Horrible customer service by the employees, they do not know how to handle situations and are extremely rude. Tried to return a bracelet that was worn twice and the charms both fell off each time. Due to covid and not benign at the mall the pst year we finally wen to return/exchange to which they said because the new year began we do not get 60 days to return it’s only 14 days after a new year starts. This was a holiday gift so we did not get the 60 days which we were unaware of this policy and it was not told to my husband at purchase. We spoke with two women saying how poor quality this bracelet was and unable to wear it due to worrying the charms are falling off each time. I was home when this happened so after searching on the floor and all over the house I found both times. The women who was so rude was Maria and we did not get the other women’s name but one was the assistant manager. They said maybe we can try the outlet store for Swarovski in WPB because they said it was an item from the Outlet meanwhile my husband purchased it at the Boca Mall store and the receipt which we brought has the Boca Mall Listed. We brought all boxes and tags and receipt and still they would not help or do a thing. Horrible customer service. They could care less the bracelet was poor quality and would not even do a store credit or exchange for something else, last time he will purchase from Swarovski. Never seen so many bad reviews on customer service but now I see why. These women had horrible people skills and did not handle the situation as other stores would of we have shopped at.

I came in and had a crystal piece from a few years ago that I got for my mom for her birthday. The girls there named Maria and Jerrica helped me in the process of sending it to the repair center and were also so nice that I ended up buying a new crystal piece for my mom and aunt and they love the aesthetics to their crystal cabinet. As a fashion and product design student, I love the quality and intricate details Swarovski provides with their products. The way that quality shines thru the product to their customer service is immaculate, helpful and very understanding of my situation. I would be definitely coming back to the boca Raton mall Swarovski from where I live which is very far but the experience was worth it. The store setup and how everything laid out is highly organized as well as the employee service.

I could spend all day in this place! Such a great selection of decor and gifts and jewelry. I love it! They have something for everyone. Swarovski crystals shine beautifully in the light and the store is obviously perfectly lit. Perfect location near a staple store so parking is easy and its easy to find, you cant miss it!

I went to return an item and there was stamped in big red letters FINAL SALE. No mention of a final sale before the purchase .It was very deceiving they this was handled ALL to mske6a sale. Not very nice.

Had a very bad experience with a ear ring that broke after 6 months. Took it to the Boca Raton Town center mall to have it fixed. The store manager, started asking for a box and receipt which I dont keep it since I buy several pieces of jewelry every year. She said she would have to charge me $50. I didnt accept the charge and they sent it anyway to be fixed (not sure if it is true or not). The ear ring was not fixed after 4 weeks, no effort was made to actually give me a discount on another piece or make the situation right at all. I had a very positive experience in Brighton, where a jewelry piece broke, nothing was asked from me, and I received the it back fixed. I will tell all my friends about this bad experience with Swarovski. Definitely I will never purchase a Swarovski jewelry piece again.

If minus stars were possible, they’d get it for horrible customer service!!!! My boyfriend went there and he thought he was badly treated due to being in work clothes ( which still wouldn’t give them any reason for doing so) but we went in 2 days later to exchange sizes and all attendants were the worst I’ve ever seen. Since when you walk in in a store and no one looks at you, even worse! They turned their backs on us! I could go on and on describing the horrible experience we both had, but all I feel now is no will at all to wear the rings and earrings I got....Not to mention, they didn’t have the size I needed and of course, offered no help to find it.

I had the pleasure of working with Lolyn when I came in to the showroom. She was so helpful and eager to find pieces that I would enjoy. Some of my purchase was for myself and the other was to be shipped as gifts out of state and she was able to arrange that to be done in store very smoothly. I could tell she was very passionate and actually enjoys the product in which she is selling. Amanda the showroom manager was just as helpful. I could overhear her being just as kind and gracious with her clients as Lolyn was with me. I would rather by jewelry here than anywhere else strictly based on my experience ther. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Swarovski has terrible customer service and sells cheap products. More than half the stones fell out of the ring in less than a year and wanted to charge me for replacement. Recommend staying away and shopping elsewhere for jewelry.

My mother got me a ring for about $100 or more. Within a week the stone fell out and they replaced it. But then a few months later the metal part of the ring started to turn red. I took it back and they didnt even do anything about it. The lady there told me it was made of rhodium. I work at a jewelry shop and i know rhodium and silver do not turn red. So i told her no, its made of brass. And no one told my mother it was made of brass, it was never mentioned to her and its not even listen on the websites. SILVER doesnt even cost that much. EVERYTHING AT SWAROVSKI IS MADE OUT OF BRASS. I KNOW MY MOM DID NOT JUST SPEND OVER $100 ON BRASS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT SWAROVSKI

I had a wonderful experience at the Boca Raton store.the jewelry was so beautiful I had a hard time to figure out what to buy.my service was great.the young lady listened to my needs and found me just what I wanted.I will back soon.

Worst customer service ever !

The customer service is abysmal, and the cheap and shoddy jewelery never goes to this place they sell shoddy quality products as high quality. The stones came off my bracelet and when I went to ask about the guarantee they wanted to charge me, I left the store angry. 😒 I will never buy a real scam from you again. 🤬
