I visited the Boca showroom on Tuesday afternoon. Jason helped me select my sofa and explained all of my options for delivery and stain protection. The store was having internet issues due to construction nearby but the store manager Jason explained this to me, and I was patient. The couch arrived this morning (less than 48 hours after purchasing.) I received a text the night before my scheduled delivery with my three hour delivery window. I also received a call when the truck was 30 min away. Although they offer free delivery, I chose the other delivery option so the furniture would be assembled in my home. They also cleaned up after themselves and took all of the wrapping and cardboard. Ive heard nightmare stories about furniture delivery and was so pleased to find a couch I loved, that was in stock and in my home in less than 48 hours.

We ordered a bed that was delivered last week. On the DAY OF DELIVERY, we were told that they didnt have two of the parts and couldnt put the bed together until they delivered those parts in FEBRUARY.We spoke to quite a few people about the situation, and were told that we would be getting a loaner frame, which I specifically asked if it would work with the bed parts we already have, since now we have HUGE boxes sitting in our room, and they told me yes. Today when the loaner frame was delivered, it was a completely different frame that DOES NOT use any of the pieces we already have. So now what, they want us to store these GIANT boxes in our room for FOUR months? I guess so because we were told if we asked them to hold onto these pieces until the other parts were available, that by that time the pieces that were technically already ours may not be available.Upon receiving this loaner frame, we attempted to contact City Furniture and it took us over 45 minutes JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.This is absolutely insane and a horrible way to run a business. They have absolutely ruined the excitement I had over getting a new bed, and the next step is to return the whole darn thing.

Had an amazing experience here! From the moment we walked in, Deborah took amazing care of me and friends, helping us find the best bed sets and mattresses for our needs. Make sure to ask for her!

Terrible service and quality. Multiple delays in getting my furniture delivered. Parts missing and on back order. Twice furniture that was delivered was damaged. Some was broken by the installer who was in a rush to get done. Asked for a refund but they convinced me to settle for some temporary furniture until my ordered bed frame was available. Well see if they can get that done.... stay tuned.

After shopping 7 mattress stores & suffering through very dubious sales persons, I was assisted by the wonderful Susy Kurewosky at City Furniture. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and she helped me find the right mattress. Her manager Christine assisted me in getting the proper financing & also gave me very wise advice concerning choosing the best platform for the mattress. They made my experience stress free & enjoyable and I would highly recommend them both. The delivery by City Furniture was on time, efficient & seamless & I am now enjoying a very restful sleep on my new mattress.

When I go shopping I do not like to be bothered by sales people. I understand that is their job, but when I have a question or need something I will ask. Jacob L was a fantastic sales representative and he gave me the time I needed to look for the furniture I wanted. After making my choices for my new home, he assisted me in making sure I was completely satisfied with my choices from putting different pieces together from different departments. He really did a great job and as always City Furniture has an absolutely fantastic selection. Thank you Jacob and City Furniture for helping me with my home away from home.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! The delivery team showed up to deliver our outdoor furniture, we warned them to PLEASE be careful to not scrape our walls and without a care in the world they decided to just drag the furniture up the walls smacking one side and then smacking another side.We noticed this immediately and went out to tell them but they had already driven away. They drove away so fast they forgot our cushions for our chair as well! Upon further inspection we noticed that the chairs were damaged and chipped everywhere.Like good customers we submitted a claim within the hour on their site. The claims department called and informed us that they wouldnt be able to repair the wall and could only put touch up paint on the spots which would noticeably NOT match the rest of the wall. After expressing that would not work they informed us that it was their policy and there was nothing more that could be done.So we are left with scratched walls, damaged furniture, and missing furniture pads. This was our experience with City Furniture.

Javier was so helpful and professional. The furniture is lovely. I could redo my whole 4 bedroom home entirely with CITY furniture. And their 0% financing program is awesome. I wish they could extend the financing timeframe to 36 or 60 months at 0%.... then, I WOULD do my entire home with CITY for sure! Pleasant experience overall. Firstly if I could give 0 stars I would. I have had a extremely awful experience with city furniture. After numerous orders, cancellations and back orders we finally partially received our order. Day of delivery one of the pieces were nothing like they were described. It was too small and there was not one at the location to look at. But after the delivery the drivers wouldn’t take it back and insisted I had to call corporate. Now after waiting 45 minutes to talk to a human about our issues they took another 30 minutes to tell us nothing could be done. We’re not looking for a refund just an exchange, but once city furniture delivers your order and takes your money they do not care about you anymore.

