The atmosphere in the whole place was amazing and light and calming and refreshing and my partner and I had a chance to meditate in one of the four meditation rooms that are free to use. The staff was quite knowledgeable about all the things my partner and I were looking for and what to use them on. We ended up buying a handful of crystals that we needed in our life right now. And we will definitely be back for more! The experience was great!

EVERY time I go in they’re the nicest people! Truly the only place I feel comfortable buying crystals. Also, try the meditation rooms!! So cool and calming. You leave happy. :)

I tried the Guided Meditation at My Flora Aura. Seriously, I have tried so many guided meditations and this one took me to another place. So relaxing for the mind! I listened to the Galileo’s Space Odyssey and I look forward to trying all 7.

Update: met the owner Jolie and her energy is amazing sweet and kind, I was talking to her about Boundaries and energy she help me pick out a few crystal stones and to my surprise offering me a book that was on the shelf that was about energy and boundaries and she gave it to me as a gift wow I couldn’t believe it how wonderful I’m reading it and I love it, Fun and enchanted place, love the ambiance and the energy is calm and very positive, bought some nice stones for my stash and lovely incense, fair prices and also did a group healing meditation and it was wonderful. Recommend this wonderful place and the staff is also knowledgeable and very helpful. Love going there to check out new stuff and always leave happy.5stars

Illegally stating that all sales are final & refusing returns or exchanges when (a) there are NO signs stating this, (b) customers are not verbally told, (c) usually the all sales are final rule is for used, clearance or custom items; it is HIGHLY unusual to do this at a crystal store & (d) when I brought this up, I was told that well, its on the receipt. The shop girl argued that the receipt is sent at the same time as payment. Um, no you are only given a receipt AFTER your card goes through, hence AFTER the sale & it is well established law that putting on a receipt is not posting notice in a clear & conspicuous place. Its not even so much that theyre doing something illegal, its how they handled it. Telling your customer AFTER a sale that there are no returns or exchanges is already very underhanded & low-vibration. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt - maybe they just dont realize or didnt think that through? But when I kindly brought it to their attention, I got cold-shoulder arguments & excuses, something I was very taken aback by, esp in a place thats supposed to be high vibration-?Both times I stopped in she promised that Jolie would call me to talk about it & both times I got no phone call. I know Jolie, so I was kinda glad it happened to me bc anyone else may not be as friendly about it & could threaten with a lawsuit or complaint. I was just going to let her know what the law was so she could change a couple things before getting into real trouble, as I know how to easily fix this. Now Im going to be forced to dispute the charges through my CC co & document my efforts to resolve this matter & she can deal with their attorneys instead... I wish her well, maybe she has her own demons that shes dealing with right now, but I wont be buying anything from either of her stores again.

Jess is AMAZING. I went to a Reiki session with a friend and at the end Jess told me insightful information in regards to a situation I was battling internally and haven’t really spoken to anyone about. Yesterday, my friend went to another one of Jess’s sessions, and she told my friend that my animal guide has came to her. 1. It’s amazing that she remembered who I was and that I was there with my friend - This to me says Jess connects to each of her clients/guests in a personal level, also that she is the real deal when reading energy. 2. The animal guide I was given was again completely spot on with pertaining to guidance that I currently need. I believe in Jess and the work she does. I can’t wait to participate in more of her sessions!

I have done a reading with Jolie, taken several of her classes, and currently am subscribed to her monthly email reading. Her insight, messages, and guidance has been invaluable! She is amazing and talented in many areas. Visit her shop and schedule time with her. You will not be disappointed!

Poor management; waited several weeks for an appointment (which is ok) but what makes your facility poorly managed is cancelling it less than 24 hrs before and being told you have to wait another several weeks (over a month) without any accommodations or regards on your end. Thanks but no thanks ... plenty more places in south Florida that respect customers in a timely manner!(& no thank you if a spot just happens to clear for me now that I’m addressing a concern but not interested anymore).

Buyer beware this store is selling fakes! I bought a black onyx braclet that turned silver after a couple weeks. The manager refused to exchange or return. I also had another Braclet break after only wearing a few times.I would avoid this store! Very bad customer service and not authentic crystals.

I love coming in and hanging out while I pick out crystals or sit an get oxygen. There are really cool and insightful card decks. Everyone is warm and guide sly. I love the crystal room to relax in or meditate- super cool- almost like a vortex! Her readings are awesome and very personable. Always a great place to go into for a present (I love buying Jewlery here). If I need a peaceful high vibes oasis- I come I here! I got reiki level 1 and 2 attuned and taught by Jolie- she was an incredible teacher.
