Do not shop here. Time to boycott. The rude customer service manager lady never heard of customer service. I bought a three dollar bottle of horseradish. When I got home it was open and unsealed.and I returned it. She would not accept the return because it was not within 7 days. I explained that I waited until my next visit because I live 30 minutes away and it does not make sense to drive one hour there and back to return a $3.00 unsealed bottle. She still refused. I then canceled my $300 purchase for Yom Kippur and officially boycotted this place. She could not care less and refused to escalate my concern.

Bought 2 jars of mayonnaise yesterday. Was supposed to buy 1 jar. Brought back the 1 jarWith receipt and was told there are no returns on Passover items. That’s rediculous!!Is that a NEW LAW??Just lost a good customer.Will NEVER shop their again.

Bought 3 packages of marrow bones and opened them right away and they were spoiled rotten. They would not issue a refund because it’s not within two weeks of purchase. Despite my explanation that we were away for Passover. Definitely won’t be shopping here anymore!

Aroma Kosher Market Place Has It All. First off, they are conveniently located on Glades Road and Lyons Road. The Market place has it all; Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, a Beautiful Deli Dept, Freshly made Challah, Cookies, Cakes, Pre-made Foods as well as a Full Butcher Dept with an assortment of kosher meats. Countless Frozen Foods, Wine, and other staple products. The Store is very clean and Staff is friendly, polite, Courteous, and helpful. Even though I had 1 unhappy experience, the Store Manager David contacted me immediately and went up-and-beyond to make me happy and, Would definitely return in the Future to purchase my kosher needs. Another positive is that they are only 5 minutes from my home, they have handicapped parking spots right in front of the Store as well as plenty of parking spaces all around the store. Aroma is a Great Kosher Market where you can purchase almost all your shopping needs. Kosher Meats, Full Deli Counter, Freshly Baked items, Frozen Foods, Pre-made Foods, Cookies, Cakes, A large Wine Selection and much much more. The Staff is friendly and eager to please. I Highly Recommend you check them out. (Here are just a few items that were purchased today). Go and Check them out. Im sure you will be pleased.

Best kosher market in sfl. (sept 18 2018 Dont know how they did it, but the shopping experience has improved. more choices, multiple hecksher options of meat, sushi, fresh bakery and more. They are even open late, which the other Boca and Delray Market isnt!)

Great market. Thursday is the best because they have fresh bourekas and pastries. I also enjoy the shnitzel and they always have fresh pita. Highly recommended!

Excellent prepared and fresh food. The breads are amazing and we love the Moroccan fish and several other dishes. The parking is also much better than the other kosher market in Boca (and Aroma is not as chaotic).

This is the best kosher grocery store/ butcher shop/ religious items store anywhere... Their prices are incredibly low... the variety of food is amazing... I have gotten fresh fruits and vegetables here cheaper than I can in Publix

This place has everything. Weather you need groceries or ready food, bakery items, fresh meat and poultry, an entire produce section and more. they have it. They even have a create your own salad bar and a small coffee area where they can make you almost any drink on the spot. Great personal customer service too. Very happy they are open. Looking forward to coming here again.

Worst customer service Ive received anywhere in a very long time. I purchased a cake today that never made it into my cart. The store was extremely busy, and Im sure it went home with someone else by accident. I called immediately, and they would not replace the cake. I needed it for holiday dinner, so I had to re-purchase the same cake. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I will never go back. UPDATE: After this post, I was able to go back into the store and receive a credit. Still a very disappointing experience, but I will now give them another chance!

AROMA MARKET in Boca Raton! Finally I’m so happy they opened another one here. The catered food is amazing from the different salmon selections to the meats, vegetables, and they make their own salads here that are amazing!! The tuna salad is of the hook! The bakery goods are sensational, and all the Israeli products. I highly recommend this market with great customer service!! Love it!

Very unfair store.overprice ,and very rude customer service .I bought ice cream and went to my car for a minute,I checked my receipt and see they charged me $17.99 for a tiny box of 6 pieces of ice cream.they placed it in the wrong spot for $5.99I explained and took her to show it Is with the wrong price she won’t take it back she said they will place it now in the right place but she is not gonna take it back.Stay away from that store .GROVE have better prices and also WIND DIXIE is expanding their kosher department.

I am really pleased they carry such a wide range of whole grain crackers and other healthy grain products, including freekeh and other less common grains. They have a good assortment of vegetables but theyre not the best price. You can get all your shopping done here, though the fresh breads is probably the weakest assortment. I shop here regularly

Wouldnt let me return expired goods after three weeks. Woman at customer service tried to lie about the expiration date, then was rude. Theyll be out of business soon.. (and the girl at customer service obviously doesnt care) This place is a total joke. Cant wait for Greenwise Market to open!

Very poor customer service. I was there today and got a chicken noodle soup for my son that is sick at home. Got home to discover that the soup had no chicken or noddles it was just broth and vegetables. I call the store and Debbie the manager seem to doubt of me. Instead of apologizing she told me to take a picture and send it to her by email and next time I am at the store that she would give me some noodles. I have the pictures and I am sending it now. I will not be back. Very deceiving and bad customer service. She could apologize instead of acting like I was lying. I am very disappointed. Do not recommend at all. The soup ended up in the garbage. My son wanted chicken noddle soup and that was no chicken soup

So sad for such a successful business, I initially would have given 5, but when I came to the store I was turned away by the owner so i had to tell my bubbi that there would be no shabbos, and those are the only challah rolls she will eat. I shop at that location every Friday so I can do shabbat with my bubbi.