Very happy with our delivery today. They called the night before with a three hour window. Then the driver called about half an hour before he was to come. Came on time, had masks on, were very friendly and fast. Unpacked, set up and took all the excess packings away.

Incredible experience! Great knowledge of each product and helpful for what we were looking for. Also, Monique was great at keeping our two year old happy!

Excellent experience, Tony took alot of time to understand our needs and find us the right solution for a bad. Waiting on product to be delivered but will certainly shop there again based on our experience with the sales rep and easy of paperwork.

Normally as a customer when entering a furniture store you are accosted by sales people. Not only we were not accosted, but tracking down someone took a good ten minutes. When we finally did find someone, she was about as helpful as leftover potato salad on a hot day. That is to say, not at all. In fact, we ended up taking pictures of what we liked and plan on finding it literally anywhere else.The selection is VAST. And the prices are very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and order online. I am positive the customer service is better. This store is beautiful and great for getting your 10,000 steps in for the day while being air conditioned. Thats about it.

Bought a patio set back in June and we are still waiting for the cushions 5 months later. After numerous attempts to reach them via phone and email I had to drive to the store to find out what was going on with furniture, only to be told that we will not be receiving the cushions until Jan. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trust me.

I purchased a bedframe in Early August. I was told it would be shipped to me by early September by their rep. It is now late October and I still have not received my bedframe. DO NOT believe the reps when they tell you a product will ship within a certain time frame. If it is NOT in STOCK, do NOT purchase it.

I ordered a glass table and sectional from the Boca location on Aug 1. The table was delivered right away and is nice. The sectional was a sleeper so they dropped off the mattress with the table and told me the rest would be delivered in mid Oct. Then the delivery of the sofa kept getting delayed till they said after the holidays. I tried canceling the order. This when things turned into a complete nightmare. The phone lines are busy and had to wait for near an hour (think about this before you buy any warranty from them) Finally was able to talk to someone who said she would cancel the order. This did not happen. A little shady. This company has held thousands of dollars of mine for months. Reluctant to answer me. I finally put the mattress in my car and drove it to the store. They refused to take the mattress (in original wrapping and unopened since I have no use for it without the sofa) and told me I had to drive 45 min away to their other location to drop off. They told me that it has been too long since I had the mattress they could not take back?!! Shady business? what use do I have for a sleeper unopened in original package when the sofa is not coming and I need to cancel the order.... Hmmm. They finally at lease cancel my order while I am standing there by calling the customer relations from the store?!! Hmmmm....and tell me it will take time for them to mail me a refund check!! After weeks I have a check for $575 less than they owe me. No notes no explanations. Still have a mattress I do not know what to do with and have lost almost $600 in process of not getting what I wanted. Waiting on customer relations line now for the past 30 min. repeating the same reordered message saying my call is important. I am using the time to write this note. Not a good experience with this furniture company. Have lost time and money and my issues remain unanswered. What happened to good customer service??

Had to buy a dining table and had a challenge but Eric came to the rescue and helped us fine the perfect table and chairs for our small area , this is our second time purchasing from city furniture we purchased a sectional last November was very pleased with the service last time thats why we came back a second time and will return as we need more furniture and will recommend City Furniture to any one that is looking for great service and quality furniture

Went in to look at a sofa and was a bit disappointed that the sales lady was a bit dismissive of us because we had forgotten the measurements at home. She basically said come back when you have them and left us on our own. Luckily Rooms to Go was more receptive and we ended up purchasing from them after we had the correct measurements.

I am not a fan of the relatively indecipherable room organization, and even associates there could not find items I had just photographed, even when I had the name. Still, this is a step up from IKEA, although they lack higher end options; all while offering way too much bonded microfiber. I finally found Jasmine, who was very helpful in creating a designed look I am happy to be purchasing.

