sears name. A name brand I and my family have spend over $10,000 a year and reached vip status since 2010. As I sit here writting this review, I want to thank sears Corp. Not sears hometown in bolivar. They called the bolivar store told them they need to honor the sears price. To the owners god bless you, you dont need to treat the honest hard working folks of bolivar in this manner. You can move you place of buisness to springfield if you want to act like this. So again everyone buyer be aware of these crooks.

A lot of people have been to Walmart when they could be getting better quality at Sears

This is the only appliance store in town and has free local delivery which is great but I have spent 8 months trying to get my fridge fixed so that it cools. I will never buy from them ever again.
