When the fabric we ordered was delayed she offered, and we accepted, the frames to be delivered and she provided us with loaner cushions so we could start enjoying our new purchase. When our cushions finally arrived, she sent them out and ensured we were completely satisfied. We are now able to enjoy our new furniture every evening with a cocktail and conversation. Sometimes who you buy something from is even more important than what you buy. Dont misunderstand, there is no way you wont find what you want there. OMG, she (Pam) has a huge inventory with lots to choose from. Pam synced it, though, as she was so nice, so helpful and just made us feel good about buying from her. We now want another item or two and wont waste our time looking anywhere else. Our stuff was delivered by two real nice young guys who made sure everything was rights before they left -- one of them was her son.

We stumbled into Wildes by accident and it was the best accident we ever had! Pamela and her staff were so helpful and we really got an education in balcony furniture! We had never heard of balcony height chairs. We ordered a table and chairs for our small balcony and they are just perfect!! An initial visit to there store sparked my interest in the Telescope chairs, but learned that these items usually take several weeks to order, however the sales man encouraged me to stop back by as they might be getting some in stock soon. I visited several other stores in the area to compare other brands, see if these chairs were in stock elsewhere, and ultimately returned to Wildes where O learned that they actually had the chairs in inventory ( not a common situation) and they could deliver the next day! It was a great experience, from purchase to delivery, now I know for sure I dont need to go elsewhere for future purchases. Thank you to your team of professionals.

I am very pleased with the beautiful patio set I purchased from Wildes Patio Depot. From the first time I went to their showroom in Boca, Pam, the owner, couldnt have been more helpful. My patio furniture was delivered within a week after I purchased the set. The delivery guys were on-time, professional, and friendly.Less than a month, after I purchased the patio set, I found a few scratches on one of the chairs. After calling Pam she sent her delivery guys to fix the problem.I am very please with not only the patio furniture but the service that Pam quickly provided. While driving, in search of patio furniture, we stumbled upon a gem, Wilde’s. First of all, the owner, Pamela, welcomed us to her (filled to the gills with patio choices) showroom. When asked for something not on the selling floor, she had a catalog containing the requested items. Her prices are very fair. We ordered. The items arrived within a week. She sent two young men to deliver our items and collect the remaining balance. My husband wanted to pay the remaining balance combining cash and credit. The guys placed the furniture on the patio, collected the payment and continued on their way. About 15 minutes passed and Alex G. and Alec H. returned to our home. They returned to inform us that they were paid $100 too much. I could not believe the money was miscounted, astonished that these guys took the time to return it to my husband. What fine human beings these two young men are! This place is all around and hands down, terrific—ample choices, excellent service and value.

We moved to Florida in June and spent many hours driving around looking at patio furniture. Once inside Wildes, we knew this was the store for us. Many beautiful choices, in fact so many, I had to have my daughter fly in from Baltimore to help me make my choice in fabric. We bought a table and two chairs and loved them so much that we ordered two more chairs and an ottoman to go with them. Most comfortable outdoor seating we have ever had. Pam and her staff at Wildes Patio Depot are terrific! She recently helped us design out new outdoor furniture which we already are using and just love. We ordered outdoor furniture to be shipped to Long Island. Not only did they have a better selection then any store we went into but Pam helped coordinate deliveries from different manufacturers. There is no question that I would use Wildes again and would recommend them highly.

Went in looking for a replacement for the big box stores patio furniture. Was a little sticker shocked at first with some of the prices. After shopping around and getting prices on same/similar dining sets, we were amazed at how cheap they were. Wildes uses many of the same name brands as the other stores. They order factory direct and can customize just about anything. They do not charge for delivery and set up, which is mind boggling! Other places wanted $200 for driveway or up to $300 to take it around to the back. The sales staff was great and walked us through what we wanted. We thought we wanted a BIG table and chairs but Pamela talked us to a set that fit our space and we are happy. She also told us not to be worried with white, and we are happy that she did that also. The products that they are selling are very sturdy, very durable, and well worth the price tag and wait to order. The delivery drivers took my table out the day of deliver and I thought I would be sending it back because it was sooooooo dirty from sitting in a warehouse waiting on the chairs. A quick wash and tutorial on how to care for it, and it looked brand spanking new within minutes. The marine grade table cleans up so nice, does not get hot to the touch, and seems to be very stain resistant so far. The drivers also walked us through what to use on the dining set to keep them clean and gave me two magic erasers to start out with. The sling back chairs dry quickly and the coating on them is tough and durable and continues to look brand new. No chips/dings or stains in 6 months of everyday use and 6 year old spills. They also have over 100 patterns to choose from for your chair coverings.I highly recommend buying small and local and urge you to stop in. You really wont be disappointed. We also purchased during covid and their social distancing/precautions were very good. Is their furniture on the pricey side compared to rooms to go/Home Depot/Lowes....well yeah. It is good quality furniture that is ordered to your specs and carries a much better warranty. We could have gotten a metal table and 6 chairs for $1200 but it was not custom and the table was not marine grade polymer that will last. You want cheap, go to big orange or big blue and get a new set every two years when it rusts out. We spent right at our budget ($2100, table 6 chairs), got what we wanted, and are more than pleased with the purchase after 6 months. This is built to last and Wildes will stand behind it. Prices are very reasonable to their competitors and they offer FREE delivery. I said FREE right.

We shopped at many different patio furniture stores before deciding to purchase from Wilde’s. Pamela helped us with the best information of any of the stores we visited. She’s knowledgeable and patient. The selection was so wide we had trouble picking a set. She asked us lots of questions about our needs and wants and was able to steer us in the right direction. When it came time to choose the pattern for our fabric she patiently went through the entire selection several times helping us weed out the definite “no’s” and narrow down the choices until we found the one we wanted. We knew that delivery would take a bit longer than usual due to many people outfitting their “stay at home safe places” during the pandemic. That’s ok, because it arrived today and it just perfect! The colors are exactly right for our space and the chairs are comfy too. We’re looking forward to some cooler weather so we can really enjoy the entire set up! The customer service is excellent. Pam is extremely knowledgeable about the products she carries and helpful with the selection. After our order was placed, Pam was able to have the manufacturer hold the delivery for several months as our construction was not completed and we had no place to put the furniture. What a feat during COVID !! When it arrived, the manufacturer had sent 2 tables with the incorrect tops and Pam quickly had the situation rectified. Ww would highly recommend Wildes Patio Depot for their selection, price and customer service.

I was in a family business for 42 years and I can appreciate how Pam does business. There was no pressure when we were in the showroom, only a knowledgeable presentation of all our options. The quality of the furniture and the cushions gets 5 stars and of course Pam gets 5 stars too. Delivery was on time and the guys could not have been more accommodating, and delivery was free (not the norm for furniture delivery). If you must - look elsewhere, but then buy from Wildes Patio Depot.

This is a second generation, locally owned family business which provides excellent service and very competitive prices. And, unusual these days, theres no charge for delivery.Dont expect a staged showroom or glossy brochures; this place is choke-a-block full of all things patio and outdoor furniture and accessories.