Bought a dresser on Thursday and was shown a different color than what came inThe color I waa shown was a very light neutral and what I got is a dark grayI’ve been on the phone with guest service and the store multiple times the dresser has so many marks on it I submitted a claim and called my sales rep right awayI am not given any help told sales are final they will give me the same dresser in the same color but I have to drive back down to the store and bring the old one back they will not re deliverSince the dresser is not the right color I told them I wanted a different color because it matches nothing and I should not have to Cary the heavy dresser back they should deliver since it’s their faultNo help at all they literally told me to hold a flash light to the dresser and it will be the same color I saw in store because there is so much lighting there the furniture looks different in your houseI spent almost $6k in this store since March I will NEVER returnNext year I was planning to buy a house and get all new furniture from the store but I will never be back

My husband and I spent weeks looking for furniture for our house. We went to several furniture stores but city furniture had the best selections by far. Robert was patient, fast, and efficient. He took care of all our needs in the showroom. After purchasing all of our furniture, Mr. Greco promptly answered all of our questions pertaining to our order. We had a couple of our items delivered so far by a gentlemen named Franklin. He was professional, on time, and most importantly delivered the items in perfect shape. I myself work in customer service/retail and understand how important the customer is especially when there is so much competition out there. I want to thank City Furniture and your personnel that has helped me along the way. We will continue shopping and referring family and friends to City Furniture.

Wow Alex was amazing help to me today and service was above and beyond. Did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need or want and gave me pros and cons of everything I asked about. Just got my bed delivered last night and I love it so much!! It is Citys own brand and everything about it is comfortable. However what puts my purchase over the top was the wonderful associate who sold it to me, Marilyn Zucker. She took us through the whole process so easily and confidently that I felt great about my purchase as soon as I signed. She wasnt pushy at all and took our needs into consideration perfectly. Ask for Marilyn! Love our new bed. Will definitely be back for more housing needs

Was wandering around City Furniture a bit confused and trying to make some decisions. Out of nowhere appears Susy, Sales Consultant that my friend uses. She asked if she could help me..I was so happy to see her because I knew how knowledgeable and patient she is. And , yes, she helped me to decide and mission accomplished. I now have her phone number in my contacts because she is my City Furniture Angel!

Great selection and my wife is super particular. But the sales lady was very accommodating moving floor models around with different chairs to ensure we were satisfied. surprisingly the sales lady recommended a cheaper sofa v cause it suited our needs better which proves they are customer focused, not commission focused will buy from them again

Terrible customer service! Im interested in an item and have made 10+ attempts to call the store and customer service. No one answers and when they did call me back from customer service they were very unhelpful.

Bought the stain removal insurance package. Kids spilled something on the couch and they sent out a private upholstery company to assess the damage. The guy says the covers needed to be replaced. 2 months later a couple new cushions arrive, but no covers. I have spoken to customer service and no results. They havent answered the phones on at least 10 times- even at the Boca showroom (where I purchased). I have left messages to be called back even on those answering machines that say we are busy and will return your call in the order it was placed. I let it ring 40 times today at the Boca store and no one picked up nor a machine for messages...What next? Just to respond to owners response- this is not something from just the past few days or weeks where you can say you are dealing with high call volume. I have tried to reach out to your company for a 5 month period- so please dont try to minimize it. it appears systemic

I bought bar stools which I waited for 2 months and when they delivery time came they never came to which the replied they bar stools were on back order until October, after they have said the furniture was in stock. We came in to buy a mattress for our rather big guest bedroom. We got greeted by Jacob who led us to the mattress showroom and went over the details for the memorial day sale. We narrowed down our search btw two choices and Jacob helped us with facts on these two choices. We made a purchase and couldnt be happier! Great experience and reasonably competitive price.

Good location, we were shopping where for few times. Nice clean, but problem was with staff, if Im not wearing the suit the just ignored me ))) Which was very funny.. I love disappoint sales people. But my wife did the job and we got what we want.

So just moving to Boca I needed to refurnish our home. Went to City purchased items. Not to bad of an experience. However the delivery was ridiculous. They delivered 3 bar stools I ordered with no hardware to put it together I called they did an exchange so I had to wait another week for some hardware. Received the exchange and once again missing hardware for a chair so now I only had 2 bar stools I could use. Called customer service and they wanted to do another exchange but now wanted to waste more of my time by submitting a claim and pictures online of what I received like I havent been waiting almost a month to use my stools. So in a nutshell City furniture delivery process and how they solve your issues is a joke. I will never shop here again which is sad because they have really nice furniture. I recommend going somewhere else. Not the Ashley next door they use the same warehouse.

