I recently purchased new phones at your store, had to settle for phone I didnt want. And that is because, supposedly of your company policy you would rather cater to new customers that switch over from other providers, instead of taking care of the loyal customers that have paid their bills on time for years. I would really like an explanation of your thought process, it doesnt make sense

I finally got someone to talk to he was very helpful.

The first time I went in last year to switch over to Boost Mobile, I dealt with an older gentleman who was nice, friendly and very helpful.This morning I went in because I wanted to change phones and purchase an IPhone. The hours posted everywhere say open at 9am. I was there around 9:20 and they were not open. I was doing something in my car and saw a car pull up after 9:30 and walk to the door and open up. I went in a minute or two later and said Im sorry but I thought you opened at 9 This was greeted by a very rude response of We do but oh well we were late. With that I should have just walked out but I didnt. I said I wanted to get a new phone. She has to do the computer opening and register opening which I totally understand. A few minutes later she asked for my phone number to look at the account. Very rudely and sarcastically she asked whether I was going to purchase out-right or finance. I said out-right and told her which model I was interested in. She said that they didnt have that one and that I would have to order online. No problem.Had she been good at what she does, she should have asked what it is I liked about that particular model and offered to show me something else but she didnt. I was nothing more than an inconvenience to her.She lost out on a commission this morning. I would have looked at a different phone and purchased this morning as my current phone is having issues and I really do need a new one ASAP. However, by her being rude, snarky and very poor at what she does, she lost a customer for good.

Dont go to the other store in Bolingbrook on Schmidt. This store is the best one. Customer service is great and they actually help you save money. The other store on Schmidt rd will cancel your number if you dont pay on time without your knowledge or dont buy a phone at their store. Save the headache and go to this store next to walmart. I called to ask about setting phone service and the guy has me on hold for like 10mins so I drove up there and when I walked in he was playing on his phone. So I came into the store looking to start service with a cheaper iphone I found online for half the price they were going to charge me and the guy tells me it’s incompatible and he can’t do it but he can sell me a new iPhone 6?! Why would I want to downgrade. I left and called boost Mobile they sent me a SIM card and activated me for free and I reported that store and they told me they were just trying to make some sales. So umm yeah morale of the story it’s some con artist in there.
