The guy explained all the models they had and told me to stop by and check them out.I walked in and noticed the place was super nice and clean. The guys were not pushy and only helped when I had questions.I ended up picking out a Trek hybrid racing bike. I gave him my I.D. and he allowed me to ride around outside before paying. The transaction was smooth and quick.I refused to pay top dollar for an high-end bike so decided to take a chance at a pawn shop. So glad I did. This bike is sweet and its super fast.I highly recommend this pawn shop. 5 stars!

I think this place is awesome. I was lucky enough to find an older Boss RV-3 Reverb/Delay Pink Label pedal, and they were nice enough to knock off some of the price, so it was a steal for me. I also observed tons of eating places adjacent to this pawn shop.They also have a multitude of other musical gear to select from if you are aspiring to be a musician.

These people are extremely difficult to deal with or should I say the guy with the strong accent. Just straight up rude like he’s in a bad mood Then he gets upset when you try to get help from somebody else there like it’s personal. Confrontational from the moment I walked in I don’t know who runs a business this way.

These guys always give a fair and honest exchange for items! They are very knowledgeable and friendly and take the time to make sure the customer is given fair value. I went to at least half a dozen other pawn shops in Boca and Delray that quoted me under half of what this place gave me for my stuff! I mainly use American Pawn in Boca Raton for FFL transfers. They offer the best transfer rates in the area, and offer the absolute nicest and fastest service imaginable. The staff communications are absolutely top notch. They contact you the moment your item arrives, and get you through the transfer process quickly and with a smile. If you wind up waiting for a few moments, there is lots of cool stuff to look at!The staff is super friendly as well, and often go out of their way to help you. Love this place!

I never leave reviews on anything however after the experience I had at this pawn shop I had to leave one! I went in to buy a new iPad for my daughter and I was treated so well and so professional and even worked with me on giving me the best deal! I’ve been a customer of this shop for over 3 years now, and I’ve come to know the guys who work there as genuinely good people. When you go to a pawn shop, you have to know that you are not going to sell your item for what you paid for it!! Also, your belongings have sentimental value that unfortunately does not equate to dollar value. I have always been greeted with a warm welcome, and been given very fair prices. I have many times gone to them when I needed a cash loan for jewelry, and when I returned to pick up my items, I was charged a lower interest rate than any other pawn shop in the area. I also think it’s very important to mention that the people who work at this store have always kept my personal items in a safe, secure place . Finally, if you are able to buy the jewelry they have to sell, the jewelry for sale in this store is absolutely stunning...from diamonds to watches to precious and semiprecious gems. You will not be disappointed!!!

They charge way more for bikes than what they are appraised at on bicycle blue book. For example they are selling a bike for $295 that is appraised at $109. They post these bikes on offer up then when you question why they are selling for so much more than the bike is worth they will not respond. Please do your research before buying from this place.

Look youre looking for a place to get a good price on whatever it is youre looking to sell or Pawn this is not the shop to do that at this is run by crafty Eastern Europeans who think they can nickel-and-dime you to make a buck. I mentioned that their Eastern European because they speak to each other behind your back assuming you cant understand what theyre saying. I was offered an extremely low price for my item which has a definitive value and although I wasnt burned on this transaction because I walked out the way I was treated and the things I overheard give me no doubt that this place is not where you want to bring your items. They will screw you.

Childish amateurs .As i go to pick up my item with my ticket ( which on my ticket didnt show an cracks or scratches) i pick up my item walk out the door drive down the block and notice a crack on my tablet. When i go back in and show them that my item is not in the same condition as it was when i left it. I was told i droped it on my way out..........i was told i could have dropped something on it..............then i was told that when i dropped my item off the gentlemen had told me to my face it was cracked before he gave me the loan. I asked him if his surveillance cameras had audio to rewind them back and check for himself. He didnt check at all.After him tellin me im lieing to him and tryin to get one over on him my patiance was gone. So i asked another worker to give me another loan on the same item. This man gave me recipt that listed the crack. This place is a dishonest unreliable store. I was mistreated because someone in that shop is to small to admit they cracked my item and has not offered any type of resolution.this will be resolved if not by the owner (which i have not spoken with) then in court. If anyone has to get a loan from that shop be sure to photograph , video the condition of your item before you sign anything. Thay have no problem giveing you your property back broken and then call u a lies and say you broke it.

