This was my first experience using Bohemia Auto Care. The reason I chose them was on a recommendation I received. My issue was this; I had my 2018 Toyota 4Runner aligned at another shop after a aftermarket suspension installation. The previous shop did an absolutely horrible job at the alignment. My 4Runner was worse after they did the front end alignment. So I brought the vehicle back home and starting calling around looking for a shop that had a good reputation. Who’s name was given to me was Brian, and Bohemia Auto care. I called and received an appointment that week. Brian was very nice and knowledgeable just on the appointment phone call alone. Needless to say, I got the alignment done by Bohemia Auto Care and it’s absolutely perfect!! Not only did they perform an outstanding alignment but also provided me with a computer print out (that was easy to understand) of the alignment prior to them working on it and then after! That was awesome to see as it basically explained exactly what was wrong with it and the results of the Bohemia Auto Care Alignment! I will now take all of my vehicles to Bohemia Auto Care as they have earned a customer for life!! I can’t say enough great things about the results and the overall great interaction I had during this process!!!

Mounted and balanced a set of tires for a good price. I took a 1,000 mile road trip immediately after and no issues, even on rocky mountain roads. Alignment still perfect. And they squeezed me in before I left on short notice. Great all around!

Ive always had pleasant dealings with this repair shop. Been doing business there for 10+ years but always leased new vehicles, so it was mainly oil changes and inspection. I took my mothers car in for service as check engine light was on. They fixed car same day but as a senior citizen myself always having to watch my costs, I was very disappointed in charges incurred. I was charged $140 for diagnosis than the part that was retailed at $149 was marked up to $245, plus labor charges bill was $500. Due to long term relationship I never comparison shopped but later found out many shops charge nothing or $75 for diagnosis, and a $95-$100 mark up for part seemed high. Unfortunately Ill have to find a new shop especially now that Im no longer leasing new cars, and will need service more frequently now

I was treated very well here. It was a minor problem but I must say that I would recommend this place to anyone who needed work done. Mary was very helpful, it was done when she said it would be done and the interaction was very pleasant. She even texted me when car was ready.

Brian did an excellent job of explaining to me the issue I was having with my car. He kept an open communication while my car was there. When I picked up the car, he showed me the bad part that he took out of the car and explained to me what was wrong with it. And the car is running great.

The car was repaired and completed 2 days earlier than anticipated. Brian had consistent communication and allowed me to ask questions. Bohemia Auto care is the first auto place I can say I trust. Brought my car in cause my check engine light was on. Brian was the person who took my information down. As a women sometimes going into a mechanic can be a little intimidating. But Brian was such a nice person and listened to everything I explained to him. I left my car with him and a couple od hours later He called me. This is the first place I have to say gave me a list of things my car needed. Now granted i went down for one thing i appreciated the heads up on the other things they found. There was no pressure on me to make me feel i had to get it all done and knowing they found other things really shows they look at your car. Called on a Monday morning for a car inspection (have been there before) anticipating a busy day for them. Dropped off the car knowing my car has no issues (lights, blinkers, tires, breaks, belts etc..) was told they will do what they can but made no promises. They called me around noon that the car was ready for pickup. Great experience.

Had oil pan changed on our 2005 Corolla to prevent an oil leak on newly installed driveway. Work was done promptly & vehicle was held over the weekend to check for leakage. All was ok until 1 week later, the vehicle leaked oil on the new driveway. Gave Brian a call & was told to bring it in & they will take care of it. The issue turned out to be a slight defect with the drain plug washer. The washer was replaced & the oil was replaced. Now here is what sets Bohemia Autocare above other repair shops & dealer service centers. Brian went out of his way to personally make multiple visits to my house to get the oil stains off my new driveway. I have never received such outstanding service as this. Their goal is to have you be a customer for life. Mission accomplished!I can highly recommend Bohemia Autocare, not just because of the way this service was handled, but for the continued caring service we have received on all our vehicles over the years.Great staff, great service!

Very disappointed. Started bringing my vehicles there about 6 months ago. First of all the are way overpriced. Always found something else to charge you for besides what you bring it in for . Brought my car in for no heat they charged me over $800 and still didnt fix the problem. Now they want another$1100 to fix it right. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Its very hard to find trust worthy mechanics. Have been going here for years. They give you every detail about your car and ask you for your permission before doing anything to your car. Everything is written out on paper. Very honest and caring people. Everyone that works there is friendly.
