My daughter accidentally pulled the elastic out of her pointe shoes and I thought they were a lost cause and we would have to buy new ones. The ladies at Shape Shop we’re determined to fix them. They would not give up and got it done! Very impressed with the customer service and dedication!

When purchasing my items I gave them my email and phone number to email me my receipt, and I never got it. When returning one of the tights I purchased since I got the wrong shade, they wouldn’t give me my money back on my card and only gave me store credit. If I would have known this I wouldn’t have purchased from them in the first place. Also had a lack of shade variety for tights. Definitely will never return here.

I loved this place.... The owners were GREAT!! but they vanished and there is no way to contact them💔. If you are the owners ... please let us know what happened.. did your move.. is your online website still taking orders...??

Lots of selections at reasonable prices. Love the sales clerks they are extremely helpful and the dressing rooms are roomy and very private. Whats nice is you can purchase casual clothing to formal dresses and they are reasonable prices. Perfect location right off the Florida turnpike or about 15 minutes from 1-95. Stop in and you will definitely leave with something..

I am blessed and thrilled that I found this haven of gorgeous, reasonably priced, and high quality dance clothes and items! The store is such a pleasant environment, I could browse for hours! The owners are kind, helpful, and also hands-off to allow customers to shop without feeling any pressure to purchase. My purchases have maintained beautifully, have not broken my budget, and have received so many compliments at my dance classes. If you have not visited, please do! You will not regret it!

I live closer to 2 other dance shops in the Boynton /Lake Worth areas. Weve never had a problem with them; but weve never been wowed either. Plus, we had to use both because not all that we need is carried at only one. Well, today I was wowed. Long story short; I needed something done ASAP, and they obliged. They wouldnt even charge me extra for the special service. They gained all my future dance business. The shop is clean ,bright and spacious. Very inviting and everything is laid out so it is easily seen. Well done!

I went in on a Saturday for the first time. NONE of the three sales people acknowledged that I walked in the door. No welcomes. I waited at least twenty minutes before I was acknowledged. Each salesperson was busy with customers but there was nobody else waiting. After finally being acknowledged, I received half the attention in lieu of other more regular clients that came in after me. Had it not been required by my daughters dance studio that I purchase the exact items from that exact shop, I never would have tolerated such rudeness. I bit my tongue and finally got what we needed after about forty minutes ! It only took ten minutes to size her foot and try on shoes and leotard!!! I was told the leotard would take three days to embroider and I said that was fine because her class did not start for another week and a half and we would be out of town for her first class. When I came home about three weeks later, the night before her class, I realized I had not received a phone call stating that leotard was ready. When I phoned them I was told “yes, that is correct, it’s not ready”. I then reminded them that I was told it would be done in a few days.... before her classe began, not WEEKS AFTER!!! I was told in a matter of fact manner that it was not ready.... no date it could be ready and NO APOLOGY!!! She is now into the second week of class and has no leotard!!! I wish I did not have to commit to this rude and disorganized business. I will NEVER go back.

JUST LEFT THE SHAPE SHOP AND I AM THRILLED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! A PAIR OF CAPEZIOS WERE DEFECTIVE AND THE OWNERS OF THE SHAPE SHOP REPLACED THE TAP SHOES AND WERE ONLY CONCERNED WITH PLEASING ANOTHER CUSTOMER,THANK YOU ,MY FAITH IN SMALL BUSINESS STANDS STRONG.

Shape Shop has anything and everything you might possibly need for dance, and if its not there, theyll get it for you. The owners are responsive, attentive and very knowledgeable. I am the mom to 2 young ballerinas, so I appreciate the reasonable prices and great service.

I came in to buy my first pair of tap shoes today and had such a great experience - good advice, super comfortable shoes that look fancy too!

I went to the Shape Shop in Boca yesterday to purchase my daughter ballet shoes, tap shoes and tights. When I walked in I explained to the owners (who by the way are lacking personality) what I was there for and they directed me to a sale table that had tons of shoes on sale for $5, I thought GREAT! It just so happened that they had tap shoes in my daughters size which I purchased along with ballet shoes and tights at regular price. Today my daughter wanted to show my mom her new shoes and when she pulled out her tap shoes she noticed that the body of the shoes were cracked all along the sides and flaking apart. I called the Shape Shop and one of the owners answered and he said oh yes, they are old and they dried out, sorry non refunds or exchanges they are a final sale item, which is fine. HOWEVER, they should have explained this to me at the time of purchase. The should have said oh by the way the reason these shoes are on sale is because they are old and they are dried out and they will most likely crack and flake apart and you will not be able to return them because they are a final sale INSTEAD they had me believe I was getting a great deal when really I just paid them to take some old crap off of their hands, so I am out 5 bucks and still need to buy tap shoes...which I will be purchasing, just not from them.

I have received excellent help here getting shoes. When coming out of crutches for an injured foot, I could only re-enter dancing by using capezio dance sneakers (split sole) which I got from here. After 6 months, I was able to progress - finally - to a low heel ballroom character shoe, also called practice shoes. So, they carry these shoes in the basic black and beige. Along wth tap, jazz ballet etc...And, while selection is not huge, if you really like to dance, they have what you need. I received excellent help while in the store, and the gentleman was most pleasant. Proper fit is so essential, and he even worked with me, while I inserted my orthotics into the shoes to make sure I could keep my soft tissue injury on my foot from returning. And, politely, he let me ramble on about all my foot problems, haha. So, I appreciate that! Sometimes, you need to vent. And a dance shoe store is a great place to do it!

I bought something here and paid for another item on full special order I called at least 6 times and left messages no ones returned my call period IHad to ask where my body suit was and the owner said oh ya I forgot to call really ?? How unprofessional
