Some great prices and good quality items. Need to watch/compare people prices with other stores given Costco does not always have the best prices. Bulk/wholesale style packaging on many items. The store is always busy, but staff are efficient and helpful. Plenty of parking, might need to walk a little if you visit during peak shopping.

Perfect fit for large families and small businesses to buy reasonably priced goods and grocery. Required yearly membership with a fee. Provides cheaper than average gas for members. It takes time to get used to finding things in unlabeled aisles. Has quick checkout and online shopping options. Always has nice campaigns for the goods and services they carry, including wireless communication carriers. It also has lots of parking space, a separate liquor shop and tire services. Overall its a one stop shop for gas, grocery, liquor, electronic devices and many more.

Complete fraud! READ THE NUMBER OF BAD CLAIMS WITH THE BBB.I brought my 2018 F350 Pick up truck to get new tires on March 31, 2021 and when I went to pick it up, all four rims were damaged. Costco cleverly stated on my check out paperwork that they were road rash and that they were there before I brought the vehicle. I told them I am the only one that drives this vehicle, it is a luxury truck, and there were no road rash. I saw all four tires had the same exact markings from the tools they used to remove and install the tires. I called a manager who took me through the claims process. Filed a claim, provided pictures and months later got a call from Alexys Plummer | Resolution Manager | Gallagher Bassett (Claims Manager for Costco). She asked me for all the information which I had already provided to the manager again. Two months later after insisting, she asked me I had obtained an estimate for the repairs. So, I forwarded a copy f the estimate from Ford. As of today, June 22nd, 2021, no word from Mrs. Plummer. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES TO COSTCO EVER. If you want to avoid damage to your car and a lot of aggravation, stay away from it.

This Costco is amazing we had two large units and they held it for us. They were organized and their staff even loaded it into the truck for us. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the cart staff. There was a man named Jason who had a great attitude and work ethic. I would recommend buying furniture here if you can.

Its getting more frenetic here than it has been for a little while. Youll see more people wearing face covering again, since The Party has stepped up the fear campaign in the media. They are hauling out cases of water and paper goods again. The masked people are as rude as ever. Not many will afford you appropriate distance. On the other hand, its a great store and the employees are pleasant and efficient.

Costco is always nice to go there but watch out for your car in the parking lot. Someone scratch my today. Next time, I will park far away when I go to the Costco in Boca Raton, Fl.

I use to frequent Costco often but for the past 20 years I’ve lived in Saint Lucie County & there is no Costco. I was excited to visit this one with other family on our way home & as always, they didn’t disappoint. I love the products, the store is well maintained & clean. I have nothing negative to say so head over to Costco, you won’t be disappointed 😃

I understand that Costco is a warehouse store. Unfortunately the quantity of many items is enough to feed an Army but way too much for small families and retired couples. I wanted to buy 5 sausages but they were 4- 5 packs sold as one item. Why doesnt Costco sell partial packages and charge a little extra. Who needs 20 sausages,?.Same with muffins and bagels. You need to buy 2 containers of muffins and bagels totally 12. Why not sell 1 container or bag and charge 1/2 plus 10%. I left without buying at least 10 items on my shopping list since the quantity was way too much. I think Costco would sell a lot more products if they allowed their multi packs to be split up. That would also move products off the shelves more quickly reducing waste when items go past their sell date.

Great store with a wide range of items from food, sundries, homeware, wine plus clothing all at super prices.Very limited menu at the food court but all the item are very inexpensive, Hot dog and a soda are only $1.50. Unfortunately they have discontinued pizza by the slice.

As usual, a great place to shop if you need quantity. Gas lines move faster with tap to pay.

Nice clean location. It’s always busy but never have I waited long in a line. There gas station has longer lines, but overall good call shopping experience. Their bakery overall is a 3 out of 5 in my opinion, but the meats and prepared foods are amazing.

I wish they had more information on the day when they were able to have the medication that couldnt be filled at the time because they were out of two of the three medication I needed filled. Im a big fan of Costco. I was visiting Boca from Tampa.Unfortunately it was a 1 hr round trip.Got home to find out the watermelon I bought was rotten. It was not worth driving back to return. Its only a few $$ but it would have been nice to get better quality

Store does a decent job moving people in and out of store. got gas there today and they had people at the pumps to help and someone directing traffic...was a smart call.

The items are excellent and plentiful, but there are no employees around to answer questions or help in anyway.

The store is great. I go in get what I want and get out. It is very busy, but they have many cashiers and it is fast. The store is well laid out, wide isles, and clean. They have a great meat department, and the Kirkland coffee is great.

Superior quality service in Delray! The girl that answers the phone when you dial the administration is incredibly attentive and really cares to help, going the extra mile. Other Costco locations dont even answer the phone. I have 2 other Costcos closer but Id rather drive far for the great service.Thank you!

