Apparently they have a new policy where they dont give you your 3 days early access when buying the ultimate version of the EA Sports games. No idea why, because it is a benefit of preordering the most expensive version, and I never had issues picking it up early here before until this year. Now theres literally no benefit to getting games here anymore, when you can just preorder the games online and play them earlier. It sucks to see this policy because Ive been a loyal customer for so many years, but Im not going to spend the same money in person when I can get my game earlier online.

I came here on a visit with my GF and this store is awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The girls are sweet and went out of their way to find us games and some accessories that we needed and the guy working with them was chill to talk as well. If I still lived near by I would only come to this store. Most Game stops look run down and people dont care anymore. This store is clean and everything is easy to shop.

I am extremely disappointed. Been living in Boca since 2013 and have had no problems with this place. But unfortunately the line had to be crossed and I personally felt they wanted to take my money. Went to pay for 2 Funko Pops. Total was $28.22. Then she says with my GameStop account, I get a $5 off coupon and then she brought the price down to $23.22. Ok! Well, then she makes me pay $38.88 for the two of them! Why would you bring it down to $23 and then make me pay almost $40 for 2 pops! I’m surprised I even decided to pay that amount! Really wish I didn’t! Sounds like theft to me. I’ve never been treated like this at GameStop. It’s just...sad.

I really like going to GameStop’s but what matters most to me is how I’m treated at any store. This GameStop usually has any product for gamers you really need but the manager is not polite. Every time I go in this GameStop I have the same issue. The manager doesn’t ask if I need help. Doesn’t even say a word to me when I am checking out. All they do is scan the item say what the total is and that’s it. No have a good day or anything else.

So I tried to buy a PS4 game controller and the first game stopped was out of stock and theyre registers were down so they sent me to another game stop 7 miles away and I walked in and there were signs all over the store saying PS4 game controllers half price and there were some behind the register on the wall so I waited in line for 20 minutes and found out those were just empty boxes and they were out of stock and the half price sale was actually only for used ones which was in the fine print microscopic size font. The clerk however was super sweet and almost made the bad experience better.

Just came and decided to buy a Gift Card for my Nephews Birthday. I was told that I could not purchase a gift card with Apple Pay. Lol. I made sure to verify what he was saying.Called Corporate and was told to go back to the store and that is not policy. I had already left

I just tried go to the store TWO times, and didn’t have success because they suppose to be open by the opening time here on Google maps, but the town center times are different. I don’t know why they don’t update the times to match with Town Center Hours.

This place is the best! Great selection of games they even had Farming Simulator one of my all time favorites. Excellent staff as well very helpful and knowledgeable.They give me excellent trade in prices on my old games too.

I always have a good experience at this store. But today, I’d like to say Erin was awesome. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and helped me get the best deal on what I needed to purchase. I dealt with her a couple of weeks ago and ended up having to return part of my purchase for something else. She was pleasant to deal with along the way.

Staff is awesome, I had preordered Death Stranding limited edition at Orlando Fl and they went above and beyond to get that game over here just so I could pick up the game on launch date. Not a big gamestop but honestly the best staff Ive ever seen at one! Keep up the perfect work guys!

When the store is crowded, it is very hard to look at any games or accessories. It isnt the staffs fault. I understand it is the holidays, but there are too many displays in an already crowded, small space. The line moves quickly and the staff is knowledgeable.If you cant deal with crowds try the 441 location. They have a much better selection and arent a cramped space.The mall needs to give GameStop a bigger location and not charge them a ridiculous amount of rent. They bring business into the mall. Ive gone to the mall just because of GameStop a couple times and ended up in other stores.

The sales associates here are always friendly and helpful. Theyll spark up a conversation about the newest games coming out and when theyre gonna be released. Customer service is 100/100 but the only problem is that the lines are really slow and the Nintendo games are overshadowed by the Xbox and PlayStation games, putting them in the far corner of the store. Otherwise, its a great place.

Bought a game, they said they checked to make sure it was in the case. I get home, game isn’t in the case.. I’m 30 min from the store so I call back, they refuse to refund and said I had to go back into the store to get a refund. Terrible terrible experience, ruined the game night that we had planned. I’ll never shop here again.

Very helpful staff, good selection and lots of people to play with.

Its tiny, if theres any people here at all, it gets cramped. They dont carry a very wide selection of items (ie wrist straps) and gamestop only employes like 2 people here so if an employee is busy helping an obnoxious customer youre waiting anywhere between 15 - 30 minutes.

Once again i find myself back in another game stop... Hasnt helped any that i have a Nintendo Ds 3d.. I like to buy the physical games here for the Ds vrs the online promo code download thing... Im not a gamer i keep telling myself and each time i refuse the membership but i am getting to the point that i might save more money in the long run by getting the membership... Its a draw now but one more location and visit followed by a purchase im getting the memberships!

The store is decent, but the staff are horrible. Went to buy my son a M game but the cashier, and the so called manager Jeff, didnt believe me and asked to prove he was my child. When I showed my ID and My sons ID they still didnt believe us. Eventually through about 15 minutes of argumenting they let my son buy the game. DONT BUY FROM HERE rather go to the Microsoft store, staff are disgustingly rude at this GameStop!

I got a ds4 controller and it showed a forward/up glitch on the left stick in x-input after I got it home. The staff was quick to offer replacement and the value was good for a used control which looked like new.

I just tried returning a game I bought online. There was one worker and it was a long line forming behind me. The worker said theres too much information to type in for the return and told me to come back later. WTF? Its not my fault you need to type in so much info for a return and theres only one worker in the store.

Terrible store terrible managers! all aggravation no success. Wouldnt give me my trade credit back for far cry 5 which happened to be cancelled by the warehouse. when I called both corporate and another store which both agreed that they can send me or give me my trade credit back or the game for free, the manager still refused and tried to sell me the game instead.
