I would absolutely come back to this location as long as I got to work with Leon! I came in looking for a shoe (that might not exist, or at least may not have even been sold at this store ) and I had the most wonderful experience. He was so patient to help me and really went out of his way to look for this mystery shoe. He cared about giving me a great guest experience and I couldnt appreciate it more. Leon, thank you and I hope to see you when I stop back in!

Absolutely terrible customer service. the two girls working were sitting in the back on THEIR PHONES the whole time. i told them i needed help & the one girl just told me “all we have is a 7.5” and went to the back & never came out. i was waiting a good 10 minutes too. don’t waste your time.

RUDE. i call looking for a jacket and offer to give the product number and the man says that i can just describe the jacket. once we realize that his specific store doesnt have it, i ask if he can check which other stores might have it and he tells me no, but if i come in with the product number, he can order it for me. im thinking, i just tried to give you the product number and you wouldnt take it, but if i come in youll take it? i told him that Ill come in to the store and he just hangs up! Im just going to order online and avoid dealing with someone like him!

I ordered two pairs of shoes via this store. Im disappointed because I only received one shoe. I told the manager on September 2nd I wanted 2 pairs of shoes one for me and one for my boyfriend. When I confronted him about it on September 5th when I went back to the store on my lunch, he tells me oh I thought you didnt want it because it was narrow. First off he shouldnt have made an assumption, secondly I planned to wear these shoes very soon and I couldnt do that because an assumption was made on his end. If I tell you to get both shoes, why cant you do what I say, since Im paying for it anyway. I feel like its terrible management especially since I learned today that hes a manager - it just doesnt look professional. I dont feel satisfied and now I have to wait to get my second pair of shoes. He also didnt tell me that the mens shoe was regular price. I thought they were both the same price $109. Im not a footlocker employee I wouldnt know.I also felt that he was very flirtatious rather than keeping it classy and being professional. This is why I dont shop in stores now because to be honest I dont want to deal with badly trained staff. I honestly felt uncomfortable, and had this manager been more aware of making a sale then trying to pull a fast one he would NOT have gotten my order wrong in the first place.From an HR standpoint you all should invest in top notch training so that other customers dont experience what I did.

Not sure why so many people dont like this store, but i have been there twice now and had a great experience. Last time was two weeks ago to buy running shoes for my daughter, and the tall bald guy (i didnt get his name, could have been a manager) was incredibly helpful. He explained that kids sizes and womans sizes are different. My daughter wears a size 5 kids but she would wear a size 6.5-7 in womans. I thought he was full of it, but sure enough he was spot on. It blew my mind. I just couldnt believe it.I will definitely be back again. Thanks for the info and help.

Ok, they had these Timberlands I fell in love with but dont need. It was hard to walk away. The salesmen made me laugh and tried to get me to buy them. I finally walked away but it wasnt easy. They were helpful. Although we didnt find what my friend needed, the colors of the shoes she wanted wasnt what she could use, I would definitely go back and will. Maybe to get those boots...

Very unprofessional staff. The customer service was terrible. One the staff members was very critical of the product I wanted to buy. This staff member rolled their eyes and gave me attitude over a product I wanted to buy because she could not up sale me another product. I went to another shoe store because of the bad customer service at this particular footlocker.

If you want to shop shoes comfortably without an employee giving you an attitude just bc you want to check out another pair or shoes dont shop here... worst service and employees ... they definitely dont like their job And wont hesitate to show you...

So Ive been looking around for shoes since mine are getting worn down. I went in knowing what shoe I wanted from the website. I was told that they did have that shoe in stock. I get there and they arent selling that shoe. Nbd. Ill just look for another one cuz I was kinda desperate (current ones are causing my excruciating pain when I go to the gym and while I walk, 2 1/2 years of them) so I picked a few out that I liked. I asked the woman at the counter for a size 8. Dont have it. Ask for another shoe in size 8. Dont have it. Repeat this for two more shoes in 8 and 8.5. Dont have it....so I get a little annoyed, but thats only because I was in desperate need of a shoe that wasnt going to cause me pain. Not because of the lack of shoes I wanted. But then I started overhearing a couple of other customers asking for shoes. They didnt have the sizes they were looking for either. Now Im not usually one to get annoyed, but either she really didnt want to do her job, or they legit didnt have a God damm shoe in the back. Either way, I was more or less annoyed. Go somewhere where there is actually a chance of the store having the shoe you want in your size like Famous footwear where you can actually see what sizes are available. Cuz I either went on a bad day for the store, or they legit never fill up stock.

So the employee that was ordering pick up a 1:45 today (12/12) picked up the phone when I called, dialed a # and when I said hello, she said Id like to place an order for pick up. I then asked, is this foot locker? I am a customer. She attempted to hang up on me, picked the phone back up, heard I was still on then hung up on me again!!! I then attempted to call back several times (10+) with no one answering. Very disappointing, terrible customer service by this employee! I spend a lot of $ with you guys...