Very rude and poor customer service. I brought a bike in to sell and the employee broke part of it and would not take it because it was broken. I have never been treated so rudely at a pawn shop before until my experience here. They are Russian also and talk behind your back thinking you don’t know what they are saying. Funny thing is I know Russian and they are very very unprofessional and it is a very sketchy place to go. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a 1 star review up for a bit on here and I got an email from google people marked it as helpful. I am changing this review TO 5 STARS. I did have 1 bad experience where a worker here tired to sell me a broken t.v., Yes this was bad and I was upset over it but since then I actually have been back to this store a few times. The first time back was not by choice but since then I have had all good experience. Moral is everyone always tells about the 1 bad experience and forgets 5 good ones. Theyve always taken whatever Ive brought in but the prices could be better. Know what your item is worth because if youre asking less than its appropriate value they wont tell you and give you less.

This place has awful customer service. Super disrespectful. They pray on the weak that need money and low ball you. I had a 2014 MacBook in with them, i went to take it out and they said “only cash, to get property out” okay np. I explained well i’m On my lunch break and won’t be able to come back until next week with cash. Guy says sure np. So I come back and they so “oh sorry you are 4 days late and didn’t file a extension so it’s ours now” they purposely didn’t tell me I would be a few days over when i went in the first time to get my property so that they could take advantage of a customer and gain the item. Then one of the employee’s starts yelling at me in another language. Just sad places like this will do these kinds of things. I lost years of memories so they could make 100 bucks. I will be posting this on every platform. Facebook, Yelp, etc, to try and save someone the experience I had with these crooks.

I actually purchased my item from them on eBay and then went to the store to pick it up. They refunded me the shipping cost and let me test everything out in the store. The item was actually in better condition than described. It was my first time EVER buying something from a pawn shop as usually they are full of items in bad condition. Im obviously making an assumption here but I think they must only buy quality items, hence the poor reviews from people trying to trade them junk. AJ, the guy working there was very helpful too. I wish the pawn shops by me were more like this one.

I walked into this pawn shop this morning looking to sell a few pieces of fine china. I would highly recommend that if you have anything other than gold or silver (which is pretty hard to mess up the going price you just weigh it) take it someplace else I had an antique candy dish which retails for around 750 dollars but since they saw it on ebay for 200 that is what they went off of and they had an attitude when I tried to point them in the direction of the actual value. . I would not go back they have no knoweledge in the valuation of finer pieces.

First time ever pawning and apparently got pretty lucky lol. I was always told pawn shops were kind of shady but I felt like I was buying from a walmart or something. I bought a macbook for supercheap and it was basically brand new. Works like a charm. Best deal Ive had in a while. I definitely recommend checking this place out if your in the area.

I called this morning to see if my stolen gun had been sold here and the Russian guy was very rude. Refused to take the information (type of gun and serial number) of my gun and told me to let the police take care of it. I tried to explain that my gun was still not up on the FDLE website as stolen so I needed to give him my information and he refused to take it bc he couldnt release information of the gun to me?? What? Its MY gun. I have called other stores in the area and have had no problem with giving them my info if it shows up at their store.This place is sketchy.

I was getting tired of local gun shop up charging me on gun price, but when you order online and send a gun to there shop because you got a great online deal, the local gun shops are pissy and not happy. I searched all over delray, and boynton beach and this place gave me the best price and was nice and not creepy which is important as a girl! Definitely would recommend if you want a safe place to pawn your stuff.