I paid for premium delivery:Delivery driver called at 5:35pm, said he would be there in 25-30 minutes- showed up at 7:45pm.Delivery men dropped pieces on the truck and dropped pieces on the lawn.They couldnt figure out how to put the sectional together for a half an hour until we found a picture and showed it to them.They only plugged in the recliners and didnt connect the charging station console. I called the guy back in to say the charging station isnt working, he looked everything over and said ,its all good, dont worry.They leave and I got under the couch to see not one of the 6 sectional pieces was connected properly (only one of two pins were in their corresponding slots) and I had to connect the charging station wires myself.THEN, they left garbage on the lawn and street.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Temper-pedic at City Furniture Boca Raton. Marylin Zucher was so nice and paciente helping me make the right decision and Cris the manager went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I will definitely go back in the future.

Everyone in the store is nice, friendly, kind salespeople, but….. we purchased a very expensive sofa set, and in the store we noticed an odd sound when we used the electronic button to move the up and down. We asked the saleswoman about it and she said “oh this is our most popular model it just makes that noise because it’s a floor model.” Bought it delivered it and guess what? Yep horrible noise baked right in, we refused delivery and returned, beware they’ll say anything to make a sale!

Omg where to start ! Bought something on July 8 and said delivery was for September 12 th and than changed to December maybe . So I have been trying to cancel for a week . I ve emailed sales associate Joshua Gandia lugo several times to cancel my order because he is always unavailable and never return the calls . Ps : so I finally had someone answer at the store today after high volume of calls and long wait and the person said he would refund me back turned out I never got an email cancellation confirmation so in the afternoon I called back and the lady said that he was the person whom answer the phone in the morning and “ pretended “ he canceled my order ! This is ridiculous the amount of my time I put into this to cancel my order was insane . Whatever u do don’t buy from this guy Joshua

Initially great help from sales associate in store, but after they secure your purchase this business as a whole could careless about you and backing their product. Purchased nearly 4,000 dollars of items between table and bed frame. Bed frame was delivered with broken wood pieces and chips all throughout. I had hired someone on my own to build the furniture as the 165 or 175 city furniture charges is astronomical for a 4 piece bed frame. When the handyman came to build the bed frame he was unable to do so because it was in such poor condition and all the dowels were way to small for the holes (as if they weren’t even meant for the item). I reached out to city furniture within 24 hours as this is all they give you if you don’t buy there nonsense delivery and build plan.I requested the item to be exchanged and someone sent to now build it as I have already paid once and it was unable to be done due to the mistake CITY FURNITURE made. They really could careless and told me I should have bought the build plan from them as they would have noticed the mistake and fixed it. This is the most moronic thing I have ever heard. The build plan is not so you can be a useless company, it is meant to build the furniture for people who so desire. City furniture is now making me wait to two weeks for an exchange and will not assemble the 4 piece bed frame. Awful company stay away. Even El Dorado is better. Have an entire house to go and won’t step back in the junk yard city furniture is and awful customer service.

Excellent Memorial Day sale on New bed that can raise head and feet. I hope that our backs and feet notice the difference. The Mgr and young salesman was kind, patient and accommodating.

I have to say.. I was so stressed out trying to find a couch for my new place. Rest assured I wasnt bombarded by people asking to help. They let you look around and if you need help they always have somebody there. Sharol has helped me so much through this process. Not only was she understanding but extremely polite. I really wish there were more customer service/sales people like her. She wasnt pushy, she walked around with me and took her time. She was very patient being that I had a toddler with me. She even called to follow up and check on how delivery was for both of my delivery dates. I highly suggest you are getting more than what you pay for here! Thank you again Sharol !

City furniture has nice items in their showroom, from modern to contemporary. I have bought many pieces from here and have been very happy. I had an issue with a table I picked up from here that has a design flaw. Customer care got involved right away and were able to provide a full refund and free pickup of the item. I’m very pleased with the company’s customer care. It was handled very swiftly and properly. Well done!

