I came today to Check on my oil.Someone name bri was wonderful and she helped me to pick my correct oil and put it in to my engine. I dont know a lot about the car. she was so nice and helpful! Keep up the great work team. Highly recommended. i Will definitely be back.

Drew was amazing. He was just about to end his shift and still installed our battery, changed the air filter and put in new valve caps, all in under 15 minutes. Super professional and super speedy like sonic. Sincerely a genuine gifted, polite, and an absolute asset employee. Highly recommend.

Went in with a simple problem on a stubborn license plate bolt. Sam had the old plate off and new one on in under a minute. Great service!

Didnt really need help as I was only in to pick up new wiper blades. Employees were polite and acknowledged my entrance. When I was ready, they were quick to the register to ring me up. Good experience, I will be back for future needs.

Auto Zone has a large variety of automotive products and a large selection of tools. I personally like their Duralast wrenches. They recently changed their wrench product line which resulted in their Duralast wrenches all being discounted. The only thing I dont like about A.Z. is their 90 day warranty.

Today 09-09- 2020 I went to the Bolingbrook autoze for an alternator problem, but when doing the test on the alternator the manager inspected the battery of my car, and just by looking at it he realized that it was not the altenator but the battery because it was not the Correct, Israel helped me with all the process of changing the battery and is an excellent person as well as the manager, defensefully ask for Israel that will really help you a lot...They both have a lot of experience in auto parts ..

Were from Ontario Canada and my truck wouldnt start while in Downtown Chicago. The hotel we were staying at was able to start it on our way to Bolingbrook and we stopped by this Autozone to get the battery replaced. With no tools in hand the staff was able to take the battery out and replace it with no issues. Friendly and competent staff! Would highly recommend!!

Will test/charge automotive batteries, lend common tools, & perform simple part replacements for free. Expert parts application advice. Extensive selection of auto/truck parts, accessories. Stocks the most user-friendly portable compressors.

We came in 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday night for an emergency part, Homer was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable we ended staying all the way till closing time and not once did we feel rushed. We usually visit a cooperators store and only stumbled in because of the more accommodating late night hours, but after the service Homer provided this will be our new go to store.

Helpful staff I was in and out in 5 minutes with the parts I needed.

Talked to Orlando, the store manager trying to find one very odd size alternator. He went out of his way trying to find one (couldve just said that we dont carry it), Googled and called his own sources. Finally we were able to locate one that may work, ordered it to be shipped to store, ended up not fitting properly. Anyway, great experience. Thank you

I forgot my mask in my work truck so I pulled my shirt over my nose and mouth to purchase an item, I was the only customer but had to wait because the employees were in the back. An employee said I couldnt return without a mask because people are complaining. Meanwhile an employee ,Homer?, steps from the back and stands behind the employee ringing up my item without a mask. I asked why he isnt wearing a mask, and their response was because I/he was in the back. So apparently its ok to be less than 6 ft from another employee without a mask, but I cant cover my face with a shirt behind a plexiglass barrier?

Super helpful staff and they helped me with my battery and wiper blades. They have great free services that most places will easily charge over 100 dollars for.

Poor customer service, manager actually made me wait while he finished his text conversation on hes cell phone. Not to mention not one employee there seems to have a sense of urgency to help anyone who visits the store. Sucks because Im a loyal customer of A-Z and I just moved to this area and miss my old store. This store & employees are terrible dont shop here.

I went in there yesterday to purchase replacement bulbs for my passenger break light and 3rd light. The place was pretty busy, but line was moving fast. Upon my request, Orlando came out and replaced the bulbs for me. Friendly, Efficient and Helpful. Thanks Orlando and Bolingbrook Auto Zone!

I needed a new car battery. They closed at 8pm, and I got there at 7:40pm. Im never that person who shows up just before closing - but I was that day.My car battery was changed quickly and the experience was great.

My experience was great!! I went in the store not sure of how to get what I need it but Colon helped me out tremendously he was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his job. I am right here at autozone 435 N Bolingbrook il 60440.The black lady I met here today 12/18/19 8:30pm. She doesnt represent autozone professionally. My car was overheating and had to park ,so I ask for free engine check, she was just talking out of place. Wow is that how to treat Client?She needs more training on customer service.

Went with my Pops. My Pops did not have a receipt and they were able to find his purchase in the system with his phone number. Great customer service by the young man who helped us out.

Employees are always friendly and very helpful, store seems disorganized and cluttered but good experience overall.

Staff is incompetent! Order the same piece 3 different times and not a single time did they get it right. first they gave me the wrong piece after I specifically told them what I was looking for. Had to go home assemble the entire thing only to find out it was the wrong piece, came back the next day and asked them and told them what was going on, they of course said they would order it (was told the piece was gonna come in at 9am the next day). Went back at that time the piece was supposed to arrive and of course to my surprise they said the didn’t have it. Tried a second time and was told I would have the piece by 6pm that day only to again find out they didn’t have it! We wasted so much time and money! Never had an experience anywhere this bad!

Hi, i had a employee order a part for me but when i got home i found what i didnt even know i had. I called back , and was told that it wouldnt be a problem getting a refund and i didnt have to pay a cancellation fee. So , i took the item back the next evening and had no problems getting my money back. Some items are cheaper at other places. But i will definitely go there for my auto parts. I also feel that if a employee sees you they should welcome you to the store. But i was asked by another employee if i needed help. So we have to take the good with the bad. I decided to go to Autozone Bolingbrook, IL to ask for assistance and I was glad I did. The guys there were helpful, insightful, and professional. You have a Orlando Colon who is the Store Manger at the location in Bolingbrook, IL. I wanted to say he is very good with customers and has helped my dad out tremendously. He went beyond his job duties to help my dad get a new batter for his car. His approach was more of a of a consultative approach by asking the right questions and providing the most value. More stores should adopt this. Ive always loved my experience at Auto Zone. My dad wanted me to let you know how much he appreciates it. Since he is a Senior Citizen it gets hard to find help at times at stores. Im not sure if you do employ of the month or something. Its autozone. If you need an oem equivalent part on the cheap or something common like a hose clamp, this is your place.