I have been a Costco member for over two decades. After we moved to Florida we started shopping at the one on Congress Avenue. Though we have shopped at many Costcos across the US a few common features emerge:1. Floor plans have variations which makes a surgical strike hard to do when you know what you want and where to get it. Costco wants you to wander around.2. Availability of items changes week to week. Costco wants you coming back.3. Range of offerings are limited though the prices are generally competitive. It is truly a warehouse of many items with limited selections.4. Food prices are cheap, cheap! A dollar fifty buys a hot dog and a drink. 25 cents buys a bottle of water. Their churros are a deal, freshly deep fried and coated with cinnamon sugar. Costco wants you to come in for the cheap food and stay to buy.5. The stores are always crowded. Everyone seems to need 4-5 bottles of whole milk, two 24 packs of toilet tissues and large quantities of meat and household goods. The best time appears to be mid afternoon on weekdays or Friday nights but in Florida, the retirees make those times irrelevant.6. Catnip for the kids are the free samples - and there are plenty of them that are very tasty and not always what you should be eating in quantity on a regular basis. Costco is determines to make the shopping experience richer with the free food samples.7. We have had mixed experiences with buying fruits and vegetables that Costco sells in large quantity packs. We have had to return some buys because the fruit or vegetable had gone bad. Check carefully before you buy - some customers also have a tendency to swap and exchange from one pack into another in the last costco we shopped at in Virginia.8. Costco has a no questions asked return policy and have all your billing and receipts on tap to process your refund. They also upsell you on the membership by showing how much you could have got back as a Executive member (a percentage of your purchases subject to a limit comes back every year as a store check)The downside risk of shopping at Costco :The upsell always occurs in your own mind as you wander through the stores. A good practice is to carry a shopping list and stick to it and not let temptation take over.Good luck and happy shopping at one of our favorite wholesale stores! They have some great discounts this week. $2, $3, and $10 off many items that I have never seen on promotion. Definitely worth the trip. They still have Perugia BACI chocolates and Ferraro Rocher I did not buy them all. Lots of great fruits 🍎 and fuyu persimmons too. I feel like I need to update this as the melons were bad. They exploded in my counter the next day. Several times the fruit at Costco has been bad. We had issues with apples, melons and avocado. They look perfect on the outside but rotten once you cut.

Wow!!! I must say, Holiday week I expected it to be a mad house. To my surprise this place is running nice and smooth. Lines looked long, but the registers ran well organized and fast.. Great Job #TeamCostcoJust miss the food tasting!! 🤣🤣

Big issue of not sanitizing the shopping carts. They have a big container of sanitizer by the carts but are not actually sanitizing them. I’ve watched them bring carts in from the parking lot and then just leave to get more carts and in the meantime everyone just grab a the dirty carts. Also at the register the will only sanitize it after the previous customer if you request them to. Otherwise they don’t sanitize. It’s a problem. Overall store performance is ok. They have paper towels, Charmin toilet paper and plenty of water.

I had to put everything back. Not enough registers open lines were like five six seven eight people deep

Zero social distancing and never enforced. Parking lot is a mad house. I get panic attacks when I walk through the store.

No other deli can match the great quality and pricing of protein selection here in the area. If you know of one I would be very curious to hear it! Checkout staff was great too, one even went and replaced my bacon because he said it could be fresher looking. Quality quality quality!

I did drop of my car for tire change at 10:50 am - no appointment. The the person at the desk told me the waiting time is 1.5hr. and they gonna call me when the car is ready. After 4hr i vent back to check on the car. Th same guy at the desk looked at the papers, and saw the drop of time. He looked for the car key but could not find it. checked the computer and than told me it is not done! The car was on the same spot where i left it!! Than he told me because i had no appointment, they had to wait. But i can tell from his facial impression that it was a BS! They forgot my car!Than he told me my car gonna be the next. After an hour they call me and my car was ready. 5 hr!My problem here is that he told me it will take only 1.5. hr. If it is a little bit longer, no problem. But i planned the rest of the day according that.My only day of was completely wasted. If he tells me at the first place it will be done just later afternoon, i am planning my day accordingly.

Great vegan selection!!! My whole family rejoices when we see a new plant based product on the shelves haha. Very clean store.Only downside- the produce could be fresher - (heres looking at you, apples & pears) - but other things like salad, bananas, avocadoes, clementine are *usually* great.For those seeking a cheap gluten free bread - they carry Schar gf bread in a double pack! So awesome! Its plant based too.

Costco is Costco. A shopping cart full, a rolling cart loaded full, and some more then we were good for a few months. Only problem is there shorts can stand to be longer. Im a AA man and I like there selection but when I try them on they feel and look like short shorts, way above my knees.

It’s Costco. Good stuff, good prices. Worth the membership, in my opinion.

After 3 high priced hearing aids with numerous trips back and forth to the audiologist I almost gave up on hearing aids. Costco is an incredible surprise in the best way. The service GREAT. The product GREAT. And the price, literally half what I had spent on previous hearing aids. Also, in case you doubt this praise, they have a 6 month return policy, full refund. Dont hesitate. Also, a special thanks to my audiologist there, Catherine Watson.

On 1.19.21 I visited Costco Tire center, Boca Raton FL & ordered new tires for +$400.00. Costco Tire specialist informed me that he/someone will call me when my order arrives which takes 24 hours for my order to be delivered. As of today, 1.22.21, I have not received any phone call from Costco Tire Center in regards to my orders. Please advise

My parents have been customers here since 2000 when we moved in the area. Great store with professional employees. Alan and the manager with the curly hair (Chad I think) are the nicest people.

Shelves are kept full, even for popular items like toilet paper and paper towels. Many hand sanitizer stations. Plastic dividers at checkout. Often crowded, yet parking is always available.

Costco is amazing. The parking lot is a little crammed so be careful and be patient.
