People who work there are excellent. Knowledge and patience can describe them the best. Helpful . My sterilizer works great after they replaced bulb .

Great Store. Great Service. LBU had the specialty lighting accessory I had been looking for in numerous other stores and even a local competitor 30+ blocks north. They have many items and accessories. Definitely worth at the very least, walking inside to see if you need anything, or to see if they have a way to hide, change the look of, etc. To your lights, Incendescent , LED, cheap ( $10 Lamp😷) or SUPER UPSCALE expensive ($400 Lamp😳) They have what you need.

Worst experience ever, they technically kicked me out, zero customer care level, starting from the manager and same behavior is propagated through all employees, if they don’t like to work they should just close the doors and go home. If I could rate cero stars I would do

Large selection of bulbs, fixtures, and even sell mirrors. Classy to funky looking stuff. Friendly staff but they are always busy. So when you go visit make sure you have time on your hands. Other than that they will take care of you.

A very large and fabulous lighting store with a myriad of lights and fans with a variety of options and at excellent prices. So far this is our favorite lighting store

The staff there has gone down hill First they sell my employee the wrong trim after I described it to him thoroughly. After returning the items they say they don’t make what I’m looking for although I’ve bought it there numerous times. They sell me what they have then bulbs to go with it. The bulbs didn’t fit. If your in busy like I am you know time is money. My best suggestion is to order your own products and don’t waste time and money going to this store.

Very uncomfortable store with unfriendly staff . I walk in nobody smiles , nobody helps me . The older lady was just staring at me . If you aren’t white or Jewish you won’t be acknowledged . This store needs diversity and customer training . I was willing to spend 4,000+ on lighting however nobody took me or my money serious. The dogs in the building were treated better than me . This place discriminates against blacks and Hispanics ! Don’t waste your money or time .

Got exactly what I wanted

We had a very positive experience working with Lbu. We purchased some beautiful fixtures for our home, and couldnt be happier!

This is a fantastic lighting store. I have visited twice. Services is outstanding. Inventory is plentiful and well stocked. Representatives all seem to be very knowledgeable. The best about LBU Lighting is their customer service. The last time I visited was this week and I need to fix a pendant light that was on a small wire. I had no idea what I was doing. Luckily, Michael Botros (Counter Supervisor), was there to assist me. Talk about patients and going above and beyond what should be required at the parts desk. I even happened to go when power was off for blocks in that section of Boca. It was dark in the store but Michael got a light, found my part and then proceeded to take apart my pendant light and string my new wire through it. No easy task. So small to snake it through. He then showed me how to adjust the length when I returned home and reconnect the wire to the fixture. You dont get service like that anywhere else.... Thank you to Micheal and the entire team. You are the best.

I have been looking for a very specific set of light bulbs and found them there. I first checked home depot and lowes, but they didnt carry it.Staff was very helpful, store was clean, well lit (well obviously haha), and had no problem parking. Bottom line, check this store out.

Everything started great: a good selection of different styles of lighting, friendly and knowledgeable sales person. We made a selection, paid the first half of the price and were promised free delivery in two weeks. After that all went downwards: nobody called in two weeks, nobody called in four weeks. When I called the store, Ive been told that my staff is waiting on the shelf. There was no remorse, no apologies, just: OK, well deliver on Monday. They delivered (I paid second half of the price), I checked, everything seemed to be in order, but later, when I unpacked, one of the monorail pieces happened to be a wrong type. To get a store manager on the phone has been an impossible task! Finally, somebody talked to me and promised to live a message to my salesperson. Now Im waiting for him to call me. Wont to bet, its again going to be me, calling them?

Great Customer Service! Responded to my email request in less than 24 hours, and was able to source a part which 2 other suppliers told me was no longer available. I have purchased numerous bulbs, fittings, LED fixtures and rope lights and the staff at the West Palm Beach store have always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Beat place to buy lighting, bulbs, switches. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. I’m clueless when it comes to buying the right type of bulbs etc and they always put me at ease.

The name of this store does not do it justice! The array of light fixtures is incredible. If you are looking for something that is going to wow your home you must visit this place. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (a very rare find nowadays)! A great experience shopping here!

I went into their store with my lighting fixture with a short in it. The gentleman there went out of his way to take it apart and fix the short. NO Charge! I bought some bulbs from them and almost felt guilty that they did not charge me for their time. Imagine that, someone that actually cares about their customers. Customer service! When I am treated like this; they earn a life long customer with very positive referrals.

Run! Its sad when one employee of a company fails to provide good customer service and has wonderful products. Three out of the four products I ordered were wrong. When I first came in and spoke to Sean his demeanor was excellent and apologetic for their mistake. When I came back to return the products Elana was rude, unapologetic, and had a terrible attitude. She was apparently the one who made the mistake. She was not happy that I was returning the entire order.Because of Seans great attitude I was planning on buying an awesome chandelier from them and give them another chance to keep my business. However, due to Elanas poor attitude, I will be placing my order from a different lighting company.

What a great shopping experience! Home furnishjng can be so stressful but we went to light bulbs unlimited on a whim and met a man named Martin. He wss patient and helped me pick exactly what I needed and wanted. Their selection is fantastic!

Great variety of lighting, good pricing. But cant trust them to delivery. Mfg in Ohio had stock, told 2 wks or less, I called a couple of days prior to 2 wks and were told no shipping into yet but it would be shipped today, they had my $s but obviously they never placed my order. No way to run a business.

Very disappointed. My husband and I experienced what I refer to as socio economic discrimination at this location. Not because we could not afford to shop there, but because we did not dress or act like we had money to waste. We spent our money at Capital Lighting without an appointment or designer.

Do not buy a fixture from this store. They are all smiles and reassurances, but, when you have a problem they turn their back. After all, your problem is with the manufacturer, They want even help or advise. You are on your own. Better to buy the fixture on line. At least then you pay less.

Placed order, followed up with Greg H. after the (promised) two week arrival window came and went. Was told they spoke to the manufacturer and there was a manufacturing delay and would be another 4-6 weeks. Called the same manufacturer directly and they said that normal production is 4-6 weeks. Appears they never placed the order in the first place and was given lip service. Cancelled the order and placed it through Capitol Lighting instead.

After purchasing over $35,000 of chandeliers and sconces, I found that their service to get the parts that were defective or missing from my order horrible. Ive returned to their store over 8 times only to find my order for the defective parts misplaced and the parts not in. Each time, according to sales staff, the parts had to be reordered. To date, parts have not been received and no follow up calls of status from them have been received. No way for a company to operate.
