Phenomenal visit!! the doctor and his front manager were absolutely wonderful to work with,; funny and kind and engaging. I can honestly say i’ve never had such a positive experience at a yearly exam and ordering contacts. i live in Aurora, but will drive to Bolingbrook each time - this location was wonderful !!

Dr. Berry is very personable and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and attentive. My contacts came in when they said they would. They called me immediately and were able to have me see the doctor with my new contacts that same day.

First visit was fantastic, but when I received my glasses there was an issue with them. After so many visits and questioning I finally got Dr. Berry to check my prescription. On this visit, after checking my prescription and some slightly insulting small talk (he suggested I got into a top 10 university because I was a minority) Dr. Berry said verbatim, I do not know what the sh*t is wrong with your glasses. I am not sure if he was having a bad day and had had it, but this is no excuse for lack of professionalism. Awful, do not recommend this doctor or Pearl Vision, Read the establishments rating (different from this btw), they are awful.

Process was good, on time and professional.However I am still waiting for my prescription and exams to be emailed to meThis was 2 weeks ago

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Dr Berry was through, energetic and took the time to explain each step as the exam progressed. Very personal and came down to my level of understanding, no questions went unanswered or misunderstood. Great place to go. Thanks!

The facility was dated and not very clean. Every step of the process seemed like a sales strategy. I touched and tried in multiple pairs of frames with no one cleaning them after me. I left without purchasing anything from this facility. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Been going here for a couple of years and always have great experience coming here. Always being taking care of and the optometrist and been seen there over the years does a great job! They know how to treat their patients. Very helpful salespersons know how to explain everything from sales and recommendation. They take most insurance and so you know what what you want from frame lenses and contact lenses. Overall experience there is great! Take you so much!

The office was very clean, and safety protocol was put in place when making eye glasses selections. My overall experience was good.

Great experience and value. Staff there are super helpful with explaining options and offers advice on selecting frames. I had questions about a competitor company, and they never once made me feel like their thoughts were biased. I felt trust and regarded their opinion as nothing more than trustworthy advice. I walked out with a new pair of designer frames for far less than I’ve ever paid, and feeling great about my decision to stop in that day as a walk in. I’ve purchased many pairs of glasses over the years and this experience has been the greatest by far. My family and I have found a forever home at this wonderful location!
