I walked in feeling lost but was immediately greeted by a young girl who helped me find my sons school uniforms and exactly what he needed.All of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.I expected this would take forever but we were in and out within 20 minutes. There was a line at the register but the girls knocked it down quickly and kept a smile on their face.

My daughter just transferred schools and I always dreaded going uniform shopping, but I was happy with the way the experience went. They stayed with us the entire time and made sure uniforms fit properly. So happy this is our uniform provider!

My son switched schools and this was my first time in the store. The girls helped us get fitted and we left with everything we needed. Our last school was online only and after today I’m very glad to have a physical store to shop in

Great uniform store. Everyone is very helpful only thing bad I could possibly say is that I wish I did not always feel like I was so rushed. You cant just look around and maybe see something else you might like to buy, its just quickly get you what you came for and back out the door

I took my daughter Jayden for her first uniform fitting. We had a wonderful experience as the staff was super helpful & kind. The entire process took maybe 20 minutes and they had all the uniform items my daughter needed. Very pleased with the experience.

I was running late and came in right before they closed- I felt so bad but we live 45 minutes away! The girl that greeted us was very nice as she walked us through the order form for my sons new school. I only bought a few things because I felt so bad they were keeping the store open for us. I’ve worked retail before so I know what that’s like.They followed all Covid related protocols which was refreshing. I then called back the next day and spoke with Michael who created me an online account and helped me place an order for the rest of the items. We got the items the very next day. Great experience overall 👍🏼

Super easy experience! My daughter is starting preschool and I didnt know this was supposed to go. The girl who helped me was very nice and knew all about the requirements and dress code for my daughters school, In and out!

I rated this store 3 without providing a description as to why. After receiving a call from the store asking me why I rated them a 3 and not a 5, I realize that this was a disservice to them as well as to fellow consumers. First of all a 3 can mean different things to different people. To me a 3 means adequate but nothing special. There is nothing specifically wrong with a 3. A hotel can be a 3 if it is adequate, clean, safe... but to be a 5.. that is a different level. As for this store I will try to provide more detail. Several other reviewers have described it as dirty and disorganized. I would say it looks more cluttered. There is organization of some type. I would not call it specifically dirty but I would rather suggest that it is in need of certain maintenance. The staff has always been helpful and courteous with me. They seem to have the basics of what we need. I agree that it is very overpriced but we dont seem to have many options do we. Monopoly can result in that. So those are the reasons I would rate it a 3. Customer service I would say 4 or 5. Condition of facility 2 or 3. Value 1 or 2. So over all... 3 +/-.

We were so excited to be getting our sons uniforms for preK3 2020-2021 school year. We were given their old address and found out they have moved by the sign on the window of their old place. So we got to the new store location a little late, but was so excited. As soon as I walked in with my son I felt like I was bothering them by being there. I told them the school and grade that my son would be starting in August and was told they close at 6pm and walked me to the back. She didn’t tell me or give me any information about what uniforms was needed! My husband then walked in with our other son in the stroller and was making an IG video of my son getting his first uniforms ❤️. As he was making a quick IG story, a guy came up weirdly asking what are we filming and stood there 😑. My husband showed him and explained that we film all our Childrens first moments (walking talking and soon to be going to school). He then just stood there staring at us and my children! Mind you no one was giving me information of the uniforms needed for my sons school or anything. However we were greeted with attitude and made to feel uncomfortable. I told him he was being weird and making me feel uncomfortable to which he thought he wasn’t by just stand really close to us (not saying anything) almost to intimidate us! He finally walked away and the woman helping me was asking me what does the kids wear for his grade 🤦🏼‍♀️. We finally got all the uniforms very quick and paid over $300 at a store that wasn’t helpful! Very very rude! And treated us like we didn’t belong there! Never in my 36 years have I had an experience like that! My husband and I both attended a very well know private school and had to wear uniforms and have never had treatment like me did today! Rude! Disrespectful! Profiling! Horrible! Thank you for ruining our the experience for purchasing uniforms for our sons first time in school! Now whenever I think of my son first time in school I’m going to think of this day and how I’ve never been treated like that! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I own a local landscaping company and recently ordered some shirts and polos for my business. The customer service was top notch during the logo creation process. Callum personally worked with me on matching up colors, designs and materials that worked best for what I needed. Our shirts were made and delivered promptly and I could not be more happy with the outcome. The quality of shirt as well as the embroidery and screen printing were amazing! I have certainly found the company I will be using for the foreseeable future and would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time going to this store. Reading the reviews I expected terrible customer service. We arrived at the store around 415/430. A few customers were at the store before we arrived. 3 different employees asked me if we needed help. One gentleman was already helping us soU told them all thanks but we were already being helped. My daughter recently changed schools and I went into the store very aimlessly. While there, Madeline, the girl that helped us, was very knowledgeable and spent lots of time with my daughter in order to make her feel comfortable in her new attire. I forgot a few items and called into the store. School uniform store with friendly staff. Uniforms are of good quality, however prices are kind of high. If you are able to buy on sale there are some great deals. Recently went in for 30-40% off sale and was able to score big.

What a darling little store! My daughter and I received impeccable service from Callum and Lane. I believe a girl named Madeline or Maddy also helped. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to find the right sizing for my daughter (as she can be very difficult to find clothes for sometimes). Turned what I thought would be a ruined Saturday into the beginning of great evening. Could rant and rave about this place all day. 5 STARS!!!

