We have moved quite a bit in the past 15 years, and have used a few different storage companies. Once we used Extra Space, everything was great. Now, we again went back to Extra Space but this time in Bohemia, and it was the best experience of all. The manager, Tony, is superb, friendly, and runs a super clean facility. You see him walk around checking to make sure all of the units are secure and to make sure you are satisfied.I would consider Tonys location to be the flagship of the Extra Space company!!!

We rented a unit as a short term solution while we waited to close on our house. Tony was extremely helpful and the whole experience was quick and easy. We secured the unit online and Tony contacted by the next business day to confirm if we needed anything else. Even when we moved out, I lost my key and Tony was able to help me remove the lock and we checked out with any issues.

Needed a storage unit so I shopped around for best price. Found this location to be the least expensive. It took only minutes to process the application online and make payment to hold the unit. Immediately got a call from the Manager who helped me thru the contract process, explain where the unit was located. They left a new lock in the unit for me so I did not need to shop around for one.I went to the location and found the yard clean and easily accessible.Thanks again for all your help Tony.

Edit 5/11/21: I am very happy with the service at extra space storage. I am very disappointed that only 5 months in my monthly rate is increasing from $140 a month to $168 a month. I expected there to be an increase but not 5 months in.This was my first time renting a storage unit and Anthony was so helpful with the whole process. So far its been a great experience!

I called 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, desperate to rent a unit to move some things into on Sunday. I shopped around for a couple storage companies and found this place. Spoke to Tony and he tried hard to see what storage would fit my needs as well as price range. He got me a good size with a great price. Also I forgot to lock my storage and within 20 minutes of leaving he called me to notify me of this. Which I feel is exceptional service. Stored my household goods here. They were great but are run by a major corporate office and getting ahold of the actual location is really difficult and almost impossible. When I was moving across the country they wanted me put a lock on the door and physically that was impossible at the time and they charged me $20 for a lock you can get for less the $8 anywhere else.

The only reason I have given this company 4 stars is because I found another facility that offered the same size space for more than half the price of this space. However, that has nothing to do with the store manager, Tony was exceptional, he was extremely professional, friendly, patient, and helpful with all of my storage needs and questions. Even on the day, I was to move out, he was extremely helpful. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. Thanks again Tony for everything, if only all customer service managers could be as amazing as you are!! If this review was based solely on the manager Tony, he would get 10 stars!!

I used Extra Space Storage from the summer of 2018 to this past week. Great experience, since I felt my belongings there were very safe. I was out of state the entire time and knowing that Tony Donofrio was on site gave me peace of mind. I have never had the need to use a facility like this before so I was a bit hesitant to do so. When I first spoke to Tony last June, he was very pleasant and explained everything to me, about the insurance, showed me the different sizes available and helped me decide what size I might need and about the hours and security of the facility. After speaking to Tony, I felt very comfortable with making my decision to store my stuff here. If ever I find a need to use a self storage facility again it will surely be here.

I went to the storage facility where I met the manager Tony Donofrio he was very pleasant went over every detail and showed me the storage unit, how to use the gate code and answered all my questions. also after about a week called to check-in on how my move was.
