Unbeknownst to me, Google put me through to a call center that originally matched the price of a comparable set of tires to the ones I wanted because they werent in stock.They were supposed to have the Coopers in stock the next day around 4:30.I gave them an extra day so they wouldnt have to rush installation.Unfortunately the call center was incorrect about that stock AND shipment, but the workers at the store found another set of tires, in stock, and matched the price again.Even though they were technically an upgrade based on brand.After realizing the call center didnt quote labor they also comped me for that.Awesome staff, great customer service.Will use them again.

My Childrens Father James intially bought a set of tires that he was not very happy with. After a good month, there seemed to be a slow leak in one tire. However, since he purchased a warranty he went back to the store to speak with the manager and a guy named Reno made himself available to patiently listen to our concerns. Reno went over and beyond with his customer service and vowed to make things right. We ended up with a replacement and an upgrade that we are VERY SATISFIED with. Because of the infinite service he provided, we will be referring our family and friends to this location.Service done right.

Went to this location and got a good price on 22in tires and a oil change. Overall it was cheaper than what I would of paid just for the tires anywhere else. Corey who helped me out was great. Very professional and kept me up to date on any issues throughout the whole process. I would recommend anybody to check them out before you go anywhere else.

Was nervous about how much it was going to cost me, but was nice is that is reno took great care of me. Friendly and went above an beyond. I would recommend this place too anyone. They also took great care of my wife while she got her breaks done. Ask if she was hungery and if she was comfortable. You cant find that anymore this days.

Ive had a few different vehicles serviced at this location. They are very upfront and honest. Ive always had a great experience. Today I spoke with Reno, he was more than helpful to accommodate getting me taken care of quickly and make sure all my issues were taken care of.

Before going here, I read all the reviews. I was truly hoping to meet this Reno man everyone spoke so highly about. I brought my car in bc I needed brakes BAD!! Was talking with this tall dark haired man who was very polite n looked at my car, told me what I needed and then spoke w my hubby. Came to find out it was Reno. Had our brakes done the next day. He also remembered our names too. Honestly, Reno, I will be coming back bc of you. I am very pleased with there work and how well the customer service was! I had an antifreeze leak and had no heat brought it in and they got my truck up and running hot in a matter of a few hours! There are no words that can express how Reno and his crew went out of their way to help my aunt and me get back on the road while we were stranded on the highway with a blowout! He made sure a towtruck was there within 7 minutes to get us and make sure we were brought back to his shop safe and sound. They were waiting for us when we arrived and IMMEDIATELY started assessing the situation. Reno kept me informed every step of the way, from trying to find a rim for the new tire, picking it up, bringing it back. They all checked on us, making sure we were ok and comfortable at all times. I CANNOT THANK them enough for all they did for us that day!! I have never dealt with such kindness, they really treated us like we WERE their family!

Chef Harry , I was serviced by Reno in the Bolingbrook location. He was a blessing to me . I needed 4 brand new tires . Went to discount tires and they quoted me $1279.14 with a (keep old tires) fee of $20 a tires. Reno got me 4 brand new YOKO tires with Wheel alignment and balance package for $895.57 out the door. I went in with a flat tire and Reno took me in right away! I was in and out within half an hour! Definitely will come back!

I used to get my tires done here all the time. I will not be getting them done here again unfortunately. I came in with a flat tire after work looking to get a tire change. My tires were low on tread so I decide to get the other ones replaced as well. I waited little bit nothing to excessive they said my car was ready I paid and went to drive off in my car and realized they only replaced the one flat tire not the other ones that I paid for. I was a little upset because I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I then proceeded to ask for refund which he said he could not do because it would take longer to do than them to replace the rest of the tires which also made me a little upset. So I agreed to have the tires changed all he gave me was a handwritten note for $20 off oil change. I just got done spending 500 plus dollars on tires and $40 for a warranty on them that I wont use because I probably wont go to this company again. Maybe an honest mistake maybe not but things could of been handled better. Lost a few customers that day.

