Their process is very efficient, fast, easy and thorough. Also, I thought my expected estimate of payout was fairly thorough and accurate. Their yield was surprisingly higher (about +12% higher). I found this location on Google, and saw all the wonderful reviews. I also found a location to be close by my home, so it was very convenient as well. The location is inside a bank building and you go upstairs. The office suite is located down a pretty long hallway, and the suite door had a ring camera. I always feel unusual when I go to a place to sell gold because it’s not something that I do often. So I was a little anxious and didn’t know what to expect. I did go later in the day on a Friday, but was welcomed very warmly and professionally into the office by David. He was very kind and patient. He’s Tatiana’s husband and I told him I saw her name frequently mentioned in the Google reviews I read online. All I know is if he or she helps you you will be very satisfied. He quickly got to work, and gave me a great price for the miscellaneous gold pieces and silver jewelry I brought in. I will definitely use them again!

I am definitely a fan when people are efficient and, the service I received matched that standard. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. I also called in advance and was given a fair quote over the phone which is rare with many different service companies(especially without seeing the product). The entire transaction took place in front of me which provides peace of mind when selling off valuables. Received an offer, which I accepted, of 86% of melt value for a 14k rope chain that was broken. The best a pawn shop was willing to offer me was closer to 50%. The shipping to them was fast and painless, and when they made the offer, the next business day, I was able to receive the funds that same day via eCheck. Overall would recommend, and if I need to get rid of any more broken jewelry in the future I will be using them again!

I just want to write that US Gold Buyers gave me the best and most honest amount for my gold coins. After calling in and getting a quote, I went around 47th street to check out other offers. I went to US Gold Buyers after five other places right on the same street and still got more than the highest offer. Man in the window, dont remember his name, was so pleasant and I got better service. I appreciate the 98% I got on my coins that day. I will be back to sell more!

I went here last month on 9/30/15. at that time their website had payout for up to 1-3 ozs of 14k gold at $597.00 an ounce divided by 28 equaled $21.30 a gram. Well i went in that rainy morning and gold was at $116.00 an oz market value for 24k. i went in with under an oz. 22.4 grams to be precise. After the buyer testing the bigger pieces and weighing it i was offered $418.00 total!! that equals @ $18,60 a gram??!! when i asked why it was nearly less then $3.00 per gram for the site quoted price he stated that because it was less then 3 ounces. i believe he just added the bigger tested pieces and left out the smaller scraps in the sale weight (@2 grams missing) as he did not even bother to test the smaller scraps. Note that i have sold gold here @4 times in the past couple of years, on up to several ounces and have been treated fairly until now. o well, i did not want to price check anywhere else because it was rainy out and i just wanted to sell this small amount, but at a fair market price. i should stay with Midtown Gold Buyers whom have quoted a buy price of $465.00 cash..

Please be aware that USGB pays 90% of spot price if you send under 50 grams of gold, it is higher for more than 50 grams. I did not find this on the web site an it is the truth. The web site is misleading with its payout prices, please figure your payout on spot, reduced to purity, and then 90% return and upward depending....

I met up with my friends in the city and we brought our old high school rings to sell. Theyre our first stop before we went to several shops in the Jewelry District to get price quotes...stay away from the street hawkers/peddlers (dont trust them)...they had the highest quote, every other gold buyer seemed to be low balling us...we finally settled on them and got back a couple hundred dollars more than the shops on the streets and several hundred more than local pawn shops in NJ...in fact, STAY AWAY from pawn shops & jewelry stores...US GOLD BUYERS are a refinery (didnt know that) so we got lucky!!