AVOID CITY FURNITURE AT ALL COST !!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DELT WITH !!!!!We bought a bed set that came in damaged the side rails were bowing the head board was so wobbly that we though it was going to fall on us.We thought the men did not put the bed together properly but when Cuty furnitures own service technician came out to see if the bed was assembled wrong he told us that the bed was extremely poor quality and intact was leather wrapped around CARDBOARD!!!! We were appalled and asked to return the bedroom set for a better quality bed set !!!! City furniture refused to allow us to do a re selection so 3 BED SETS LATER , 3 different deliveries and days taken to be home and 3 rejections of the same inferior bed set city furniture finally allowed us to re select a better quality bed which we did and spent 3,000 more in their store for a better quality bed !!!When the new bed was delivered one of the drawers on the dresser was not closing properly so they had their technician come . He said that we needed a new drawer track and he would order it. 1 week later I get a phone call from ANTHONY a supposed supervisor of city furnitures customer support.He proceeds to tell me they DO NOT HAVE the PARTS from the vendor and how much money would I be willing to take off .SHAME ON ANTHONY sand city furniture for selling furniture that they can not replace parts to and shame in them for trying to have a customer keep an inferior product !!!!!!!!!I told ANTHONY if he wanted to give it to me for free I would keep the piece if not I wanted it replaced. Which once again they will have to come to my home and I will have to take the day off of work !!!!!!!!This company is a disgrace, their customer service people are unprofessional, unapologetic, and incompetent and GOOD LUCK getting them on the phone!!!!!I am an owner of a company and if my company and employees ever treated our customers the way city furniture had treated us I would expect to be out of business !!!!!!!!!!THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!If I could give negative stars I would !!!!!!!!

My family and I were greeted immediately by Brian Denninger as we walked through the doors. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us all their options, multiple times. Brian was awesome, he knew all of their products and worked through multiple couch configurations to make sure we had the best fit. I never like furniture shopping but Brian made it the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend him and City Furniture to all my friends and family.

The service when I bought mattress was great. However, when I called back with a question about the delivery, I couldnt get anyone on the phone. I called numerous times Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and not one person picked up the phone. I left messages at the store in Boca, sent an email to salesman and even called the number for customer service (and waited 20 minutes) until I finally left my number for a call back. I finally resorted to go online and cancel the delivery. I contacted the chat room person on website and they advised me to call the store. I told this person everything above and that I would like to just cancel my mattress. They offered me free shipping/delivery of my mattress.Do not shop here if you ever have a follow-up question. Horrible experience and will never recommend to anyone.

Customer service at this location is awful. Furnished an entire apartment with furniture from here and ended up having issues with dining table. Went in to look at outdoor furniture and asked about warranty on the table. The legs started to shift and glue started to become apparent. Whoever helped us was not interested in looking into the matter. They told us we did not purchase protection and told us to get Krazy clue. I called customer service the next day, who actually said we DID have 3yr protection and could file a claim. Called the boca location (where we purchased) for the invoice number and they told me to call customer service. I asked why they couldn’t pull it up or help and they said because they’d have to pull up a split screen on the computer. They reluctantly pulled it up and when I was in the middle of saying thank you - they automatically hung up.I’ve communicated with the location Wellington, and never have an issue. They are way friendlier than the Boca location.

I wandered into City Furniture looking for a bedroom set and had a few ideas in mind. I was greeted by Jasmine who was absolutely wonderful and took the time as I went back and forth on my decisions, walking from one end of the store to the other. She helped me put items together with her expertise and I cannot wait until they arrive.

I just purchased new furniture for my living and dining room; stopped by the CITY Furniture store in Boca and met Jonathan Mackiewicz. He was wonderful. A friendly, no pressure sales person who made the experience very relaxing. I highly recommend him.Found out he has only been working there a couple days - I never would have known! He was so knowledgeable! I would have thought he was a veteran.

Shopping at City Furniture and Ashley Homestore in Boca Raton is always a great experience. You are greeted at the door and they help you find what you need in a patient and profesional manner.I definitely recommend this place!

I had such a bad experience at this store that I felt cheated. I bought a table and on the day of purchase they promised that the deliverymen would assemble it in my room, the table turned out wrong, a different model than the one I had chosen. I spoke to a salesperson named Gabriela and she promised me that the product would be delivered within a week. After that time the table was correct, but the deliverymen said that because I didnt accept the first table, they didnt set up. I spoke to Gabriela by phone and she said that if I didnt accept delivery without assembly, they would cancel the purchase. REALLY??? I wasnt to blame for the error!!! I will not buy anything else from this store. (Alirio Junior)

The furniture in the store is nice and the salespeople, at this location at least, are not overly pushy and quite helpful. We are happy with the furniture we purchased a few years ago. We recently had a mishap with one item (a recliner stopped working) but we were able to get it resolved since we had purchased the warranty on the item. Overall, the company did its job, I cannot give the full 5 stars just because the fix took longer than it should have. We will most likely use them again when we redo our patio as they have great looking furniture and the prices are very fair.

She was very patient and courteous. The store is large, clean and very nicely appointed. This was the most painless experience Ive every had buying a couch.

