I had a great experience today with Ken, Lindsay, Cairo. They really went the extra mile to help me out today excellent service and great positivity in the store all around would highly recommend coming back to this location.

They are always helpful and polite!

They locked the doors at 6:48 with one customer in the store when the storeCloses at 7, they had 4 customers outside knocking on the door and act like they seen no one. Went toAthletes foot and they let me in and I spent a few hundreds since they wanted my business.

I have nothing good to say about Champs. They cancelled my order for no reason, held my money, and kept me on the phone for 2 hours with customer service. The Foot Locker in Bolingbrook was incredible with service, but Ill never shop at any Champs again

Lack of customer engaging

I went here with my girlfriend and didnt know what to expect. The place is very clean and the waiting area is well organized. We definitely enjoyed the premium plus packaged and the service was great. Even though its abit more expensive its worth it.

The manager was rude and not personable at all no greeting when we walked in and I had to yell across the room to get him to notice me as I needed help. He was dismissive and had no work ethic

A manager called “ Vee” was very rude about giving us our money back. She was being sarcastic and not understanding. She was trying to make us give her back the shoes we bought in order to get the money back when we were charged 2 times for the shoes.

Im sorry to say that I do not like this store. Theres been a couple of times Ive visited here and both times they didnt have what I was looking for. Not only that, I bought an item from the Champs in the Fox Valley mall and I brought it to this Champs in Bolingbrook for a refund and they told me they could not do it because they didnt have enough money and asked if I wanted it on a card. Now if I paid cash for this item and I have my receipt and everything why in the hell could they not give me a refund? This is a pathetic store

I would have loved to buy some shoes but when I showed up at 815 you were closed although your website says you are open until 9....

The food was mediocre....the shrimp salty and uncooked ..the drinks cocktails not done right...too much ice...
