I have plantar fasciitis and found this store when the place I used to go to closed. I was given the choice of 2 inserts to try. I went with the more expensive one as I was told it would last for 5 years and it gave me better support. So far so good after 6 months. I also purchased sneakers twice now and they fit very well and work well with my foot issues. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to go there to get shoes.

First met Sandra before I was ready for my diabetic fitting and other issues. She was so pleasant and helpful, plus her knowledge about foot related issues was astounding. I became the first diabetic Medicare patient. The office was great to work with. I’m so happy with our beautiful choices and orthotics. A true lifesaver. Thanks to all.

Sandra, the person who waited on me, was excellent in every way. She communicated clearly, made excellent suggestions, was patient and helpful. And I appreciate that she wore her mask properly, keeping it from slipping below her nose!

Ms. Costlow, the manager, told me things about my feet that not only had I forgotten these past decades (Ive high arches), but something no one had ever told me, nor had I ever known (one foot is larger than the other!). In short, shes amazingly knowledgeable.She sold me comfortable kicks, but did not oversell. I shall definitely return.

Wow! What a friendly talented, skilled team of people! Our podiatrist highly recommended improving our shoe choices and orthotics to support healthier feet and posture. Foot Solutions is a great place to buy custom orthotics. Sandra is wonderful and really knows what she is doing! Josh is also very helpful and nice. They take the time to assess you and figure out what would be the best solution for your feet! I am very happy and so excited about my new shoes and custom orthotics!! My feet are even happier!! As a therapy office we see a lot of wrong orthotics and Foot Solutions know what they are doing. So glad they are in the area!!

Rob did a thorough exam of how my husband and I walk and made him a great fitting orthotic. He was able to adapt a premade orthotic for me at a very low cost and tailored it wonderfully to my feet. He and Sondra are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