I spent nearly $1,000 dollars here for tires and brakes. Needless to say my brakes were not fixed. I took it back on more than one occasion and was told my breaks were fine. This was a lie they squeaked every time I pressed on them. Don’t take your car here especially if your a woman because they will screw you. I trusted Corey and he lied.

I had a low tire pressure notice show up on my dash and went to Mavis Tire & Brakes to have it inspected. Within 10 minutes the problem was identified (bad sensor). Within a half hour it was fixed. Very professional and coureous. Will definitely come back.

First of all, I called the store to get my tires changed and they said you can come In right now and there will be no wait. I go there and drop off my car and they said it’ll be 45 mins. When I talked to the guy over the phone he said they’ll take me right In. It does not take 45 mins to put a tire on With 0 cars in the bay. I come back for my car 1 hour later and the lock for the lug nut is not where it’s suppose to be. And my car is filthy with stains all over it.

I highly recommend this place. I am completely clueless when it comes to anything car related. Reno was very helpful and informative. I am able to safely drive again now that I got my new tires and a couple other things fixed.

I worked largely with Reno, the shop manager, and he was excellent! I asked him to take a look at non-essential part on my car, he gave me a few options including repairing the part, removing it and dealing without it, or having the part ordered and put on. Not only did I enjoy that he gave me options, but I also liked the pricing. I decided to go ahead and replace the part and he communicated with me while the part was on order, and when the part came in, he called to have me schedule a time to come in. I had a small, unexpected window of time that came up and he easily accommodated me.A+ for options, pricing, and flexibility! Please take your car here! I will be referring to many others! Reno is the man!

I came in for tire pressure but a sensor was dead in the TMPS function on a Sunday morning. They advised me could be fixed as I had not too much time for before work. Not only was I taken care of was looking at 90 minutes to complete but the repair was done in 20 minutes...in this day you cant expect to get this kind of great service without an appointment...great and caring staff went out of their way to satisfy me!!!!

Tires got rotated and service was awesome John is truly a great guy and l will take my Nissans for now on there for oil change and tire rotation. I also had a tire pressure sensor replace. Cheaper then dealer.

I went to Bolingbrook Mavis on a recommendation from my father and WOW! Reno worked on my car which needed 4 brake pads, two tires, an oil change and new wipers. He did an amazing job! The car is like new again!!!! The oil you use matters people! I was getting the oil changed at an oil place and I noticed the car would sound noisy when revving up. I had the oil changed again and the noise wouldn’t go away. I had the oil changed at Mavis and the noise is gone. The car is as quiet as it was when I drove it off the lot.

I had a great experience at Mavis, they took care of a nail in my tire and Corey the manager was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but 3 is what this trip deserved. This is my first time here since NTB became Mavis. It has most of the same staff, so really just the sign has changed. The gentleman who greeted me was helpful, and friendly. Told me an estimated time and had the car done in roughly the same time. They fixed my slow leak and changed the oil as requested. Thats the good. Why they got 3 stars was a 3 fold. First as I approached my car to pick it up in front of the store I instantly realized they had left the lugnut key on the rim. All it would have taken is me driving away and the key would have been lost. Secondly, they only really did 2 of the 3 requested services. While checking in I asked for them to rotate the tires. This was not done as the repaired tire was left in its original location, but I wasnt charged either, so it was an honest oversight. Lastly, and probably wouldnt have factored if the other 2 negatives hadnt occurred is that the technician who changed my oil never reset the oil life on the car dash. No biggie it was easy. All in all since I had good experiences in the past I would give Mavis another shot. But I wasnt impressed by the last trip in.

Here is my experience. I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday at 12:00pm. While scheduling I picked specific tires. Few days later they called and confirmed my appointment. When I get there, the guy in the front desk says they sent the wrong tires. Obviously they are better ones and cost extra. But he also mentioned Ill get a rebate which will make my deal better then the tires I selected online. When I fill up the rebate form it is a smaller rebate than what the person stated. The appointment also does not make sense. They asked me to wait for 2.5hrs as there are lot of cars ahead of mine. Doesnt make sense to me. Overall not a very good experience!
