The ppl at this shop are amazing. I witnessed on employees spending about 5 solid minutes helping a lady find the perfect color for her grays. She was super patient and understanding with what exactly the lady was trying to achieve. She even reminded me not to use hot water on my hair when I color and not to wash it for 24 hours. Super sweet!

They have my hair products (Cantu) I use most of the time. I have bought some items to do nails on the side. They do have a variety of items that other stores dont have.

They don’t open on time. I waited for a while and left.

This location is by far the dirtiest of all locations I have been to and staff is very unprofessional and cold. Would love to have a place to purchase items for home beauty needs, but I would never do it here. Beware and take your business elsewhere l

This was my 1st time to this Sallys and the selection was great. They had ALL the natural hair products I was looking for and ones I didnt even know I was looking for 🤣🤣 but I will definitely be back soon. They carry ALL of the good brands and I caught a 25% off sale on hair products babyyyyyy I won thanks to Sallys. I was looking for a specific hair crimper but it wasnt in store but I could order it, thats not a deal breaker for me. They also had a lot of the supplies that I use to dye my bundles of hair and hair colors that Ive been previously ordering from online from other retailers. Im happy with my trip to Sallys.

Just went in today (raining like crazy outside) with my 14mo son. As soon as I got in I was asked if I needed help by Martha and I noticed they were busy. She walked around the store holding my basket and grabbing my items for me as I held my son. She offered suggestions and was super friendly. As we were checking out I also noticed the other cashier was super friendly to her customers informing one that she could get something buy one get one free and we had engaged in small talk about the crazy rain. Very pleasant experience!

Get a new store manager! she’s the rudest lady I’ve ever met I willing to drive out of town just to avoid her.

After a horrible two visits to the Sallys on Weber in Romeoville I decided to come here and see if they would be of better assistance. They didnt greet my daughter and I as I walked in the store or while I stared at the products with uncertainty, so I decided to get their attention myself and thats the only reason why its not a 5 star review. Customer service begins as soon as a customer opens the door. Anyway, besides that the ladies gave me everything I needed without treating me like I couldnt afford the pricier items and one weekend, one Inexperienced but determined mother and very patient 11 year old we got her thick, dark brown, 20+ inches long hair Blue..... Thank you for all the clear information!

The hours on this website are not updated-Google says its open until 9 and I just went there its 8 pm. The cashier was still finishing a payment with a customer and didnt even acknowledge that I was standing there. Wont be going back there.

Went to get advice on a box hair color after several years of salon color. The clerk was certain of the shade she selected for me to cover my gray roots, though I was skeptical. I thought it was way too dark, but she said she had 17 years of experience for me to rely on. I never should have believed her. The color is completely wrong, and now I have roots that are 3 shades darker than the rest of my hair. Wont be going back.

The cashier was so rude to every costumer and gave them attitude when we were just asking questions for clarification so we dont waste our money on this trashy store. Hire new employees or youll just continue to lose costumers!