Understaffed and out of stock all the time. No signage to tell you where your school is? Very unorganized! After you find your area (which can be in a few different areas) , be prepared to wait on a line for 20 minutes or more. One cashier three weeks before school starts.....Then wait some more so they can embroider your order. I would order online, but you need to actually try on the clothes (that are out of stock) before purchasing.I will make it my mission this year to have our school change companies!

No communication for an order placed over 2 weeks ago, have to continually call to ask about a delivery, and still unsure of when it will arrive. Hope they will improve their system in the future.

Dont know what happened to this store but last year was total different , organized and employees actually cared .Went to the store today with my daughter, one of her friends and her mom . My daughter goes to a very good Christian school (which really good ) and they have girls uniform (3 inches below the knee) nothing new for us .I started looking around and I found a size 10 skirt that was short. I kept that skirt and showed to my friend because we were kidding about it.and said it was cute kept looking to the other skirts. A guy approach me right away and he said you need help . I said not I am just looking . He said we can measure and get you the right size. I told him again I dont need any help yet . He kept insisting . He didnt know my daughter was already trying some short and t-shirts.He was no really nice .Then I went to see my Daughter and he was there and he starting to tell me I couldnt by that skirt and I need to give to him . He talked to me so rude so I answer him back . He said he need to follow what school told him and make sure costumers would get the right size . I am pretty sure the school did not say to be rude and talk that way to parents or students because that is not what the teach there . I heard someone said Jonathan is I really hope he is not the owner because he doesnt care.After that we went to look for other sizes and other stuff. My daughter was so upset . So I went looking for him and next time dont talk to me like that in from of my daughter . There is other ways . He actually apologized and said sorry which I thought it was good so left it like that .So we got all our stuff but need to wait for some shorts that we need embroidery (around 20m). Me and my friend were talking and then we said lets go pay. Only one cashier was open . Poor guy he was very good and nice was all alone . Someone in front of us had a big ordered so took like 15 or more for him to get to us and the like was like 14 people waiting.My friend paid first and then while she was paying a girl open the other register . I heard a men said that is her. I didnt know what that was . So the girl grabs my daughter skirt doesnt say anything and walks away so I ask and she said I need to make sure you got the right one . Not cool. so I walked with her making sure she was not going to change since it was fine . I told her you cant do that because I got the right size and lenght and I am not lying . I am the costumer .She didnt care then she said we have to this because you were very resilience (or some words like that ) . She was super rude . I didnt feel like I was buying something I felt like was stealing . I told her you should not talk to me like that and she said I can talk to you however I want . Not cool for an employee. She measure the skirt and course it was the right now . I dont even know why she did that because she should have then measure the skirt ON my daughter to make sure it was fine instead of another size 12 skirt .SO she went back to the register didnt care or apologized. I asked her what her name was and she said Samantha I am one of the managers here . I only said ohh. Nothing else. I paid (spend little more than $200)Said thank you and left .I hope the school gets another place to make the informs for the next year or hopefully this stores start caring for their costumers like they should .I respect the school so much to be judge by someone thinking I dont. My daughter follows the rules and wears the proper uniform since she is little . So was not nice that they were like that . Owner or employees here should respect their costumer and care .

Our experience with this store has been horrible. We went way ahead of school starting to get uniforms. The store was a chaotic, disorganized, low stocked disaster! We finally found several suitable items but they were busy and 4 items needed to be embroidered while we waited (25-40 minutes). However, after 45 minutes, they offered to ship the clothes to us for free if we didnt want to wait any more. So we didnt wait. We live very very far from the store so I was just praying the uniforms would really be shipped. Given the chaos it was hard to trust that would happen! We then went on our last summer vacation and 10 days later came back to find that no uniforms had arrived! We called and after 20 minutes on hold for them to locate the items, we were promised delivery to the school the next Monday. We went to the school Monday and 2 of the 4 items had been delivered but 2 had not. Thank God my daughters skorts arrived as she had no approved bottoms for school which started two days later. I called again and held while they finally got their hands on the last two items. We got another promise of Tuesday delivery directly to the school. By Wednesday, the last two items still had not been delivered. Now the store wont even answer the phone and their voicemail is full. Many parents at the school have complained about the lack of organization, lies, rudeness etc. My kids have only 1 and 2 years left in school and this is the worst service weve received over the 14 years of schooling. If you happen to have a choice, go elsewhere. Very unhappy that CCA went with them.

I went to try my daughter uniform for first time yesterday and the ladies were very patient, Esther try out everything I want sure what to choose for my 5 yrs old and they were very knowledable and supportive on my process. took me a while to get all done but they didnt rush it and I appreciate, I came back to retun a pant that was a wrong zise and they also took care of it super fast.Thanks a lot!.Store is no easy to find but if you call they will guide you.

Jonathan is a great guy and we loved the store! We bought all of our Bar Mitzvah clothing from Jonathan Reed. They always treated us like family. We are past that stage now but we have great memories!

This is the most disorganized uniform store I have dealt with yet!! Had to wait more than two months to receive my daughters uniforms. Not only that, but they just keep giving excuse after excuse to why they are not ready. It shouldnt take 2 months. Horrible!! Really hope our school uses someone else next year! Tons of parents had our same problem!!

The employees know very well where everything is, but the customer service is very similar to Wal-Mart if you know what I mean. I willl only go back again because is the only store who sells the uniforms.

I am still waiting for a return call regarding a missing skort I paid for almost 2 weeks now. The cost compared to quality; that is a joke. Unfortunately they know you cannot buy the uniform elsewhere since they are chosen by the school. The school should take some of the responsibility. Shame on CCA, Fort Lauderdale.
