A lot of tech places often look to overcharge and underdeliver with their services. So coming into this business to solve hard drive issues, i was surprised to be met with such an easy, efficient, and reliable service. The owner is extremely easy to talk to, and will provide quality advice with the goal of you (the customer) to spend as little money as you need while still checking off every issue you walk in with. His storage backups specifically are very inexpensive and provides a kind grace period if any issues do arise after your appointment. Absolutely would recommend, especially if you may be coming into a repair business nervous about overcharges and time premiums. The customer is a priority here and the owner will let it be known the moment you step in.

Before I brought my laptop to Larry, my temperatures were extremely hot (90-98 Celsius). One of the fans were broken and I also needed cleaning and new thermal paste. Larry took only an hour to fix it and didnt charge extra for the fan. Now my temperatures are on an average of 20 Celsius lower. Hes a really great person and the prices are very reasonable while also getting the job done super fast. Definitely would come back for anything else I need.

My gaming laptop needed a extra hard drive installed, Not only was it affordable, it took Larry less than a half hour to complete it. He also used the compressor to blow out my fans and cleaned my screen. He definitely knew what he was doing and explained it to me as he went so I understood what he was doing. Will definitely recommend for friends etc, and will be returning if I ever need anything going forward.

Whenever I panic like spilling liquid on my laptop I run to Larry at LTC. He is always available and calm and points me in the right direction. He is fixing my laptop and advised me to buy an all in one . I returned the same day and by days end my new computer was set up and running. Larry was amazing! I came in with my Gaming PC (only a few months old) due to it shutting off randomly. I had no idea what was causing it and Larry did a bunch of tests to rule a lot of stuff out. Thanks to his help we learned it was the motherboard. After he assisted me in calling about a replacement, he packed the motherboard up for me to send to the company, and when a replacement was recieved he put in the new one and tested my PC out to make sure it was working. He even removed the dust inside my system as well. Larry is very kind and very thurough! It is clear he truly loves his work!
