First time here. End of season so not a lot of plants left. They did have a number of pretty mums for fall.You can get garden mulch and rock here. It looks like they sell firewood, and of course they have the whole pumpkin thing going on for Halloween. The prices are about middle of the road, but being from Oregon the bales of straw price is high.Per the sign, it looks like they may also rent equipment, but I didnt check this part out.

I just bought my first New snow plow today and had a great experience. Great communication from Joe and great install from Julio.Mr Wallace was very nice and great conversation.Their Price beat out to other local installers by 500 bucks ! Purchased 2 tons of 8-12 cobblestones to edge a bed in our yard. Was impressed by the large selection of rock products and mulch types. They were busy when we went in to make the order, but were incredibly professional. We were able to get a quick turnaround on delivery, which was great! The delivery was on time and the driver was incredibly friendly! Definitely seems to be scaled for contractor/landscaper customers, but they were happy to deal with our small project needs. We will be back and have recommended them to our neighbors!

This is the worst company i have ever worked with as a Landscaper. I got charged $30 for Section charge for braking the pallet even though the pallet was already open and there were even missing stones of the section. As a proffesional Landscaping company im telling you dont go at this place cause they are ripping people off. No wonder why other people complain there is a reason. You will never see business from me again.

Very convenient parking. Large supply of all the different types of rock I needed, and, delivered, was way less than I thought it would be. The delivery driver left the rocks exactly where I wanted them, even though it wasnt convenient for him.

Wonderful selection and Jen is fantastic. She helped me pick out shrubs to landscape around my home. She is very knowledgable patiently answered questions and made suggestions. The selection of plants was also great with everything labeled so you know what kind of growth to expect, spacing and amount of sun exposure needed.

Great guys work here. Very helpful. Always have what I need and if they happen to run out they ordered it for me to pick up the next day which was great!!!! Decent prices and friendly staff!!! Highly recommend !!!!

Great service lots of products what else do we need

Weve never been to a store with so many different rock selections. We found the perfect slates and stones for our pond we are building!! Staff was very friendly and a great help. I wish they had signs with prices per pound though.

The staff at Wallace were outstanding in their help and advice. We went for the purpose of just looking. We ended up buying 2 small trees that my wife has been wanting for years. They listened and asked great questions. In a couple of weeks we will also be buying mulch, a great selection available.

I stop in for cherry wood for my smoker. Propane for my grill. They have great compost i use in the garden and container plants. As well as tons of pumpkins in the fall good guys. Not many local places left like this. Thanks for all the help.

Joe was great to work with and we will continue to be customers. Great personal knowledgeable employees who know what there doing and where everything is in the store. We just finished our (do it yourself) paver brick patio and with Joe’s help it looks beautiful.

My daughter and I went there recently and happened to be the only customers at the time. I found some small rocks that I was interested in and wanted to know the price and exact name of what I had chosen.The young man who was working said he was new. He said the owner was not there, as he was busy doing other things. This was his excuse for not knowing names and prices of items. He called another employee over, but said she was new too, as she did not know either. They both proceeded to guess at the price, comparing it to other merchandise. They called over a third person who didnt do any better. They couldnt even all agree when the rocks came in. We tried to tell them that we didnt think their guess was right because they were giving a price more than double that of other places. The young man suggested I come back another time with exact measurements. Im assuming his thinking was that there might be someone working who would know the merchandise and prices. Im giving one star because the young man was very nice, but the woman seemed to have an attitude. What a way to run a business!

Arrived at 3:10pm on on a Saturday to look at their decorative rock selection inside the main building. Workers were locking up saying they closed at 3 though online shows 3:30. They blamed the drizzle. Two more customers pulled in behind us and were also turned away. Very poor customer service!

Great selection of decorative rocks and very fast delivery, even out to Lombard! Well worth the drive out to see everything in daylight. We will be coming back for other things Im sure!

Very wide variety of doable plants for the novice to the advanced gardener, nicely priced. Walkable store area. I have also gotten good pointers from seasoned employees. Careful— I had to keep my eyes peeled to turn off Rt 53 at the right moment.

This is my go to place for landscaping.I also buy individual Rocks here here for painting Kindness Rocks.Staff will work with you. I dont know of another landscaping company that will stand in the cold and pick rocks with you.

Saw they offered specialty garden mixes by the 5 gallon bucket. Called in advance to verify it was possible and available. Borrowed a truck and drove all they way out here to purchase from these guys. When i arrived and went to the desk to order, I was told they can’t do anything smaller than a cubic yard per mix and they immediately tried to sell me other stuff. Upsetting and a waste of time.

Do NOT waste your money here! They do NOT care about their customers at all! They promise warranties while youre handing them money but then if you have an issue they deny they ever offered any warranty. They would rather continue to receive negative reviews than offer ANY kind of solution to good customers. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I spent any money here. When multiple people leave negative reviews about how RUDE Julie is (the lady behind the counter) then maybe you should reconsider her as an employee or move her to another position where she doesnt deal with customers. Shes bad for your business!