Ive shopped here on two occasions. The first time I purchased a Nixon Fabric Couch which was sold to me by **.. D** will say and do whatever it takes for you to buy the warranty package which is completely useless. If you happen to be shopping there and he is your sales associates, RUN ( dont walk). Ive gone to the store and spoke with customer service only to receive the answer that there is nothing more they can do. When I mentioned who the salesperson was to the front desk, they laughed. Apparently, D** has a tendency to lie to customers and Im not the first one to complain.My second experience from shopping at City Furniture is we purchased a crib set from them back in April 2021 with a scheduled delivery date of August 2nd 2021. The salesperson ( Nortbert) was very helpful and I highly recommend him if you are going to shop at City Furniture.3/3 of the pieces were delivered damaged and broken. The delivery guys took two pieces back and left the third piece for whatever reason. The crux of the complaint is we ordered back in April and now they are telling us that the earliest delivery date is August 16th after they sent broken furniture. This is extremely poor customer service.

Horrible service. Took them 40 minutes to locate my charge card. Still having problems with items billed but returned. They deal through Synchrony Bank who isnt much better. So be prepared for mix-ups and delays. Customer service is way below normal plus. Wait times at center is 45 to 60 minutes. Pretty good selection of furniture and prices. But service is well way below normal. Because of sub par service will not be utilizing city furniture anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me first say Chloe my sales associate was very nice but the customer service and company themselves are horrible. If you call customer service no one will answer the phone. The only way to talk to someone is through the messaging app. My furniture was ordered in January and they told me it won’t be ready till June now. I have purchased plenty of furniture from Ashley/City and the level of service has never been this bad.I will never again purchase anything from these guys. I can’t believe this is the first time they here how bad there customer service department is. Buyer Beware! I would rather take my chances with Wayfair at least they answer the phone when you call or email.

Went to the City Furniture in Boca Raton with semi specific needs in regards to measurements, style, color and price so naturally kind of a difficult customer. I was greeted, almost immediately upon entry, by Zane who later helped me find exactly what I envisioned for my small apartment sized bedroom! Not an uncomfortable, annoying sales-pitchy greeting but a warm and inviting yet professional and punctual genuine inquiry in my needs. Zane had an impressive knowledge of CF Boca’s showroom and took me straight to each option within the realm of my desires which I am super grateful for because it saved me so much time. Zane was patient with me and didn’t get the least bit frustrated with my picky-ness and lack of interest in most pieces. We ended up finding the perfect furniture and Zane price matched the box spring I was planning on getting from another store all the while simultaneously doing a great job of training a new team member! After about a week or so of having no luck at “furniture stores near me” this experience was a breath of fresh air and I’m so happy I walked into a City Furniture! 10/10 experience easily.

We have needed a new couch for some time now and yesterday we were so lucky to have Chloe helping us find the perfect one for our family. Chloe was patient, knowledgeable, funny and did such a great job. We will surely be back for more furniture needs soon. So excited for our new couch, thank you Chloe!

Large selection on the floor, a mix of some decent furniture and some stuff not so well made, take a close look at what you are buying, there is a reason things are cheap.

First and foremost I have purchased from City, Ashkey and all the way back to water bed city .This experience was different as i wasnt hounded from second i walked in throughout. You may think thats bad but its actually great. When i needed help i got a manager and within minutes had made my purchase with all questions answered . The only caveat for me is the ridiculous delivery charges .Other than that was my most enjoyable experince .

Valiantsina helped me, she’s the best. I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I walked in, but I know what I like.30 minutes later I had already completed my order and was out the door and on with my day

Great selection of furniture....poor customer service.We ordered over $10k in furniture. When purchased, we were told bed would arrive in a week or two...which then turned into two months. We canceled that part of the order. No apology...they didnt seem to care if we purchased or not. We called the sales person three times and emailed....but never received a response.Then had furniture delivered...two hours after delivery window. Couches wouldnt fit so asked deliverers to take them back until we could arrange a hoist. By the time we were finally able to speak with someone from the store, the couches went to someone else and we would have to wait a month for replacement couches. We then canceled order...again no apology or sense that they even cared.Weve since gone elsewhere and have had great service.

We recently purchased a new couch and were impressed with the entire process! Communication was great about delivery date and time and it was delivered without a hitch. The couch is perfect!

This was the first time that I entered a furniture store and didnt get pounced and harassed by salespeople. However, the moment I needed someone, they were right there.
